Before: Former Lioness's member Keisha Buchanan looks to impress after over four years of absence facing off against Glamour’s recently signed Penelope Cruz who celebrated her stable debut with a round six win against Kirsten Dunst, her first match since 2019. Cruz is looking to spend some time DBG, hoping to retire on a high note.

The Spaniard enters the ring looking stunning as ever in a black push-ups bra and panties, paired up with red gloves as the crowd erupts. Keisha strolls into the ring in a white one-piece bikini, earning some whistles from the crowd thanks to her curvy legs.

Round 1: Action-packed start as ladies waste no time and clash in the centre, leather sticking to either fighter’s face/body, punches are certainly not being pulled tonight. Pene gets an early advantage with a one-two to Keisha's jaw but the Londoner snaps back with a right to the abdomen forcing a painful grunt out of Pene before smashing her chin with a left. Cruz steps back and Keisha goes in for an ambitious uppercut looking to score an early knockdown, but the Spaniard covers up just in time. Keisha determined to keep pressure on Pene, sticking a flurry of jabs to her belly and ribs, keeping busy and slowly wearing her down. Cruz refusing the get bullied goes in for a clinch drawing the fight to the middle. Keisha follows, walks into a left hook but recovers quickly and responds with a one-two to the Spaniard’s chest just in time for the bell, winning the opener 10:9.

Round 2: Cruz in a relaxed stance, not letting the point loss get to her, Keisha, on the other hand, all offence, looking to take advantage and end the fight quickly. She marches towards Pene looking to exchange punches, but the Spaniard doesn't want any of it, she keeps her distance, countering mostly with single jabs when she catches Keisha off guard. Buchanan growing frustrated, ups the tempo but it only results in her taking more punches as Pene finds gaps in her defence and punishes with hooks to the body and ribs. Keisha slowing down, the body punishment is aching her, she looks to back out of the exchange, but Cruz is on top of her. Having spent most of the round on the defensive, Penelope is much more energetic as she spruces up the Londoner’s chin with a one-two, follows with more rib torments and finally a left to the jaw as Keisha hits the canvas. She shakes off the textbook pounding and begins to climb along the ropes but it’s too little too late, YOU’RE OUT!

After: Keisha takes a moment to process what just happened, it’s only round two and either fighter barely has a mark on them. She gets ready to continue but the ref won’t allow it.

“Well, I didn’t expect things to end so soon but I’m not complaining. Maybe Keisha just isn’t cut out for the ring. Pene tells the press, winking at her furious opponent.
