Luisana Lopilato vs Mia Kang

Luisana:
(31, 5’6, 115, 33:11 FCBA, VIXENS)

Mia:
(32, 5’9, 2:7 FCBA, The Fighting Academy)

BEFORE:
“I’m ready to start competing against girls from other stables again,” Luisana says confidently during the press conference. “Mia’s had the good fortune to get signed recently by The Fighting Academy, so let’s see what she’s learnt in the ring so far.”

Mia looking cocky herself as she relaxes in her seat at the table, a sultry look on her face as she invites the scrutiny. “I’m bigger, better, and definitely more than ready to fight someone like Lopilato. She doesn’t have the power to put me down, so I’ll be certain to make my win quick tonight.”

Ladies square up at the podium and it’s a dangerous scenario for Luisana in particular, going up against a model three inches taller and someone who’s packing significantly more bulk. She hasn’t fared that well against past opponents like Amber Heard and Taylor Cole, that’s for sure. But those losses don't seem to faze the Vixen as she smirks back into Mia’s face, two hands planted on her hips as the fighters are separated by the ring official.

Later, in the ring itself, Luisana receiving final instructions from her corner and team, flexing her biceps in a slick black bra and briefs and swinging red gloves back and forth. Her blonde hair is tied into a neat braid out back. Mia looking every bit the powerhouse as she stretches in her own corner, red bikini top with a pair of white boxing trunks for bottoms as she raises black gloves before the bell. HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Bantamweight action!

ROUND 1:
Luisana riding the curve after a spectacular defeat of Meghan Markle just in February, coming forward with uncharacteristic aggression as she pounds away on Mia’s guard to open up this fight. Mia gasps as an errant glove bangs into her arms, a little surprised by the VIxen’s power and having to eat her words. By contrast, Kang’s return attack is lumberous and slow - the girl can certainly blow her competition off their feet, but only if she manages to catch them clean with a hook. Luisana however uses her speed to run away with points, the blonde weaving in and out of cover, left and right head movements, just like she’s practised before, before rocking Kang with a final shot across the bow, the overhand cross almost sending Mia off balance to end the round.

ROUND 2:
Mia not having it, however, instantly repays the favour as she rushes forth in the second, planting a nasty hook on Luisana’s side tummy early - the Vixen can’t keep avoiding all of her foe’s punches, after all. More bashing hooks land on her body and arms, as Luisa lowers her center of gravity, arms locked as she tries to weather and run. Kang not giving up the chase so easily, however, sending alternate shots up high as well as she tries to do what was done to her in the very first round: nasty bashes of leather gloves aimed at Luisana’s head but they only succeed in throwing Lopilato to the side before the Vixen manages to rally and recover. One round a piece at the bell and this is why we paid money to watch boxing, folks! Luisana needs to do more than just avoid her opponent’s attacks if she wants to keep her win-streak alive, though.

ROUND 3:
Kang, however, not letting up, resuming piling on the pressure as she scares Luisa off with an early jab-jab-hook combo to the arms, and then just keeps on swinging at Luisa’s direction. The sultry model is young and foolish after all, probably thinks she’s got more stamina and speed compared to the once-upon-a-time-model-turned-actress Luisana. But the Vixen has been working hard in the ring these past few years as well, as Luisa easily avoids those bigger lunges at her head before firing jabs back into Kang’s face. The brunette taking too many shots towards the end of the round, especially once Luisana realises she doesn’t have a fast enough response time, making her grunt as she’s stopped in her tracks. Bell rings and Luisana has secured a comeback, though we’re wondering how long this lead will last.

ROUND 4:
Mia’s still rubbing her cheek at the bell but more importantly, heaving in and out gulps of air as she comes forward for a third time’s the charm. Luisana biding her time, arms up but testing Mia’s resolve with jabs of her own pounding away on the arms from afar, allowing Mia to quickly tire herself out with her repeated rushes. End of the first minute and Luisa sees an opening between the arms, takes it, as she roars in with another straight right hand which connects clean with the cheek, before a final nail in the coffin LIFTS Mia’s head into the air, and the rest of her body CRUMPLES to the canvas! Just like that, folks! Mia left groaning, her lower jaw throbbing as she falls down onto her bum, then folds over onto her back, where she stays for the entirety of the ten count! It’s OVER!!

Official Decision: Luisana Lopilato defeats Mia Kang via KO4!

AFTER:
Well, if Luisa can defeat someone this big, strong and mighty, perhaps there’s still a glimmer of hope for her in this division. The Vixen immediately raises her hands into the air, with a small leap back to her corner as she beams wide for the cameras in the post-match segment.

“I was scared of Kang at first, but I’ve also seen how confident I can be in there, regardless of who I’m facing off against,” Luisa says by ring-side. “I feel like I can take on pretty much any girl after this!”
