Before:

Before Taylor Swift could even have her photoshoot with her newfound title as Mistress of the Body Saddle, she already received a challenger laying down the gauntlet to the champion. Mary Elizabeth Winstead challenged the singer, wanting to get revenge for the two prior losses she suffered at the singer’s hands.

“Obviously, I don’t like losing, and Taylor has dealt me two losses.” Mary tells the press, “So she was already someone I wanted to beat. Then she won the Mistress of the Body Saddle title, and who wouldn’t want to win that title and ride Taylor, the woman who claims she has the best legs?”

“Mary missed one key detail,” Taylor responds, “I’m not going to lose. I’m going to beat her and then ride her so she knows who has the best legs.”

Come time for the fight, Winstead is the first girl to make her way out the ring, the Foxfire girl wearing a red bikini with white gloves for the fight, a body saddle slung over her shoulder, no doubt intended solely for Swift. The brunette actress paces the ring, a smile creeping across her face as she dances around the ring.

Swift steps out from the back moments later, the blonde singer wearing a striped blue bikini with black gloves for the fight, the swimwear showing off her famous legs. Like Winstead, Swift carries a saddle slung over her shoulder, and given her antics after defeating Alexis Ren for the title, Mary would do best to avoid losing.

Winstead steps in front of Swift, and the two girls stare each other down, with the taller Swift looking down at Winstead. “The third time won’t be a charm, Mary,” Taylor taunts. Mary fires back, “Always a first for everything, including you losing a body saddle match.” The referee separates the two, and asks them to touch gloves. Both fighters look at the ref with a look of disbelief, and he quickly just calls for the bell.

Round 1:
Winstead doesn’t waste any time, charging the singer and popping an early right into Swift’s mouth, catching the blonde by surprise. Mary follows up with a left to Taylor’s body, and the singer responds with a left of her own into Mary’s. The two girls scrap from close range until Taylor clinches, getting a break. The action resumes with Winstead circling Swift, baiting the blonde singer to come after her only to have the counter ready. Mary lands two rights to Taylor’s left cheek, but the singer stays up and fires back, drilling the brunette in her nose. Winstead now is the girl who goes for the clinch and forces another break from the referee. Taylor works her jab out of the break, but Mary times her counters perfectly, always landing a strike in response to Taylor. The bell rings and the two girls go back to their corners, with Mary taking the first round on points.

Round 2:
Mary again charges Taylor to start the round. Swift stands her ground and launches a pair of jabs at Winstead, but the actress evades the blows and connects with a right hook that nearly drops the singer! Swift stumbles backwards on wobbly legs and on comes Winstead, driving lefts and rights into Swift’s body, knocking her into the ropes. Taylor is quick on the clinch, but she’s clearly taken aback by Mary’s aggression. Winstead charges at Swift after the ref separates the two, and the blonde finally comes to life, landing a blow that stops the brunette’s advance. Taylor steps forward and finds a follow up into Mary’s ribs, but Winstead is quick with her counter, pounding a left into Swift’s torso and drawing a groan out of the taller girl. The bell rings to send the two to their corners, and Winstead comes away with another round as she is taking it to the Mistress of the Body Saddle.

Round 3:
Swift gets a talking to between rounds, and whatever was said to her has made an impact as she charges Winstead to start the round rather than letting the older girl charge her. Taylor’s first strike whizzes by Mary’s head, and the actress responds with a right to the singer’s body, but that doesn’t stop Swift. Taylor follows up with a left that gets Mary in her jaw, making the actress kick up sand as she backs off from the singer. Swift advances, making sure to go for Winstead’s body, landing a pair of clear strikes. Winstead retreats and plants her feet, trading back a left on Swift to stop the singer from landing more blows, but the challenger can’t land any more blows as Taylor starts working her famous jab, keeping Mary at a distance as the time in the round expires. Swift gets on the board on points, close.

Round 4:
Taylor seemingly is hitting her stride as she starts the fourth and unloads a barrage of brutal jabs that catch Mary early. Winstead gets her gloves up to block the blows, but Swift splits her gloves with a right that makes its way to the brunette’s lips. Winstead recoils, and Swift follows up, drilling a vicious left into Winstead’s body, drawing a groan out of the actress. The singer unloads again, knocking the actress into the ropes. Mary bounces off of the edge of the ring and sticks Taylor in her chest before driving a left into her ribs. Winstead looking to building her momentum as she bounces back into the middle of the ring, swinging at Swift’s head with a left, but the blonde ducks the blow at the last moment and follows up into her body again. Winstead clinches as time expires, the brunette escaping from a surging Swift.

Round 5:
Swift picks up where she left off, driving Winstead back with lefts and rights. Mary lands a left counter that strikes Taylor in her mouth, and lines up a right follow-up, but the singer has already adjusted and drills a right into the actress’ chin and Mary wobbles on her legs! Winstead nearly goes down and kicks up sand as she retreats, and on comes Swift yet again! Taylor unleashes fire on Mary, pounding rights and lefts into Mary’s guard. The ref watches carefully, but Winstead’s guard isn’t dropping and Swift has no choice but to shift her focus to Winstead’s body. Swift buries two vicious blows into Winstead’s midriff, drawing a groan out of the older fighter. Mary clinches out of desperation, wrapping her arms around the younger girl to force a break. The ref separates the two, but once the fight resumes Taylor goes right back after Mary, splitting the brunette’s gloves with a right. The bell rings and Swift needs to at least wait a bit longer until she can finish off Winstead, who is going to be looking for a way to get back in the fight after three straight rounds going to Swift.

Round 6:
Taylor charges out of the Fates corner to start the sixth, determined to end the fight. The blonde throws a big hook at her brunette foe and it glances her right ear – and Swift’s ended up lunging right out of the gates! Winstead’s eyes light up as she sees Swift overcommit and Mary crushes a right uppercut into Taylor’s jaw and Swift’s legs now are the ones that buckle! The singer stays up as she staggers backwards, but Mary crashes in a left-right hook combination that sends Taylor to the sand! Winstead turns the momentum on a dime and she’s prancing to her corner – but if she looked at Swift, she wouldn’t be prancing for long, as the singer’s already on all fours at the count of four. She gets to one knee at the count of six before forcing herself up at the count of seven, the sand still sticking to her sweaty body as she rises.

The referee checks in on Taylor before waving Mary back in. Winstead cautiously circles Swift, knowing that she has upper hand. Swift sluggishly turns, watching Winstead’s every move. Mary feints right and Taylor takes the bait and the singer’s head snaps backwards from a right! Swift careens backwards into the ropes and on comes Winstead! Mary just pouring on the pain as Taylor’s back is in the ropes and her guard starts to drop! Winstead hammers lefts and rights into Swift’s face as the singer’s leaving herself open and the ref has no choice but to step in! Taylor sags down in the ropes and your winner by a brutal TKO6, Mary Elizabeth Winstead!

After:
The crowd sits in stunned disbelief for a second as the Mistress of the Body Saddle in Taylor Swift was dismantled in a way nobody had seen before with the blonde at Fates. The silence only lasts a second before the crowd roars to life, deafeningly cheering “Mary! Mary! Mary!” as the brunette climbs up the ringpost, arms raised, Winstead savoring her first victory over Swift. Winstead soon dismounts the ringpost, removing her gloves and grabbing the body saddle she brought to the ring. The crowd roars even louder as Winstead drags Swift into the middle of the ring, the blonde still in shock.

“Mary, please,” Taylor looks up and begs her conqueror, but she’s too late as Winstead pushes her head down and straps the saddle into place. Mary swings her right leg over, then her left as she straddles the singer. She gracefully lowers herself onto her steed, then kicks her heels into Swift’s flanks.

“Giddyup!” Mary declares, grabbing a fistful of the singer’s hair, and Taylor lurches forwards, putting a smile on Winstead’s face. Swift wobbles unsteadily across the ring, the sand giving way underneath her palms and knees. Swift completes one lap around the ring and pauses, causing Winstead to squeeze the singer again with her legs.

“I didn’t say you could stop!” Mary hisses as she tugs on Taylor’s sandy hair, drawing a gasp out of Taylor. The singer continues, making it another half lap before she collapses in the sand, the Mistress of the Body Saddle has gone down in a 0-1 hole in a best of three. MEW gets up, takes a look at the singer, and pleased with her handiwork, beams to the crowd.

“It feels so good to finally beat her,” Mary tells the press, “All of this talk about Taylor being a force to be reckoned with. She didn’t even get a knockdown on me. Has that even happened with her at Fates? I don’t know and I don’t care, because I’m here to dethrone her as Mistress of the Body Saddle.”

Minutes later, Swift comes into the press room and she practically screams, “Mary is dead!” before being escorted out by the Fates staff, clearly trying to limit the damage.
