Before: : Fight follows Theron’s negative ringside comments following Farrell’s stoppage of a gunshy Brooke Shields. With almost 4 times as many public fights as the big brunette, Theron’s experience would seem to indicate a one-sided bout, but Farrell does have hammers in her fists, and Charlize isn’t the most elusive of fighters. Most predict as easy win for Theron, while giving Farrell a decent puncher’s chance. White aerobics two piece, white sneakers, white gloves for a very tanned and fit looking Charlize, blue aerobics two piece, white sneakers and gloves for Farrell.

During R1: School is in session, and Theron hands out the lesson with cool efficiency this round. Charlize takes away the height and reach of Farrell with good lateral movement constantly making the brunette move her feet and reset her position. Hooking off the jab, Charlize fights almost exclusively with the left hand this round, concentrating on Farrell’s eyes. Theron doing an excellent job of judging distance, is able to step back from Farrell’s ponderous right hands, then step back in at will to shut the brunette out this round.

R2: Seesaw first couple of minutes, as Theron continues to box smart early, but gets caught a good right hand midway through the round to let Farrell into the match. Terry doesn’t put punches together well, but her long,. Pounding blows land heavily, and Charlize has no choice but to cover up as Terry gets it going. Terry just getting comfortable, batting away at Charlize’s gloves, shoulders and arms, when suddenly, Theron snaps off a quick left hook in between the brunette’s jaws, then cracks that short right to the chin to drape Terry onto the ropes.. Farrell glassy eyed, hands at shoulder height, takes a classic Theron short right to the jaw and drops to the canvas as though shot. Farrell uses the ropes to get shakily to her feet and is saved by the bell.

R3: Charlize slightly over anxious walks straight into Farrell, and Terry finally gets to slug with the blonde. Ponderous action from both women as each will try a quick left/right, then fall in to clunch. Tery likes the straight up, slow pace, and power punching, and has Theron backing up for most of the round, Farrell gets on board in a sloppy round that has the crowd restless.

R4: Charlize hears it from her trainer, and immediately goes back to making the fight easy with her legs. Circling Farrell, opening angles with her feet, Theron is able to rip at Terry’s head with that left hook, batting the skull flat against the shoulder of the big girl ion numerous occasions. Farrell in sparring partner mode, follows, walks into punches, and by the bell, her right eye is swelling badly from Charlize’s hooks.

R5: Charlize goes to Farrell’s long torso this round with pounding left hands to the ribs, and a short right Lucia Rijker right to the sternum, Farrell soask it up and answers with some jerky right uppercuts in a close round for Theron.

R6: Terry sticks Charlize with some nice jabs early, but Theron continues to beat the body, bending into spearing rights to the ribs that finally have Farrell clutching at herself in pain. A short right uppercut, all shoulder from Theron, pops Farrell’s back from her crouch, and the brunette’s form degrades once again as the blonde wades in. Charlize starting to put it to Terry bodies up, shoves the brunette to the ropes, and works her over to the bell.

R7: Charlize waves a loose left in Terry’s face, then comes slicing in with a wicked right to the chin to open a disastrous round for the brunette. Farrell hurt early, covers up, stumbling forward as Charlize digs at her ribs with right hands, and snaps short left hooks at her eye. Terry refuses to succumb, and actually scores heavily at times with rising blows from both hands, bt Theron dominates the final minute with straight one-twos to the face. Farrell wears a blasted expression at the bell, face shiny from abuse, and right eye completely closed at this point.

R8: All Charlize Theron as she steps to Terry, and pounds na short right hand to the breast bone to get Farrell moving backwards, Theron at her brutal best, slugs Farrell along the ropes with a series of Rocky-esque right hands, finally battering Farrell to the corner. Charlize happy to body up, using her shoulders and head to press Farrell back, punching with hard one-twos to the brunette’s gut whenever possible. Terry soaks it up, showing good toughness in a bout that has gotten out of control.

R9: Charlize a little arm weary, doesn’t press the issue this round, and Farrell sends a message that she won’t go quietly, Snapping Charlize’s head back with a still-fresh jab, terry is able to set her long legs and lean into some clean right hands, testing the blonde’s jaw with significant bombs for the first time in the fight. Theron poses for the shots, and gets her head turned to the side on several occasions, but seems unfazed as she takes the round off.

R10: Charlize punctuates a strong performance with a late knockout bid,. Batting Farrell to the ropes with strong hooks and wide crosses,. Charlize bludgeons he brunette with another series of right hands, connecting clean and savage on the jaw and driving Terry skidding along the topes to drop her to all fours in the corner. Farrell beats the count: Charlize beats on Farrell. Theron stands in front of a shellshocked Terry Farrell, putting punches together in crisp 3 punch combinations, harming the body and head with a patient, balanced attack. Terry shows her inexperience3, unable to clinch, or spin oit of the corner, she soaks up a grade a pummeling to the bell as Charlize pours it on. Charlize is just beginning a vicious series of digging left hooks up under the ribs of her foe when the bell rings--Theron body cocked to deliver, pulls the punch as Terry cringes, turning away from it in anticipation. Solid unanimous decision for Charlize Theron.

After: No surprises here--Theron just too good at this point. Farrell a  little limited despite showing tremendous heart in going  the distance. When asked why is didn’t stop Terry, Charlize responded, “I had her hurt throughout the fight, but I didn’t want to get caught. I played it safe, but I clearly dominated her. That was enough.”
