Before:

The two girls compliment each other before the fight, noting the tremendous amount of success the other has shared.

“Lili has a 15 fight win streak coming into tonight,” Lizzie observes, “she’s been noting less than tremendous for Front Street. And before that, she had another seven wins and no other losses.” Olsen continues to sing praises of her foe. “She’s not going to be an easy opponent – nobody ever is, but especially Lili.”

Reinhart is equally impressed with her foe’s achievements, “Elizabeth went 10-3 against the best in the FCBA last year, and is 3-0 this year so far. She’s been tremendous, fighting for her career as a free agent to getting signed by Fates. It’ll be an honor to fight her, but I’m not going to be holding anything back.”

The two girls embrace before heading their respective ways, and this fight will sure be interesting as two of the top bantamweights will square off.

Come time for the fight, the crowd is buzzing as they know that the winner may very well earn herself a title opportunity. Elizabeth Olsen is the first girl to make her way to the ring, removing her robe to reveal a white sports bra and matching trunks with black gloves. The actress gives a brief wave to the crowd before returning her focus to the ring. Moments later, Lili Reinhart steps out from the back and makes her way to the ring. The blonde has donned an orange sports bra with blue trunks and blue gloves for the fight. The two girls touch gloves and the ref calls for the bell, and off we go for ten rounds of bantamweight action!

Round 1:

The fight starts with both girls cautiously exiting their corners, trying to get a sense for their foe. The crowd is at a fever pitch as while it may very well decide the next challenger for the bantamweight title. Reinhart feints left and goes right, smashing her glove into Olsen’s guard. The brunette actress retaliates with a left that skims off the side of the blonde’s face, allowing the younger actress to pop a quick right into Lizzie’s face. Olsen quickly clinches right as Reinhart winds up for another blow, stifling the younger girl’s offense and forcing a break early. Out of the break, Lili lands an early blow to Lizzie’s ribs, and Olsen backs off. Reinhart follows, using her extra reach to jab at Olsen. Lizzie ducks the second jab and comes back with a right hook that knocks Lili backwards. Reinhart protects her head as Olsen works her blows around the blonde’s guard, hitting her ribs and liver to the ring of the bell. Despite the strong first minute from Lili, the opening round goes to Olsen on points.

Round 2:

Lili and Elizabeth start the second at a quicker pace, with both girls circling each other while throwing jabs. Olsen connects with a solid one-two combo that knocks Reinhart backwards, forcing the blonde to adjust. The brunette follows up with a solid shot to the bigger girl’s body, knocking the younger girl out of her range. Lizzie darts forward to press her advantage only to take a strike right to her body before getting her head slammed backwards by a left follow up from Lili. Olsen staggers backwards as Reinhart pursues her, picking around the veteran’s guard to land blows to her body and head whenever possible, knocking her into the ropes. Olsen bounces back into the center of the ring, digging a short right into Reinhart’s body to push her foe backwards. Lili plants her feet and responds in kind, stopping Lizzie’s effort to turn the tide as the bell rings to end the round. Lili evens everything up on points after two rounds.

Round 3:

The third starts much the same as the second, with both girls circling each other and the jabs flying early. Lizzie bashes two strikes off of Lili’s guard, retreating when she sees her blows didn’t affect the blonde. Reinhart counterpunches with a right, landing a clear shot and Olsen backs off again before planting her feet. She dekes to her right and slips a left under Reinhart’s guard, stopping the blonde from getting any closer. Lili counterpunches with her right, but Elizabeth was expecting the strike and parries the blow, getting in a clean shot to the blonde’s right cheek, just below her eye. Reinhart leaps backwards as Olsen shoots out a follow-up left, but it misses thanks to the younger girl’s evasive act. The two resume circling and Reinhart jabs at Olsen, though her blows don’t make it past her foe’s guard. Lizzie counters and her gloves find their mark as she tags Lili’s nose before the bell. The round belongs to Olsen on points, wide, getting the lead back.

Round 4:

The fight opens up for the fourth, with the two girls quickly dancing around the ring, striking and retreating as they trade blows. Reinhart takes a right from Olsen but tags the brunette with a left as she retreats, catching the Avenger flush in her chin and Olsen looks unsteady! Lizzie backs off but Lili is already bounding after her, slamming a brutal body shot into the older actress’ body. Olsen groans out in agony as the leather glove strikes her midriff, only to snap her head backwards with another shot to her chin and this time the strike dazes her! Elizabeth has a blank look on her face as the Fates corner screams at her to protect her head, but they’re too late as Lili hammers two straights into Elizabeth’s nose and down goes the actress! Olsen gets knocked onto her back and sees the ref start to count over her. She lifts her head up and rolls herself over with a groan as the ref counts out “four”. Olsen gets herself to her hands and knees before forcing herself up, steadying herself at the count of eight. The ref checks in and is satisfied with Olsen’s response, and he waves Reinhart back in. Lili goes to Olsen’s body in the final seconds of the round, getting in good contact, but not able to knock the older veteran down again by the bell. Elizabeth wearily walks back to the Fates corner while the Front Street corner welcomes Lili back to let her know that she just has to continue what she’s doing to win the fight.

Round 5:

Lili and Lizzie circle each other from a distance to start the fifth. Lili gets the better end of the trades to start with, hitting her brunette foe through her guard and knocking the veteran back into the ropes. Lizzie tries to bounce off of the ropes like she did earlier in the fight, except that this time, Reinhart is ready for it, and connects with two rights to the older actress’ midriff. Olsen goes for the quick clinch, slightly bent over from the blows, and she gets the break. The two girls resume circling, except this time, Elizabeth is the one who starts darting in and out of Lili’s range, getting the blonde to protect her head and instead goes for her body. Lizzie getting good contact, steadily working the bigger girl backwards. The bell rings after a back-and-forth fifth, and the judges determine that the two girls have fought to a draw for the round.

Round 6:

Olsen seemingly getting a second wind to start the back half of the fight as she springs out of her corner while Reinhart cautiously stays back in hers. Elizabeth feints with her right only to drill the blonde with a left to her solar plexus and Lili winces as the leather finds her body. Olsen smashes a left into Reinhart’s guard, prompting a counterpunch from the blonde. Lili goes for Lizzie’s head, but the blonde misses and Elizabeth nearly takes Lili’s head off with a right! Reinhart is standing but wobbly, and Elizabeth notices. The brunette drills a left through the blonde’s guard tagging her in the nose. Lili tries to keep her gloves up but she can’t hold off Elizabeth as the Avenger breaks her guard down with three straight rights and down goes Lili! Olsen quickly gets out of the ref’s way as he starts his count. Reinhart picks her head up to see the ropes, and she reaches out for them, grabbing the bottom rope with both hands. She pulls herself to her knees – but can’t get to her feet before the ref shouts out “TEN!” It’s over, and your winner by KO6, Elizabeth Olsen!

After:

A big win for Olsen as she continues her impressive streak and is still in the middle of the title picture, while Reinhart’s winning streak ends at 15. The Front Street staff get Lili onto a stool and clean her up while Lizzie patiently waits to go over and check in on her until waved in by the Front Street staff. The staff motions to Olsen, who goes over and embraces Reinhart as the two exchange pleasantries before going their own ways.

“Lili is an amazing fighter,” Elizabeth tells the press afterwards, “she’s had some amazing fights and is going to have so many more. She’ll probably even do what I haven’t been able to do so far and win the bantamweight title.” With that, Olsen leaves the press to ponder if the brunette will be able to take that next step in her career.

Reinhart talks to the press later, “Lizzie had a great fight and has been on a tear lately. I just wasn’t good enough today. But the next time we meet, I will be, and I’ll even up the score.”
