Before> Brook getting the “Next big thing’ label at the WB gym, makes her a marked woman the way Sarah Michelle Gellar, Charisma Carpenter, Brittany Daniel and many others have been before her. Scrappy O’Dell relishing the opportunity to welcome Kelly to the US. “This is a huge mistake for Kelly. Promises Jenny. “They’re lavishing money on this girl--she’s a Maxim Hot One Hundred prospect--she’s this, she’s that. The way I see it, I’ve been waiting years for the push Kelly’s been getting and they aren’t going to use me to get her over. She’s come a long way to get beat up and knocked out!” Kelly in red and black floral print  bra style bikini, Jenny in teal twist tie bikini top, yellow bikini bottoms.

During R1: Jenny very aggressive early, coming at Kelly’s body with wide right hands--Brook working behind her jab, picking O’Dell up in the face as the blonde comes forward--spirited give and take through 2/3s of the heat. Down the stretch, Brook lets her back touch the ropes and Jenny takes over--bruising lefts and rights thump in behind Kelly’s elbows as O’Dell punishes the stooped over brunette to the bell.

R2: Jenny taking it to Kelly, this time walking straight through Kelly’s stick, bodying the brunette to the ropes and fighting off Brook’s ample chest bell to bell. Lunch bucket stuff from O’Dell as she puts her had down, pumps her fists into Kelly’s toned tummy, wallops those juicy melons and clocks chin with clubbing artillery from either side. Brook shaky on the ropes, not countering and taking a lot of punches--she’s clearly uncomfortable with a hard-working blonde right on top of her.

R3: Mire brisk, straight-ahead fighting from Jenny as she clubs away with bludgeoning lefts and rights to the shoulders and ribcage of Kelly, backing the brunette up into her corner. O’Dell piling on for more shove and slug--giving it to Brook hard in the belly, working around either side as brunette groans forward, then propping her back up chest to chest in brutal, methodical grind, brook looking shopworn, slack jawed at the bell-jenny glaring, baring her teeth-0-she wants this BAD.

R4: Kelly finally following instructions--clearly has the tools to compete in this fight. Doubling up on the jab, Kelly keeps Jenny outside, stepping to the left gives O’Dell a bit of an angle, and Brook’s starting to drop the right cross in over the top, actually backing O’Dell up at points. Jenny getting scuffed up, needs to be able to work the body to have success against the lithe Brit.

R5: Jenny jabbing Brook to the chest--backing Kelly up and once again brunette finds herself up against the ropes taking a beating. O’Dell PITCHING it--reaching in with the left hand to stabilize Brook, the driving right hand blockbusters into the flat midriff with heartstopping force--easily some of the best punching of Jenny’s career. Brook crying out behind her mouthpiece finally looking to clinch but Jenny’s shucking her up, rag dolling her back into the ropes and going back downstairs where it’s hurting Kelly the most. Brook with her elbows in tight, folding forward--Jenny opens up with shellacking lefts and rights--fists bouncing loud off the brunette’s hips and back and BROOK GOES DOWN! Kelly hugging her battered middle, mewling and rocking on her left side--KO5 Jenny O’Dell.

After: Trail horse comes through big as O’Dell hands out a mugging to luscious newcomer. Brook taking a bad beating throughout, has some class, but reminds pundits of a young Denise Richards--too beautiful to be give up on, but maybe more work than WB anticipated. O’Dell heaps a blubbering walk of shame to get the max exposure from this win--blonde a bit of a forgotten woman at the big bantam, small lightweight, looked very, very good in this pressure-packed outing.
