BEFORE:
It’s one of the last fights on Maddie’s developmental contract with the Dollhouse, and she’s chosen Latina Knockout’s Becky G to make a statement tonight. Becky herself has had a mixed year so far, beating Isabela Merced but then falling to Cree Cicchino at the start of 2022, and also recently falling to former champion Olivia Holt in intense beach fighting action.

"People are talking about how Becky is going to be my biggest challenge yet…” Maddie begins with a smile. “Maybe she will, she's more experienced and she seems pretty tough. But actually….” She pauses, smirking as she turns her gaze towards Becky. “People should be talking about how I might just be one of HER biggest challenges yet. I have 5 full inches on her and I finished off all my opponents in 4 or less rounds. I think she should be pretty worried about tonight. My team did a great job preparing me for her, so, we’ll see what happens I guess...but yeah…let's dance, Becks!" Maddie gestures with both hands straight at Becky across the press table.

Naturally, the veteran brunette doesn’t respond well to the overly confident rookie.

“That’s kind of a big mouth for someone so green, don’t you think? I guess it’s what you’d expect from someone who spends a lot of time around ultra-cocky bitches like Avril and Emma…right?” Becky chuckles. “You may be taller Maddie but I’ll still mess your face and that fragile body up no problemo. Both of us fought Avril on our debut, right? Maybe after I beat you tonight you’ll put in a word for me with Miss Lavigne for a rematch…? I’d love to take out two Dolls in one year.”
Ladies square up at the podium and those five inches aren’t really doing Becky any favours, with Maddie towering over the Latina singer and smirking with her hands on her hips to drive that fact in. Maddie’s wingspan also appears much longer than her counterpart providing her with even more reach and combined with her age advantage, Becky G might have herself a big challenge to overcome here tonight despite the blonde’s lack of comparative ring experience. But Becky not someone to back down from anyone it seems, the smaller girl standing face to face with the blonde looking completely confident

Fight night rolls around and Becky is first to arrive in the stadium. It’s a sold-out crowd tonight as the official MAYhem PPV kicks things off with a slew of Flyweight bouts on the card. Becky’s strutting to the ring in a red holster crop top and hot denim shorts, later removing them in the ring to reveal a similar shade of bikini briefs. The latina’s black hair is tied in a tight ponytail and she’s wearing matching black gloves for tonight as she bounces in her corner awaiting her opponent.
Maddie’s striding out next to some electronic pop music that’s synonymous with the TikTok generation. The potential future fulltime Dollhouse member has shown loads of promise thus far - all she needs to do is not mess things up and she’ll probably guarantee herself an official spot on the roster in the very near future. Maddie’s blonde hair is braided and the dancer’s toned figure is clad in a purple sports bra and short white tights as she makes her way towards the ring, waving her white gloves and smiling wide at the fans. Ziegler is accompanied to the ring by the Dollhouse’s head coach Kristanna Loken, who was put in charge of personally coaching Maddie, bringing out the best of this young prospect during her developmental contract with the Dollhouse, and this pairing has certainly been a success so far. Ziegler takes her time, stopping to take a few selfies with some eager fans which only seems to piss the waiting Becky off – but maybe that was the intent ? Maddie finally climbs into the ring, giving Becky a quick glance and a smirk before checking into her own corner and doing some stretches as we get ready to start the fight. Soon, both girls are bouncing in their corners ready to start this contest.

Referee calls both girls to the center for some last moment words and a touch of gloves – surprisingly both girls peacefully oblige before being sent back to their respective corners and maybe they can be friends after all? Probably not. Time to get this show on the road, and with both ladies firmed up in their corners, the referee waves his hand and there’s the bell! HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Flyweight action!

ROUND 1:
Maddie moves forward with a balanced approach to start, using that big reach advantage to throw some early jabs towards Becky’s face, hoping to land her shots without suffering much in return. It seems to be working, with Becky getting shocked by some opening salvos to the arms and not being able to catch her opponent back at her own game, with Maddie’s shoulder reach meaning she can land a flurry off the singer’s face and then easily weave backwards to avoid a counterattack. Becky’s getting frustrated already in the second minute, rolling in recklessly and swinging away, thinking that if she simply throws out a good number of quantity, the quality will soon follow. She does manage to stick a glove or two into Maddie’s face and body, but it does little to help her case overall, and Maddie takes the round by the bell.

ROUND 2:
Maddie continues to exert her height advantage at the bell, skirting in fast but staying just at the right distance to punish Becks with jabs and more combos. Becky G is doing her best to cover up now, biding her time until she can find her opening and get up close and personal with the bigger blonde. She keeps away in the first minute, having to work doubly hard to get out of Maddie’s punching range. Maddie, however, sees this as a sign of weakness, and charges straight in at her foe, thinking this might be the easiest win of her early career thus far. She powers an overhand into the arms to drive Becks back, then continues to hound her with power shots sent across the arms, really looking for that elusive chin. But Becky has other plans, absorbing the first few strikes before turning the tables: she swerves to avoid another big hook to the head before SNAPPING an uppercut down the middle of Maddie’s guard, and right into her chin!! OUCH!! Ziegler looks stunned as she’s thrown backwards from whence she came! It’s Becky’s turn to rush in after her foe, slamming away with spitfire shots as she lands another blow to Maddie’s chin, and DOWN SHE GOES!! Big giant of a danger felled by the little girl, as Maddie loses her balance and collapses to her side, shaking her head in both dismay and pain. Big Becks might have just proven her salt as she waltzes back to the neutral corner with a big smile on her face! Maddie takes her time shaking off the cobwebs but slowly gets back up by the count of 8, vehemently nodding at the referee when asked if she wants to continue. This is the first time Ziegler has found herself on the mat since her debut and this fight just got way more interesting ladies and gentleman!

ROUND 3:
Maddie’s received a shock to the system, now moving backwards and sideways as she looks to avoid that embarrassment of a second round. Becky is giving chase, naturally, sending jabs at the blonde’s head and trying to take it off a second and final time. Her reach disadvantage, however, is not working in her favour, with her jabs and combos barely making it to Maddie’s nose before Ziegler either braces for impact with locked arms or swerves backwards to avoid them easily. Becky is still relentless, however, and emboldened by Maddie’s own lack of offence in this round, landing several shots off the body before managing to trap Ziegler briefly against the ropes, then letting her fists fly some more off the blonde’s arms and rest of her frame. It ain’t pretty, but it gets the job done: Becky takes the third round by shutout performance, but it’s more so due to Ziegler’s own inertia.

ROUND 4:
Maddie seems to have lost her confidence here, and yup, suffering a knockdown out of the blue would do that to any girl’s psyche. Doubly so if this is one of your first debuts in the ring and you really want to impress the Dollhouse bosses. The big blonde has every tool to her advantage, but she’s absorbing more punishment to her face when Becky roars in and fires combos and hooks up high. Maddie opts to cover up and scramble, hiding her head behind her arms but her body and chest taking a beating as she gets pushed backwards over and over again in the first two minutes. Fed up, the Dollhouse corner is shouting orders at their future prospect from the turnbuckle, telling Maddie to wake up and get fighting. Becky caught smirking, thinks she’s got this fight in the bag… until she doesn’t, as a jab flurry is suddenly blocked by Maddie before the blonde dancer fires back in an immediate arcing overhand - BLAM!! It catches Becky directly on the nose, blasting her head and rest of what’s attached backwards with a giant grunt! OUCH!!! It’s Maddie’s turn to walk the Latina singer back, Becky now in panic mode as her foe catches her repeatedly with more direct blasts to her nose and mouth, before a final straight cross to the chin WHIPS her head back with a grunt! AND DOWN SHE GOES!! Becky’s turn to go flying off her feet, hitting the deck on her back with a loud THUMP! This might be it, folks!! Becky looks up at the lights, more than a little groggy. But she’s still alive, blinking rapidly before slowly glueing herself off the canvas. Maddie looks on with a smile from the neutral corner, thinking this is how it’s supposed to be. Even as Becky gets back to her feet at the count of 8, that fire in Ziegler seems to be reignited.

ROUND 5:
Becky now looking a little shaky, her arms wavering as she moves out of her corner. She suffered that knockdown in the previous round and knows first-hand how much power Maddie might be packing in those fists and biceps of hers. She gets pushed around and bullied in the first minute, Maddie cautiously approaching but then letting those guns of hers rip and bang away once she’s in range, as Becky grunts and groans, her arms absorbing the crushing blows, or her body and ribs taking follow-ups. Becky does her best to fight back here, one or two return jabs to Ziegler’s face to try and deter the dancer, but Maddie always responds with a hard SLAM of her own back, each punch to the face sending the poor Latina reeling. Becky soon hits the ropes, and with nowhere left to go, she’s almost defenceless as Maddie slaps another hard hook into the side of her head, then another into her chin to WHIP her to the side, and down spinning to the canvas in a THIRD KNOCKDOWN of the evening! SURELY this might be the end??

Maddie certainly thinks so, throwing her hands in the air and running back to her corner, looking elated. Becky’s fallen onto her arms and chest, groaning as the referee begins the count just above her. It’s only the fifth round and already, we’ve seen so much action - can the Latino Knockouts starlet push things over into the second half though?! She sure as hell is willing to try! Becky forces herself back to her feet, and steadies herself by the count of 9, and she’s cutting it close indeed!

Maddie looks on from the corner, slightly surprised, but quickly getting back into her fighting stance, ready for more. Bell rings and we still have two minutes left on the clock, ladies and gents! HERE COMES MADDIE, no time for caution this time, as she walks straight at Becky near the ropes, before resuming her devastating assault! Becky groans as she covers up, desperate for some respite... Her head and torso are getting tossed this way and that, as each hook slams in hard, with Maddie going at her in close quarters and showing no mercy for that earlier knockdown attempt! Soon, Becky’s taking one too many hooks to the side of her head, looking a little more and more dazed in the pocket… The referee is hovering nearby, and once he sees one of the singer’s hands drop loosely down to her side, he knows this fight is OVER! There’s the jump in and cover from the ref, meaning Miss Ziegler takes it via TKO5!

Official Decision: Maddie Ziegler defeats Becky G via TKO5!

AFTER:
Maddie does it again! Huge grin on the victorious blonde’s face as she turns around and raises both arms, leaving her barely conscious Latina victim behind, strutting to her corner to celebrate with her coach, earning herself a big hug from a very satisfied Kristanna Loken and plenty of high fives from the rest of the Dollhouse team.

The rookie took a rough tumble in the 2nd round and paid the price for her eagerness to end the fight so early, but bounced right back into another impressive and decisive win over perhaps her toughest opponent to date, scoring two revenge knockdowns and a final TKO on her more experienced opponent. Speaking of her opponent, Becky has certainly seen better days, the Latina now placed in a sitting position on the mat against the ropes with her team doing their best to bring her back to reality, the singer’s bruised and bloodied face tells the story of those last few moments right before the fight was stopped as she sits on the mat looking groggy and weak.

Ziegler in contrast, experiencing one of the best nights of her short career, despite a few bruises and some sweat, the graceful dancer is all smiles as she gets interviewed inside the ring. “Hey, gotta say - great fight from Becky. She kinda got me in the 2nd, I got a bit too eager in there. And she got off the mat twice…yeah, she’s tough. I knew it coming into this and I was ready to go as long as I needed to. She only survived 1 more round than my previous opponents, so I guess I did a good job.” Maddie chuckles. When asked about what is coming up for her, the blonde has a definite answer ready to go. “I’ve got one more fight left on my contract, and I’m kinda aiming for Madison Beer. I feel like taking her out for my last developmental fight would be very cool. I’ll leave it to my management to work out but hopefully she doesn’t chicken out.”

So there you have it folks, Ziegler wants Beer – are we going to see this battle of the Madisons soon? We’ll have to wait and see what the Lookout camp have in mind.

Ziegler then proceeds to shock the crowd by walking over to Becky and towering over the Latina who’s still sitting at the ropes surrounded by her medical team. But If you thought the blonde has anything nefarious in mind you’d be dead wrong, not tonight – Maddie suddenly drops to her knees and appears to be saying a few words to Becky before the two fighters surprise everyone by ending their exchange with a fist-bump, finishing the night on a sportsmanlike note despite their early pre-fight verbal exchanges.

Both fighters receiving a standing ovation from the crowd here as Maddie stands back up and poses in the center of the ring with her arms raised one last time before finally making her way out of the ring. The talented blonde all smiles as she takes a victory march out of the arena to the sound of her fans’ cheers, her team in tow, before finally disappearing into the backstage.
