Before: "Big hitter...hits like a welterweight," Brittany says at the podium, listing off Navi's attributes, "you can never take a puncher for granted. Having said that, she's not as aggressive as she was before getting gentled down by Anne Hathaway - and a puncher really needs her confidence to be effective. Plus, I think there's money to be made in her tummy: Navi's not the hardest chassis in boxing, if you know what I mean. I'm confident: cautious - but confident. I get in there, I'll do damage."

Rawat upbeat - still dogged by the Hathaway fight, but anxious to erase that loss with some big wins going forward. "I don't dwell on Anne," Navi says, "In fact, I'd fight her again in a heartbeat, but you don't see Hathaway leaping at the chance to suffer my wrath. So, I'll take it out on Brittany instead. She's a strong girl, no doubt - but I still think she's a beefed up bantam. Once I get to punching on her, I think she's going to realize why she cut weight all those years."

Navi in peach bikini with faux torn edges for a wilder look; black gloves; unruly black curls loose. Brittany in bra style leopard print bikini; black gloves; long, soft blonde hair loose.

During R1: Brittany engaging at medium range - trading lusty right hands, uppercuts and hooks: this is Navi's fight. Daniel landing a loud, sidearm right in Navi's flank, but paying for it as Rawat bounces right hands off blonde skull: Navi able to fight her way forward, hammering Brittany off her stance. Gradual progression to ropes - Navi in top position: Brittany covers up face-in-gloves, tucking elbows in as Rawat squares away. Brit feels Navi's heft: Rawat unleashing big, brawny whacks against both flanks, buttressed with some tuff reach-in body-ups to stack Brit, wrestling apart her defences for cudgelling work tummy to tummy. Bell: big smile Navi as she forces eye contact: Brittany tight lipped, shaking her head emphatically 'No' in defiance.

R2: Daniel jabbing her way in, moving past Navi's preferred range to get all the way inside. Daniel threading her left arm in under Navi's right to secure her: Brittany keeping hips back, working to plug short, vicious right hands up into Navi's tummy/ribs. Rawat darkening, grunting, face strained as she rests chin on Brittany's left shoulder: Navi's got no choice but to join in. Pushing, struggling stuff - each girl reaching her left under the other's right in a semi-clinch, shoving to get punching posture underneath. Daniel much more effective - legs and buttocks driving her forward; powerful, rising strokes taking Navi heavily to gut and flank, bunching up that firm flesh. Navi digging hard in spots, unhappily swapping, but finding Brittany's abs discouragingly hard. Daniel muscling Navi to ropes, just systematically stuffing her full of punches: ref willing to let it go as long as girls are working in the clinch. Awful, wince-making thumping noises: ringsiders grimacing at the drumming impacts. Bruising round of constant body punishment has Navi shaken, pale: Brittany's turn to grin and make dancing eye contact at bell.

R3: Tremendous pressure from Brittany again: whole point is to make Navi back up, and take punishment downstairs. Daniel's jab instrumental - robbing Navi of the chance to get off with brawling haymakers at longer ranges: once inside, Daniel's really cleaning up. More of that bruising, draining work in the semi clinch - Brittany walking Navi to ropes and really abusing her. Rawat groaning, grimacing - occasionally she'll secure over-under-clinches (right arm over Brit's left shoulder; left arm under Brit's right) and try to turn Brit into ropes. Daniel generally successful in thwarting this, twisting Navi back underneath, wriggling free, then jamming away righty underneath. Crowd groaning in sympathy as Brittany's rights start to slam home with big, thumping loudness - Navi's left knee flinching up as she sits in ropes, suffering. Brit grinning - left cheek moist on Navi's left shoulder - powerful right arm just loadiing and jamming, pounding away up into the cushy-built brunette. Bell: Navi breathless, hugging battered ribs as she slumps ropeside: Daniel sunny back to her corner, tossing damp blonde strands off tanned shoulders.

R4: Brittany happy with the damage done - she opens up the playbook, showing Navi a wider variety of looks. Rawat breathing hard, face cramped: she's obviously labouring, crouching to take away her tummy. Brit loose, relaxed outside - left hand dangling, right hand cocked at her chest: she's bouncing sudden lead rights off Navi's hairline; twitching sudden hooks up off her thigh to to swat Rawat's mouth. Brit smirking, scoring, pivoting easy-left: Navi unsettled, grumpy - turning on the spot, rarely venturing forward and so largely ineffective. Final moments see Brittany launch a sudden, pumping assault of rising lefts and rights to Navi's jugs. Rawat punched into ropes and jacked up - given a savage mugging at the bell.

R5: Navi firming - dukes curled into her chin as she finally weaves side to side, looking to come forward and hurt Brittany again. Daniel eyes narrowed - she's wary, but staying aggressive - banging out the jab, then moving to avoid receipts. Navi's slugging aggression effective early - not a lot of clean contact, but she's spooking Brittany out of position, forcing blonde to circle and regroup. Daniel's legs ultimately secure initiative however: fighting takes place when and where she dictates - she's circling, darting in, getting her touches and forcing Navi to react. Rawat tentative once again by the final moments: when she's hanging back, she's ordinary.

R6: Early pressure from Navi smacks of desperation: she's swinging wildly, stumbling past Brittany as Daniel execute sharp matadora sidesteps. Daniel's legs win position and initiative by the minute mark: she potshots and chips away at will, turning Navi's flanks, then driving her backward. Brit in loose crouch - right cocked at chest, left dangling: she's smirking, feeling unthreatened - bouncing sudden right hands off Navi's head from a planted left leg; swattiing her hooks off the right leg. Easy, breezy Brittany Daniel 6th.

R7: Daniel with total command of the ring - she goes where she wants, does what she wants, takes what she wants from Navi. Lead right hands penetrate to face and pate, punching Rawat's face back off her gloves. Hooks rip at Navi's twitching tummy muscles, or park in thick behind right elbow. When Brittany wants inside, she jabs in smart, then shrugs away hup-hup to hurting Navi-jug, beating those puppies about as Rawat suffers ropeside. Navi demoralized, frequently staggered and wobbly butt: she's reacting late, bustiing up breaking down under Daniel's relentless, up-tempo attack.

R8: Desultory offence from Navi in the first minute - Brittany easily legging away from it, then curving back in when Navi starts mouthbreathing. In and out - pinpoint potshots or vicious pumping combinations - it's all there for Brittany. She's taking it to Navi's tummy; polishing up the ribs; drubbing the jugs. She's bouncing right hands off Navi's weary face; hooking her liver. Rawat all a-tremble, but proving remarkably proud: staggering from corner to corner, she's refusing to go down, despite suffering one of the worst, most sustained beatings of her career.

R9: More. Daniel relentless - eyes bright, lips in that aggressive smirk: she's feeling it on Navi, loving every punch. Rawat in state of phycological and physical collapse - reeling around the ring, dark curls in her eyes, mouth open: she's just floundering. Daniel marching, strutting her girl down, then punishing her - even taking the odd punch from Rawat as Navi slugs desperately off her back foot. Round finishes up with Daniel pushing Rawat's slumping frame up against ropes, the better to get at her battered jugs.

R10: Shutout beating caps the worse night of Navi's life with the worst round of her career. Total jailbreak - "iron woman" Daniel tireless - face rosey-flushed, brow sweaty with the one-sided work out as she steps to Navi and beats her ropes. Rawat folded forward, giving up her flanks as she covers up: Brittany dipping to either side to get angles for snatching licks off Rawat's shiny sides, bringing the mitts back sharp. Daniel reaching in under, bulling Rawat upright, then getting into her middle regions: tidying up the paunch, bunching up the jugs. Two minutes of softening barrage have Rawat sulking, helpless: Daniel finally goes to the chin via uppercuts. Brit in close, shouldering Navi upright, then curling right uppercuts off right foot, left uppercuts off left foot - all designed to chin-clip Navi out of there. Rawat makes a statement - she's out on her feet, head swivelling back, body slumping in ropes...but she won't bend the knee to her tormentress. Bell: Daniel IMMEDIATELY stops punching and waves in the official: Navi's hurt. UD10 wide, Brittany Daniel.

After: Daniel tempering her euphoria as she watches a crippled Navi led to her stool and tended to: Brit spots Rawat the first, then rattles off 9 straight to post a clear beating-of-the-year candidate. "Umm, you know - just a great fight plan," Brittany shrugs, obviously delighted with the margin of victory. "Navi can't fight backing up, and her biggest enemy is her own confidence. I took her confidence away early, then worked her body to sap her power. After just a few minutes, she knew she had no options, and I'm surprised she didn't quit. That's a good sign for her: I know she got her ass all kinds of kicked tonight, but she finished like a fighter, and that means she's not done yet!" Hell of a message to the lightweight division as Brittany shows savvy, power, and curvy strength in dismantling a legit puncher at the weight.
