BEFORE: Swan preening - she's got a chance to expand her brand (as brunette-of-choice for glamour-blondes) into a global sphere with a good showing here. "I couldn't help but notice crow's feet around Cameron's eyes," flawless brunette smirks in prefight, "and I've noticed a few crows-feet on her boxing as well. Let's face it - the game has passed Cam Diaz by - she's never seen a fighter like Serinda Swan before, and after this, she's never going to want to again!" Diaz non-plussed: fighting in support of a struggling "Knight and Day", she's facing whomever producers put in front of her. "Swan's fought...who exactly," Cameron shrugs. "I carved up Charlize Theron in her prime; I retired Demi Moore - anyone who thinks Serinda's anything more than a showcase for me needs to go back to school. Sure, I'd love to pick apart Yvonne Strahovski or Missy Peregrym - but those girls don't seem to anxious to get in with a woman fitter and slicker than they are! At least Serinda's got dumb confidence - I'll give her that much." Serinda in neon baby blue bikini; white gloves; dark hair in loose tangles. Cameron in scarlet bikini from Knight and Day; white gloves; long blonde hair twisted into makeshift beach-bun - long bangs framing her face. Fought outdoors in standard ring, Malibu beach - KNIGHT AND DAY banners all over the place - permanent beach volleyball bleachers surround the ring (pretty good sized crowd).

During R1: Shutout by the numbers, Cam Diaz...with one little wrinkle: Diaz comes out southpaw. Cam rotating counterclockwise - right leg her lead leg - she's effortlessly turning Serinda's left flank. Brunette lobbing up muscular haymakers - easily sidestepped and slipped by nimble Cam: Diaz taking inventory of Serinda's tummy and tits via exploratory right jabs and hooks in return. Nobody hurt - Cameron springy-legged/quick mitted - basically proving Swan can't hurt what she can't touch.

R2: Swan batting away on flanks/hips - buffetting Cameron in moments before Diaz can disengage. Takes Diaz a minute of maneuvering to settle Swanny down: right jabs in the mouth at minute mark bring Serinda back into compliance. Down the stretch, Cam lands her first left - chopping shot to left side of Serinda's jaw, followed by sleek pivot-right to complete avoid Swanny's angry receipt.

R3: Swan launching straight rights, trying to locate Cam: Diaz dips, rolls with her left shoulder, leans back in to jot sneaky lead lefts onto left side of Swanny's face. Blonde too supple-elusive for Swan to win this battle of reflexes - she abandons it to inspect Diaz' flat midsection with more robust tactics. Cam answering with nimble footwork - circling counter-clockwise around her right jab, turning her brunette. Sliding left hands plow into world-class brunette jugs - Cam landing with a beefy PAK! then floating off to her right with a dimpled grin.

R4: Shutout Cameron Diaz: her long, lean lines greyhound taut as she encircles Serinda, vexing the brunette at will. Cam feathering her right jab - just bothering Swan with it; Cam dropping in sneaky lefts to left side of Serinda's face - startling, if not hurting brunette. Defensively - Cameron relying on her footwork for the most part - but occasionally displaying sinewy torso-bobs/twists to stand directly in front of Serinda and make her miss. Swan huffing and puffing - no one punch really damaging her, but she's scuffing up and showing frustration at the constant touch of Cameron.

R5: Serinda driving in a long, straight right to Cam's body - fixing blonde position long enough for scrabbling work to sinewy Diaz flanks: Cameron keeping elbows in, hands up, absorbing some scrub before pivoting out of peril. Cam luring Serinda with legs, baiting her, then stepping away - Diaz footwork adjusting distance, giving Serinda hope, then taking it away. Cam selective with her punching, but looks to be landing slick, chopping left hands straight to left side of Serinda's face at will - just one poke, then Cam's sliding off to the right, turning Serinda's left flank again. Bell: bright smile/dimples for Cameron; sullen frown, muttered curses for Serinda as she just can't find her blonde through 5.

R6: Cameron lures Serinda to ropes, sets up pocket, allows Swan to get off big-girl. Swanny squared away, lowering her head: she's chugging away to flat blonde abs; pushing Cameron into ropes; hooking her ribs; trying to fit her face for shoving rights. Diaz flat footed, playing rope-a-dope: she's taking some body punishment, but supple torso bobs/twists/rolls keeping her chin off the table. Cam easing either shoulder or elbow into Serinda's body to nudge her off, but very little in the way of punching back from Diaz: a few whippy left uppercuts to body; the odd roll-and-counter straight left - but otherwise Cam's content to stay defensive. Swan works up a good lather, lands some spank to hated blonde torso, wins her first points as a result.

R7: Cam lures Serinda to ropes - even waving her in behind a coy little guard. Swanny squares away - pushing on Cam to secure her, then shellacking on the hurt. Minute mark - Cam all cute in closed stance, showing Serinda the right shoulder: Swan doubles up a hook to right-side ribs, then leans in close to chop a right to Cam's chin and DIAZ IS HURT! Blonde girl not playing possum...wiry legs spasm, sitting Cam in ropes, blonde eyes blinking, lips parting in wonder. Serinda suddenly violent - tensing to rip multiple left uppercuts through the middle, then looking to lean into fight-ending right hands. Diaz buffetted, but stabilizing - clinching Serin around the waste to hang on. Ref's break - Serinda misses a huge right hand up top, allowing Cam to spin off the ropes and escape...blonde girl on her toes, showing desperation leg. Swan in hot, but sloppy pursuit: Cameron able to fall back into ropes under pressure, walk Serinda into the clinch, get the ref's break. Brunette window closes: Cam's got her legs back by the bell...but smile's gone as a serious Diaz takes her stool.

R8: Cameron deploying choppy right jabs off her back (left) foot, then leaning in to fetch the hatchet-strike left onto left side of Swanny's face. Serinda's knees buckling early as blonde commits: Diaz finally unleashing with a little power, fighting for respect. Swan turning, facing into punishment...Cam content to stun her foe, then encircle/control her. Diaz tapping out points as wobbly-butt Serinda covers up/turns on the spot as Cam yanks back the initiative through 8.

R9,10: Easy, breezy shutouts, Cam Diaz. Serinda becoming sullen - left side of her beautiful face puffy with punishment...she's just turning to her left, elbows in/hands up, trying to get square with elusive Cam. Diaz' limber legs the whole show - darting her in, out, and around her foe at will. Cam cute with the right hand - jabbing pesky at taut brunette tummy; tapping up top to occupy the guard; occasionally cuff-hooking Serinda's left ear while pivoting counterclockwise. Cam's left hands sliding into tummy/tits/face with greasy efficiency...sense is Diaz could stop Serinda or seriously hurt her if only Cameron would plant and go for it. Diaz content to carry-and-punish, dishing out a patient, technically precise tattooing. Lumps and humiliation rather than real damage for Serinda Swan. UD10 wide, Cam Diaz.

After: Diaz putting on a classic blonde leg show tonight - basically too classy for Swan, though strong young brunette had her moments. Swan pitching a fit when she's presented with an autographed 8" by 11" headshot of Cameron: Diaz going into Theron's old playbook to show Swan her place in postfight. "You know, I did what I could with this level of opposition," Diaz says, somewhat curiously. "She basically just camped out behind her gloves and let me pound on her. I really want Strahovski - she's the one everyone's comparing me to because of her body type, but I just think I'm slicker and better all around. If she keeps ducking me, I'll chip away at the contenders. Hopefully they'll be more combative than this tramp was!"
