Tense, but professional pre-fight atmosphere as girls maintain professional decorum. Biggest fight for Carpenter yet, and speculation runs towards how she'll handle the pressure of a big PPV - Nobody's worried about Theron's composure. Carpenter in red high cut aerobics bottoms, black sports bra; Charlize in powder blue aerobics bottoms, white sports bra.

Rounds 1-2: Interesting tactical move by Carpenter as she commits to body punching following the success against Nolin. Theron's mobility poses problems and although Carpenter RAKES THE BLONDE'S BODY with straight right hands, it's Charlize controlling the tempo, keeping Carpenter outside and at the end of Theron's punches.

Round 3: Theron beginning to slow, and Carpenter able to body up for the first time in the bout. Batting left hooks in behind Theron's elbow have the blonde hunched over, arms in tight as Carpenter goes cheek to cheek. In the final minute, Charisma steps left, drops a swatting double left hook onto Charlize' ear and turns into a THUMPING RIGHT TO THE BRA BUCKLES THERON'S LEGS. Charlize finishes up on the ropes, taking downward chopping lefts to the jaw, UPPERCUT RIGHTS TO THE BRA AND BELLY. Carpenter a little too enthusiastic is warned for butting Charlize' right eye in the heat of the moment.

Round 4: Charlize with a pained expression turns warrior and slugs toe to toe with Carpenter. Charisma able to jab early with Theron, but Charisma quickly reverts to form, putting her chin on Charlize' shoulder and WORKING THE BLONDE'S BODY with both fists. Late in the round, Theron spoils the party, using the short right uppercut to bang back Carpenter's head, and Charisma is HURT! Charlize stepping forward, pounds in that short straight right to the face at the bell.

Round 5: Charisma shakes off the punishment to slip inside once again and CHARLIZE DOESN'T LIKE THE CLOSE ACTION. Blonde's legs tremble as brunette bangs away, and Carpenter adept at stepping over to her left to fight off Charlize' right side. THERON TAKING PUNISHMENT TO HER RIGHT BREAST but when she lowers her shoulder, Carpenter bangs up top with swatting left hooks, setting up that whipping right hand to the tanned midsection. Theron looking pale and discouraged at the bell.

Round 6: Charlize regains the tactical initiative, getting her long legs into the act, circling with Charisma and making the brunette box. Theron pounding the stiff jab, keeps Carpenter's lethal left hook at home with well timed short right hands from the shoulder. Carpenter outboxed this round, but unhurt.

Round 7: Theron's poise and execution has Charisma chasing and once again reaching with her punches. Theron content to stick and move, mixing in the odd lead right to set up her slick left hook on the teeth. Carpenter with lancing right hands to the midsection, can't get full leverage on the elusive blonde. Theron doing a good job of disrupting Carpenter's timing with sudden, sharp strokes from either hand.

Round 8: CARPENTER BANGS BRA, THEN COMES UPSTAIRS with the right hand for the first time in the fight, bouncing the punch hard off Charlize' chin. THERON IS HURT! Charlize wobbling, looks to clinch but Carpenter snuggles inside. Charisma walking Theron back to the ropes, steps to the left and goes to work over Theron's right shoulder. Bang-bang double left hands on the jaw, followed by a RIPPING RIGHT TO THE CHEST PUTS CHARLIZE IN A BAD WAY but she gamely sucks it up to last the round. It's a vicious beating as Theron's legs lock, she stands against the ropes, taking the beat down with grim determination. Carpenter with that glittering look of anticipation in her dark eyes, never loses form - just chopping away at the svelte blonde with merciless efficiency. Theron swoons forward as another crushing right to the chest DROPS THE BLONDE TO HER HANDS AND KNEES. Breathless, Charlize sits back on her haunches, the right side of her face purple, CLUTCHING HER BREASTS - SHE CAN'T BEAT THE COUNT! Theron counted out in the seated position as Charisma Carpenter goes wild in the ring! Sensational KO 8 for the brunette bombshell.

Stunning attrition stoppage leaves pro-Theron crowd in shock. Gutsy strategy pays off as Carpenter, who can box, chose to work inside in an attempt to wear Theron out. Back to back trouncings of the best blondes in the business have Carpenter sitting on top of the world, while Charlize Theron suffers through this shattering, physically punishing loss.
