Intro:
Second time around that Sophie Turner and Dua Lipa share a ring together, last year in June they fought in Sin City with Turner coming out on top with a seventh round knockout of Lipa, this time they head to Dubai and Jumeriah Beach to put on their finest bikinis to fight it out.

Form wise both are coming in to this fight on a loss, Sophie lost to Courtney Tailor for the Queen of the Ice Hotel, Dua meanwhile lost to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in her last fight two months ago, so a win is key for both to keep alive their elite aspirations.

The build up saw both women be respectful of each other, Sophie was interviewed by FCBA Network reporter Layla Anna-Lee in the hotel room she was staying in, telling Layla "I can't wait to hit the beach with Dua, I enjoyed our first fight so much, especially the part where I won *giggles* Dua is a tough fighter so I don't see this being anything else then simply more fun" a genuine excited look on her face as she sits on her bed in a silk dressing gown.

"Now that doesn't mean I won't be going hard on Dua, for all I like her, I want to be the champion around here, I need to stomp over her especially if Kendall holds onto the title, I've dreamed of being the best and I won't be stopped so easily" adds Sophie as she smiles warmly.

Dua meanwhile is spoken to on the beach itself, watching the sunset after going for a run in her black shorts and sports bra, smiling as she waves at Layla to sit beside her, both comment on the beautiful scene in front of them.

"It's been over a year since me and Sophie locked horns, I don't hold any ill will to her but that defeat disappoints me more I watch the tape of the fight, I had openings I didn't take, I left myself open at times, there is plenty I could fix and have done since then, so Sophie isn't facing the same person she beat, I am better and I'll prove here on this beach, then maybe we have a tie breaker before long" Dua says as she clenches her fists, fired up for this fight to fix what went wrong the first time around.

Fighting time, the ring posts have been dug into the sand itself, there isn't a crowd but plenty of cameras, with one on each neutral corner, along with two cameramen to film the action for the fans, the judges table and time keepers are together on one side of the ring.

Here comes the first fighter as Sophie jogs onto the beach with her coach Virginia Madsen next to her, she waves to the nearest camera with a beaming smile, stepping into the ring wearing a red string bikini with matching gloves, her hair is tied into a ponytail with a red ribbon as she shadow boxes to warm up.

Dua walks to the ring now with her coach Giselle Bundchen beside her, she looks more serious of the two fighters, stepping into the ring wearing a light blue string bikini with matching gloves, her hair tied into a ponytail with a matching ribbon, she bows to each side of the ring as if there was a crowd, then settles into her warm up in her corner.

The fighters are brought to the center of the ring, physically they are very evenly matched as they bounce on their toes while staring each other down, the referee explaining why they are wearing ribbons in their hair, with the winner getting the others ribbon as a trophy, both smiling at that as they bump gloves, jogging to their corners, once everything is ready the bell rings to start 10 rounds of lightweight action.

Round 1:
Off the blocks they come throwing jabs to start, neither pushing the boat out too early, working on finding gaps to strike through, Sophie looking the more confident with her previous win over Dua, throwing the first power punch with a right hook that just misses as the singer moves out of range.

Turner is pushing the pace first with several combos thrown, Dua keeping her guard tight for now, taking some punches clean, mostly blocking the rest as she gives up the center of the ring, then when Sophie moves forwards with a jab, Dua sidesteps to the left before pounding in a right cross.

That seems to free up Dua as she comes on the front foot, stinging the cheeks of her opponent with a three punch combo, Sophie dancing back to the opposite side of the ring, with Dua hunting her down, showing how evenly matched for skills they are, Sophie deflects a straight then fires one of her own into Lipa's lips to knock her back a step.

Less then a minute to go after a so far evenly fought round, Sophie misses with a right cross as Dua slips under it, an overhand left instead cracking Sophie across her face, with an uppercut following to knock her back a step, Sophie covering up as she is backed onto the ropes, a flurry being thrown her way with most punches landing on the arms of Turner, some though find a home to make the actress groan.

At the end of the round Dua nods to Sophie, getting a nod back as they show each other respect, the Girls Friday corner look slightly the happier after that strong finish to the round, while Virginia tells Sophie to keep her wits about her as Dua is going to try counter punching her throughout.

Round 2:
Bouncing on their toes now warmed up to the test in front of them, both are exchanging more punches in bunches when they clash at the middle, corner teams heard shouting advice as they watch their fighters duke it out, sand being kicked around as they knock each other back.

After a chaotic opening forty five seconds, Dua gets clipped with a left cross, she misses with one of her own, being made to pay with a right cross to her jaw, Sophie now working her punches like pistons to knock back Dua to the ropes, the raven haired fighter covering up to protect herself, Sophie switches to the body to keep the heat on her opponent.

Pulling Sophie into a clinch, Dua needing a little help to get away from the ropes, once they are split up she lands a double jab into the face of the forwards coming Sophie, a left cross lands on Dua's cheek after but she lands a short uppercut to the abs of her opponent as they fight it out.

Again though a miss by Dua leads to her eating a left hook to the side of her head, Sophie looks to have went up another gear, bashing back Dua into a neutral corner as she switches up her targets, Lipa showing fighting spirit to try to get out the corner, Sophie has the room to load up more, leading to Dua's head getting knocked back cleanly several times.

At the bell Sophie jogs to her corner looking more relaxed after that bad start, Dua nodding to Gisele knowing she needs to find another gear herself, both fighters being wiped down as the look of determination is written on their faces as they stare their opponent down on their stools.

Round 3:
More punches are starting to find a home as they both open up more, Dua dips down as she fires in a one-two into the abs of Sophie, getting clocked to the side of her head with a short right hook to make her retreat back out of range, both coaches clenching their fists looking ready to throw the punches for their fighters.

This time as Sophie comes forwards she misses with a straight as Dua slips it, an uppercut lands to her belly button, then a short left cross to her cheek as Turner now has to retreat back, Lipa not giving her much time to breath though as she nudges her to the ropes, pounding the sides of the redheads body as she has her head down.

Pushing back Dua so she can get off the ropes, Sophie now is boxing a little on the defensive, with Dua stalking her behind her jab, not wanting to get caught out by the sharpshooter Sophie, instead things slow down a little as they trade stiff single punches through mitts to beautiful faces.

Then late in the round a feint by Dua catches out Sophie, with the real overhand right cracking Sophie across her face, back onto the ropes she goes as Dua work on the inside, trying to batter the abs of Turner into submission, round comes to an end with a solid round for Dua, Sophie looking to the sky smiling, trying not to let a bad round get her down.

Round 4:
Again they clash around the center of the ring, it seems that one mistake is what is deciding these exchanges, with this time Dua the one to make it as a missed jab leads to an overhand right cracking her across the jaw, a jab lands under her chin to rock her back a step.

Pressing Dua back into a neutral corner, Sophie goes to work on her abs now, getting clinched up as Dua's gritting her mouthpiece, broken apart Dua is quick off the mark with a one-two combo square into Sophie's face, Virginia cursing Sophie's luck not to get her guard up as Sophie is now being driven backwards.

Another missed left cross punch by Dua gives Sophie another counter attacking opportunity, with a straight rifling into the nose of Dua, who finds herself being muscled back onto the ropes, both landing in close with Sophie grinding her head into Dua's till she is shoved back.

Drilling in punches as they move around the center of the ring, Dua catches Sophie late on with a right after a jab to her nose, a jab catches Dua as she tries to press back Sophie to the ropes, when the bell rings both women give each other a hard look before they turn to their corners.

Round 5:
Planting their feet more as they look to rock their opponent back, Dua catching Sophie with a straight on her chin, she backs her up towards the ropes with three more clean straight shots to her face, Sophie needing to nudge back Dua to get room to breath.

A double jab smacks Dua on her nose as she comes forwards, with a right cross catching her on the chin to back her off, Sophie now the one motoring forwards in this back and forth clash, half the round gone by as Dua now has to clinch up with Turner, both glistening fighters bodies grind as they try to wrestle the other to the ropes, the referee splits them up so they can fight on.

Trading more hard shots as their cheeks are starting to redden up, Dua tries to dip down to come up with an overhand right, AN UPPERCUT CATCHES HER AS SOPHIE READ HER ATTACK, PUTTING DUA ONTO HER BACK TO THE DELIGHT OF HER COACH!

Sophie marches to the neutral corner, not celebrating yet as she watches Dua, 1...2...3.. Who is shaking her head, rubbing her jaw as she gets to her elbows, 4...5...6.. Pushing up to her knees, Dua watches the count, 7...8... Getting to her feet, she raises her gloves, looking OK considering she was put down, nodding to the referee she wants to fight on.

Not long left in the round with Sophie trying to finish it now, catching Dua with a good right to her face, missing with a left hook as Dua gets her head out the way just in time, then counters with a right hook onto the chin of Sophie, the bell sounds to end the round with Dua cursing herself for being put down.

Round 6:
Bouncing on her toes out her corner, Sophie jabbing at Dua as she tries to find the killer blow, problem is she misses with her right hook as Dua leans out the way, a counter uppercut lands into the liver area of Turner to make her groan out, ANOTHER UPPERCUT TO THE BODY SENDS SOPHIE DOWN TO ALL FOURS!

Dua turns to the neutral corner raising her right fist to her corner, 1...2...3... Sophie spits out her gumshield as she takes in deep breaths, 4....5...6.. Trying to push her way to her feet, Sophie groans as her body is aching too much, 7...8.. Down to all fours again she goes as she is in too much pain, 9...10 that's all for Sophie!

Winner Dua Lipa KO Round 6

After:
Another great back and forth between them, Dua raising her arms in the air looking relieved to have evened the score up with Sophie, she jogs over to the beaten fighter as she slips off her gloves, Dua checks on Sophie as she kneels beside her, with Sophie telling her "well I won't be eating tonight" trying to chuckle but it's clearly too sore her body to do that.

Helped up to her feet by Dua, Sophie thanks her before turning around, telling Dua "take your trophy" with Virginia using an ice pack on her body, Dua does as told as she holds the red ribbon up as if she has won capture the flag.

Both get cleaned up in their corners as they smile at each other, when cleaned up they head to the center, Dua getting her right hand raised into the air as she has the red ribbon tied onto her right arm, Sophie holding her stomach still, telling Dua "you know we need a decider soon" making the winner smile, they bump fists to show that it's a promise they will.

Out the ring goes Sophie, her title aspirations for now might have taken a bump, it probably won't be long till Sophie can find her way back into contention though, she is helped off the beach by Virginia as they talk about Sophie getting a massage to feel better, Sophie laughing as she says she might need a days rest before even that.

In the ring Dua raises her arms in the air as she looks at the camera, smiling as she looks happy to be back on the winning path again, fist bumping Gisele before she leaves the ring, jogging off the beach hoping she can get herself into that top ten rankings to show her growth over the past two years.
