Before: Courteney long one of the most underated FCBA talents, turning her attention to fighting full time now that's she's free of weekly series commitments. "Definitely I want to get out there and make my mark on this era before I retire," says a focused brunette in prefight. "I see tramps like Jaime Pressly getting a lot of ink, and I think to myself - 'how many times have I b###h slapped that girl and SHE'S getting all the attention?' I look at the top 10 names at bantam and there's not one girl I respect as far as her boxing skills go. Once I've tuned up on a few shopworn names like Eleniak, Demi and so on - I see no reason why I can't take a championship at sub120." Eleniak fighting a very busy, young-woman's schedule at the FCBA level for the first time in years - is she wearing down under the strain? "I feel great," Erika assures fans, "I feel fresh. I faded late against Carmella because I didn't eat right on the day of the fight - Decesare was a blip, an anomaly. I'm fighting for my FCBA life here - I don't want to go back to the resort circuit, so that means Courtney's getting knocked out." During R1: Cox cold-eyed, peppering Eleniak a brack of stiff jabs while stepping left, then dropping a whistling right onto Erika's teeth - Eleniak put wobbly butt in the opening moments as Courtney roars out of the blocks. Solid two-gun body work from Cox - something she's been criticized for not doing enough of in the past - backs Eleniak to ropes. Erika buzzed, dukes at temples - she's just stooping forward, basically serving her tits up on a plate for Courteney's hungry, hup-hup shrugging. Eleniak buffetted and belted to her chest, just simmering on the ropes - she finally starts slugging back off the ropes down the stretch. Getting hot in there: Eleniak short and muscular with thick right hands to Cox' heaving bosom - Courtney deciding to stand her ground and trade with brawny blonde - Erika loses the round but lands some rattling good leather near the bell.

R2: Cox up on her toes - jabbing at Erika's eyes - brunette drops that sleek right hand on chin again, has Eleniak hurt from the get go. Court forward like a pro - jabbing Eleniak between the eyes, putting the right hand on teeth - Erika getting drilled, retreats to ropes under an accurate barrage of straight one-twos. Courteney intense, arctic-eyed - she touches Eleniak jabs, head and body at the ropes, gets E guessing wrong then drops in TASTY right hands as the chin becomes exposed. Eleniak staring, confused - when Courteney jabs her tumy - Erika's guard flinches down and she takes a right hand, on cue, every time. Cox firm with her jab, controlling Erika, pinning her down, then shafting her that vicious straight right - it's a turkey shoot and poor Eleniak's getting RIPPED! Patient drilling assault pays dividends after a minute - right hand busts Erika between her mitts and numbs her legs - blonde sags wearily into ropes, body going limp - COX POURS INTO ERIKA'S CHEST BOTH HANDS! Courtney the veteran, getting up into Erika's helpless rack with vicious, visibly disturbing lefts and rights - nothing like a savage jug-mugging to get a quick whistle from a panicky ref. Official steps in, cradling Erika to safety - little blonde woozy, hurt, but stamping her foot in protest - she's the TKO2 loser.

After: Cox beaming, all proud of herself - she got to Erika with accurate right hands off the jab, presented an eye-catching flurry and got the stoppage like a veteran as Eleniak slumped and took without answering. "She was out," asserts Cox in postfight. "If you check the tape, you'll see she went out to my right hand about half way through the second round - I was just mopping up when the ref did his job. Eleniak needs to go back to fighting trophy wives, ski bunnies and other C list celebs in Banff - she obviously can't cut it in the big leagues." Damning stuff - Eleniak catching a very raw beating from Britney Spears hasn't really recovered, dropping three straight after an auspicious reintroduction to the FCBA. "I'm discouraged," says a downcast Eleniak in postfight. "I know I've got a lot left and I'm just as hot anyone in the game, but girls are beating me and I have to step back and figure out why."
