During R1: Theron conducts boxing reconnaisance...jabbing Becky tummy-and-jug...circling her in wide ovals, then curling back in to nibble - just testing the defences/reading the looks. Becky scowling, turning: she's got hands up/elbows in tight, just trying to draw a bead on CT. Theron committing more and more to that stiff, tart belly jab - really sticking it in, poised to take advantage if Becky's guard loosens. By middle minute - Theron's able to chop a swift right hand to Becky's face - getting it off the front (left) leg while leaning in: nice little knocking clout to startle Becky. Final minute - Romijn looking bewildered...she sets up a pocket at the ropes, inviting CT on in. Theron obliges - leaning in close to lap long armed lefts and rights against Becky's body: blondes engage inside. Big, strapping two-way: Theron limber - pushing in close with hands at Becky's chest, then lapping at her breadbasket: CT getting much the better of big-girl toe-to-toe. Bell: Theron grinning, making flirty eye contact; Romijn grumpy, scowling, knows she took a proper tanning in the first.

R2: Theron smiling, taunting Becky midring, feinting her, then jabbing her tummy stiff: Romijn really reactive here. Theron circling to her right, keeping left jab in Becky's body or jugs, trying to bait her into punching. Becky tries the left jab, immediately countered as Theron's whippy right licks up from the hip, clouting Becky to jaw. Romijn's knees shimmy - she staggers to her right, eyelashes blinking rapidly. Theron at play - hands down at her hips - leaning forward to present her chin - bobbing up and down on the spot...she's just goading Becky. Romijn attempts punches, but CT weaving, then pulling limber wallop off either hip to clip and clap at Becky's too-available face. Rebecca's knees unhinge...she's rocked, but desperate - stepping her way forward while slugging for CT's head. Theron stepping back from the fire, pulls the right off her thigh, slapping it slick to Becky's on-rushing chin and ROMIJN GOES DOWN! Gorgeous timing-punch almost a phantom-blow: Becky clipped...right leg swinging too far forward as she spasms out of control, then spills hurt to her back. Theron glowing, prancing to neutral corner - preening as poor Becky struggles to rally. Wobbly 8, Becky: Theron walking back in with hands at her sides, cocky grin on show. CT sets up in front - hands still dangling as she bends at waist/swivels her torso down and around to invite punches. Becky rocked, stunned, but pawing out the jab, trying to get herself back into the action. Theron dips-right - making Becky's jab miss over CT's left shoulder; Charlize issues wide, clapping hook-from-the-hip to Becky's chin. Romijn reeling back into ropes, eyes wide: she's got to punch! Becky trying robust right - missing over the top as CT bobs - answers a strapping hook thick to Becky's jugs. Girls trade wide, slapping left hooks, then lean into simultaneous rights and DOWN GOES ROMIJN! Cracking chin-blast knocks Becky's head back even as her right misses over Theron's right shoulder...Becky's knees give out, pitching her down into canvas, then forward onto her face. Theron tip-toeing away from carnage - grinning down at whimpering beauty. Becky can't get off her rack: KO2 in breathtaking fashion - Charlize Theron.

AFter: Becky crying in her corner: just too tight tonight, wanting it too much: loose and relaxed Charlize applying classy polish to her rival. "There - that's better," Theron says of the career head-to-head, which marks the girls at 3 wins a-piece. "She couldn't handle the pressure: typical TV chick getting in over her head. Oh, Becky - don't go: we're not quite done yet." Grinning CT strides to gloomy Romijn corner, leading Becky away from her handlers with a firm grip on the left wrist. CT slides right arm around Romijn's waist, then begins walking with her side by side: glorious, golden walk of shame, former model to former model. Romijn's lips trembling as she fights back tears: Theron waving regally with left hand, displaying her trophy-blonde in all four corners. Krusher center holds firm on the night while Bell/Heigl on the wings bend back around CT: Theron looking pretty solid as champ right now.
