Theron keeping the pressure on Shannon Elizabeth, deliberately calling out gatekeeper Debbe to stay in the hunt. "If Shannon thinks blocking the road with tired old brunette retreads is going to keep her in power," says Charlize, "she's more deluded than we thought. And as for Debbe - I used to respect her, but putting her celebrity at Shannon's disposal is pathetic. When I'm done with her, she'll have to rethink this whole gatekeeper thing."

Dunning unrepentant, "I'm getting more calls now than I have in years, and I'm back on big time PPV where I belong. If it's a mistake, it's the best mistake I've ever made."

Guest commentator Dani Fishel sizes up the combatants: "I know Charlize is looking for a confidence builder - a name, someone with some mileage, someone who knows how to lose - but I don't think Debbe Dunning is the girl you want here. Theron's an ordinary fighter against big right handed punching - if Debbe can hurt Charlize and make her fight with her chin, we're going to see another terrible beating of a once-great blonde champion. People worry that I'VE taken too much punishment in my career - I think they better start worrying about Charlize. She's so hurtful and spiteful outside of the ring that I know a lot of people are hoping for a sustained Theron drubbing tonight, but I'm concerned for her - when girls get her in trouble, they usually give Charlize just a little extra because of that mouth and it's definitely starting to wear her out."

Round 1: Contrast in styles - Theron with dukes up, dancing lightly to her left, pinpointing her jab to Debbe's left eye, skidding brisk right crosses off same - Dunning careless of defense, leading with her chest and face as she swings with both hands hard to the head and torso of her foe. Theron giving ground, bouncing her back off all four sides of the ropes, using the entire canvas - Dunning the aggressor takes the round.

Round 2: Charlize moving her upper body well, slipping under sweeping Dunning offerings - blonde pivoting and turning her brunette as Debbe gets frustrated. Theron more selective, leaving her jab on Debbe's eye, rocking away then diving in behind hard right hands to the left side of the head. Dunning still coming forward, still making the fight, but Theron's accuracy and persistence starting to swell DD's left peeper.

Round 3: Classic Charlize Theron - the legs, the outside fighting, quick, lanky punches as Dunning continues to wander into punishment. Theron able to get a delicious angle outside Dunning's left shoulder, POUNDING down and in with right hands on that left eye, stepping to the right with biting hooks as Debbe starts to break down. Midway through, crashing Theron right on the button swivels Dunning's head and stops her in her tracks - first sign of serious hurt in Debbe as she stops punching entirely after absorbing the stunner. Dunning sent back to her corner all busted up, left eye closed - mission accomplished Charlize.

Round 4: Dunning proves a warrior, shaking off the damage, coming right at Charlize - Theron stands her ground to spend a round mid-ring swapping haymakers. Thrilling back and forth - once again characterized by Dunning's wild, wide free-swinging versus Charlize' more systematic, focused attack. Theron covering up tight, standing in the pocket to block, then answer back hard to Dunning's midriff with biting left hooks, right hand held tight against the cheek as she works the body.

Round 5: Charlize back on the outside, comfy behind her sticking, poking jab and merciless as she bangs away on the angry left eye of her foe. Dunning can't get set to punch, not cutting off the ring, gobbles a needless shutout as she follows Charlize around, letting the blonde get classy on her.

Round 6: Charlize back in to slug - she's changed things up brilliantly in this fight, boxing and banging at unpredictable intervals. And CHARLIZE GOES DOWN! Huge overhand right beats Charlize' rising right hand - blonde wavers out on her feet for a moment before pitching to her face as the crowd screams in shock. Theron's heart takes over, commanding the legs to rise as she somehow beats the count - blank and woozy face tells the tale as Charlize' mitts stack up at her belly. On comes Debbe. Dunning BLASTING away with looping lefts and rights, getting her hips and legs into blockbuster swings, clobbering Charlize backwards into the ropes as the blonde dutifully takes every punch flush. No let up in Double D - no life in the blonde's eyes as the brunette piles on, hammering away with blacksmith action on the jaw of her opponent as Theron skids helplessly along the ropes. Merciless bludgeoning DROPS CHARLIZE AGAIN at the two minute mark, leaving her in a corner on all fours - she struggles to clamber up the ropes as Dunning trembles with excitement in a neutral corner. Final minute is a wrecked, brutalized Theron gathering herself and fighting a brilliant defensive minute, falling in to shamelessly clinch, smothering Debbe who's over anxiousness to finish betrays her. Big 10-7 round Debbe D - Charlize dazed, out on her stool as her trainer rubs life back into those sleek thighs.

Round 7: It's the Theron Debbe D was hoping for - flat footed, glassy eyed, stubborn. It's brutal slobberknocker warfare mid-ring, girls standing one another up, CLOUTING EACH OTHER'S JUGS and chins as they bend side to side into punches, always falling in to lie mouth on shoulder after exchanging. Theron won't be bullied and can't be finished - important blonde round as she beats Dunning at her own game, gains some valuable time and prevents Debbe from gaining any more momentum.

Round 8: Charlize continues to claw her way back - huddling forward in a tight defense, letting Debbe get off wide, then snapping that vicious left hand hard against Dunning's abs, slowly driving the brunette to the ropes. By the midway point - Theron's got Debbe hurting - Dunning seated on the ropes, mouth breathing, bending forward, Charlize with her right hand guarding her cheek, left hand loose and low. Theron just biting the hook into Debbe's flat tummy, then doubling it up against the chest or mouth - Theron following through with her left hand tight against her chest as she keeps the shots very short.

R9: We're not used to seeing sustained, damaging body work from Charlize, but we're seeing it tonight - gut busting hooks,

snap-snapping to breadbasket then head have Dunning in a bad way as she continues to spend most of the round with her butt on ropes. Dunning bleeding in the mouth - elbows in, eyes staring - Theron is hurting her with every punch, immobilizing the brunette with the digging body shots and keeping her dazed with the follow-up clouts on the chin. DD occasionally pushing Charlize back by her shoulders - brunette's face all "you're-hurting-me." Final moments see Charlize turn her shoulders into a series of snapping left hooks slamming hard into Debbe's bikini top - Dunning's mouth lolls open in tired outrage as Theron leaves her throbbing at the bell.

Round 10: All Charlize Theron as she rolls Debbe up at the ropes, staying methodical, staying patient and tight with those ripping, short hooks to body and head. Both girls mindless at this point - Theron intent on getting withering leverage behind every punch - Debbe just soaking them up, legs trembling, eyes distant, but refusing to submit. Charlize closes out the fought with three consecutive shutout rounds, but at the bell, Dunning manages to lift her gloves in a tired gesture of triumph. Equally exhausted and bruised up Charlize tries to pull the brunette's arms down and girls must be separated as the decision is awaited. Comes back narrow UD10 Charlize Theron!

Scattering booing from intensely loyal Dunning fans, but Theron pulled this one out of the fire with a gutsy late drive, refusing to go out after a devastating sixth left her helpless. "I'm just going to say it," says a wide-eyed Dani Fishel, "that was amazing. I know critics are going to lambaste Charlize for struggling to put Debbe down, but they've never had to pull themselves up off the carpet and will themselves on to victory. You know, she fights like this and it's such an inspiration - if only they wouldn't let her talk."
