Before: Lopez jetting to wintry Bonn for a huge payday, and getting some respite from US media hounds in the wake of Jen’s recent setbacks. German promoter Universum paying US celeb gobs of dough--fight practically shuts Germany down while in the States, Habermann would be virtually unmarketable. Despite Eva’s credentials, it’s a relatively low risk match for Lopez--a chance to face a fellow banger without a lot of media pressure--Jen hoping to work the bugs in relative obscurity in preparation fro a lightweight comeback in the New Year. Great blonde/Nordic vs. dusky Latina match up--Habermann in light blue bandeau bikini with frilly trim, Jen in black string bikini from her video, highlighted hair pulled back.

During R1: Habermann gets the early jump, toe to toe with Lopez, slugging the Latina to the ropes, then really piling on bell to bell, Left hand to the gut, left to the breast, clapping right on the eye, left hook across the mouth--Eva stands at close range, but not bodied up, giving herself room to club away as Jen just sits on the ropes and slides into stupor. Lopez glassy eyed, responding late to each bashing impact--covering up low, covering up high--punches just PULPING into her body, smashing her beautiful face side to side. At the bell, Habermann spins on her heel, unable to conceal her glee--Lopez wobbly butt, staring--she’s not the same girl who started this fight three minutes ago.

R2: Habermann crowding in now, reaching under Jen’s arms to body her back--Lopez soon reclining on the ropes in that peculiar sluggish torpor, offering up her body to Habermann’s greedy fists, Eva just pouring it on, head on Jen’s chest, palming Lopez’ arms away from that cushy midriff then pitching it in as the brunette lurches forward in trouble. Eva shoving and slugging, showing off her left hook shoving in Jens right side, swabbing Lopez’ lower back as the Latina folds over her legs. In the final minute--Habermann with her hands low, bends her legs and uses her shoulder and chest to push a sleepy Jen Lopez into the ropes--sharp, compact punches twitch up from Habermann’s waist as she clouts away at Lopez’ blank face--Jen finally responding in a rousing give and take as Latina realizes she could be stopped by the concerned ref. bell sounds--girls trading furiously--but Jen without leverage is getting herself beaten senseless as Habermann is pulled off. Lopez smooth face swelling horribly, eyes closing, bleeding from the nose as she drifts under certainly to her corner.

R3: Habes paws a jab at Lopez chest--it’s enough to back the wobbly brunette up and once again Eva squares up with a stunned Latina seated on the ropes. Withering body punches break Lopez down--she slouches forward, arms crossed about her stomach as Habermann POUNDS around the elbows. Eva just releasing the hounds--coming off the body to smash face with uppercuts from either hand--bending side to side as her powerful body torques punches up into the Latina and Jen can’t take it. Lopez fielding horrific blows t her body and face finally, mercifully goes under, slumping face first to the canvas to lay in a huddled mass. Eva Habermann almost untouched, bunches up and down, hands in the air--KO3 Eva Habermann.

After: Lopez known for the occasional flat performance, and those one ranks right up there with the very worst. Habermann came to fight--recognizing Lopez as one of the pre-eminent pressure fighters in the celeb world and eager to beat her down body to body--the busy blonde simply caught Lopez by surprise. German paparazzi catch a battered Lopez on film in the airport--large sunglasses covering raccoon shiners, jaw line swollen--caption reads “KAUPT!: on a daily newspapers across the country. Yep, there’s nothing as sobering as traveling across the world to get your butt kicked, then slinking out of town with your tail between your legs.
