BEFORE:

"There's no question," says Bar with a shake of the head, "That some folks are writing me off. Well. Those people are wrong. And, I'll prove that tonight."

"If anyone's writing Bar off," says Taylor, "I'm not a part of that group. She can compete with almost anyone in this division. Almost."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark' by Fallout Boy, and here' comes supermodel Bar Refa'eli!"

McCarthy: "And, this girl actually HAS wins. She's not in Palicki's league, but, as we've seen, neither is overrated toothpick HILL..."

O'Dell: "Bar all smiles, clearly enjoying herself on the way to the ring. She's inside now and being helped off with the robe, and the blonde popping the crowd as they get a gander at her in that navy blue number with the white and purple splotches we've seen before. And, that's 'Natural' by Imagine Dragons you hear behind us, and that means 'The Face', Taylor Hill is on her way to the ring..."

Tess: "Hill's moved right to the top of Front Street's lightweight division. Had the title this year. Definitely looking to get right back into the picture in a very competitive division."

O'Dell: "Taylor has a glare for Mac on the way pa..."

McCarthy: "DON'T YOU EYE ME, HILL! I'LL COME UP THERE! I'LL COME UP THERE..."

Cassie: "And Neve is INVITING Mac up to the ring..."

McCarthy: "THAT'S IT! I'M COMING UP THERE, CAMPBELL!!!"

O'Dell: "Now, calm DOWN, Mac before..."

Battlefield Earth III: Season of the Witch

Heidi Pratt

Tila Tequila

Kris Humphries

O'Dell: "...off the air for a movie with a budget of NINE CENTS! Now settle DOW...we're back? All right. While we were away, Taylor climbed into the ring, and, she's now being helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve to reveal that azure number we've seen before..."

Cassie: "And, the crowd is LOVING it..."

McCarthy (mumbling): "Talentless TOOTHpick..."

O'Dell: "Ladies about ready. Time for some picks. Tess likes Taylor. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Refa'eli!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "And, there's the bell. Ladies going to get their box on immediately, which is no surprise, with both being rangy and having had a lot of success on these terms. NICE combination from Taylor there throws Bar right to the defensive, and Hill follows up with another nice flurry..."

Cassie: "Taylor as good as any lightweight in the world, as she's proven, and you're seeing some of that now..."

McCarthy: "SHE"S AN OVERRATED TOOTHPICK!"

O'Dell: "Good exchange there, and Hill responds with a nice combination that drives Refa'eli back a step. Bar on the back foot and Hill keeping her there with sustained fire. Refa'eli backed up again and again as Taylor's getting into a rhythm now at the older woman's expense..."

Tess: "This is NOT a good start for Bar."

O'Dell: "It is not. Hill taking the fight to the older woman as we come down the stretch. Refa'eli being backed up again. She's gone from holding her own early to taking a pounding late. Five seconds left. Good right from Hill and there's the bell. Taylor takes the first wide to go up 10-9."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Second begins with Bar on the offensive! Refa'eli turns up the work rate, and all of a sudden, she's got TAYLOR on the back foot! Older woman getting punches put together and throwing the younger onto the defensive in a BIG way! Hill giving ground as Bar walks her back..."

Tess: "Hill not hurt, but Bar's suppressing her right now..."

O'Dell: "Surprising turn of events after watching Hill control the final two minutes of the first round, but this is a mirror image of that, with the older model fighting lead, forcing Hill backward again and again. Taylor scoring in counter here or there, but that's all she can manage..."

McCarthy: "THIS is how you beat this TOOTHPICK. Go right after her!"

O'Dell: "Down the stretch in the second, and Bar continues to have the better of things. Hill not able to get anything going this stanza. Good combination from Bar right there, sent sweat flying. Five seconds. Another good right from Refa'eli and there's the bell. Not close. Bar."

Cassie: "And, we're even at 19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third begins with Bar again in command, backing up the younger woman with a series of hard flurries. Hill now firing back and it's HAMMER AND TONGS in the middle of the ring! Ladies letting the hands go in a big way! Crowd on its feet as the models trade some serious leather..."

Cassie: "That's ONE way to get off the back foot!"

O'Dell: "Sure is, and Hill's managed to do it. Refa'eli gives a little ground, gets to range, and now the ladies going to go gun platform. Both moving the feet well, working the left hand, dropping rights off it. Bar a little scuffed after those big exchanges and so is Hill. Wow, that was something..."

McCarthy: "Refa'eli should have kept coming and knocked her OUT!"

O'Dell: "Ten seconds remaining in an action packed third round. Good exchange there, with both fighters landing a good right hand, but, again, nobody hurt. And, there's the bell. And, for the first time in this bout, it's close, but the points are going to go to Refa'eli for the second round in a row."

Tess: "And, Bar moves into the lead 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Gun platform stuff the name of the game as we roll into the fourth. Both fighters comfortable on these terms, and both scoring points, working the jabs, putting punches together. Good movement. Good defense. Just excellent boxing all around at the moment..."

McCarthy: "Don't get carried away, now. This isn't O'Dell/J-Mac in there..."

Cassie: "I always wonder if I ought to THANK Jennie O for pounding Mac's head so many times or BLAME her for the condition of it..."

Tess: "History shows Mac's head is no worse now than it ever was..."

McCarthy: "That's right Walma...wait..."

O'Dell (sighing): "Good, two-way boxing in there and not a lot in it. Both fighters scoring. Both blocking and slipping. Nobody creating any kind of space on the cards..."

McCarthy: "SHUT UP, WALMART!"

Cassie: "THERE it is..."

O'Dell: "Drink up, boys, as the final seconds tick away here in the fourth. Sharp exchange there, and both fighters landed a good right hand in it. Hill jabbing. Refa'eli responding in kind. But, nobody going to put together another flurry before the bell. There it is and there's nothing at all in it. Even round."

Cassie: "And, Bar stays on top by one, 39-38."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Ranged boxing continues, and, why not? Both fighters comfortable and effective on these terms. Hill getting that long, stiff jab on target, dropping right hands behind it. Refa'eli working her own left, putting together punches very effectively. Once again, no one taking control here..."

Cassie: "Plenty of patience from both fighters..."

O'Dell: "Both have experience, and that always helps in the patience department. Hill just turned 25, of course, and remains a young gun, but she's also in her thirtieth FCBA fight right now, so she knows her way around the inside of a ring. NICE exchange there and Hill landed a solid right hand."

Tess: "But, Bar fires right back."

O'Dell: "That's been the story of the last few rounds. Nobody able to gain a real advantage. Both fighters working hard. Both scoring and defending well, but no one taking control. Five seconds left in the fifth. One more exchange and there's the bell. Close again. This time, Hill's round."

McCarthy: "And, we're even at 48."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Second half begins the say the first half ended. We've settled into ranged boxing, and the purists have to be LOVING this. Good, clean exchanges of punches. Everybody getting the hands out and back quickly. Excellent defense. Setting everything up with the hands and feet..."

McCarthy: "And, if Palicki were in there, this would have been over three rounds ago..."

O'Dell: "Another good exchange and Bar got the better of that. She follows up quickly with a sharp flurry and backs up Hill. Taylor thrown to the defensive, but she returns fire and HERE WE GO! FIREFIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING as the models let the hands go!"

Tess: "Hill not going to let Bar take over again..."

O'Dell: "She is not and the result is a heavy exchange of leather that has the fans on their feet! Refa'eli a good right hand and another! Hill a SOLID right hand counter. ANOTHER sharp exchange and both fighters landed some power shots in that one. BELL! And the ref jumps between the ladies and sends them to their corners. Bar gets the points."

Cassie: "And pulls back into the lead 58-57."

ROUND SEVEN:

O'Dell: "Ladies immediately to range to get back to boxing. Refa'eli not forcing the issue at the moment. Willing to box with. Taylor using that hard, accurate left to set up the right hand, and Bar doing the same. Both ladies still moving well. Neither has lost a thing after six-plus rounds..."

Cassie: "No doubt both are in great condition..."

Tess: "How often do the Front Street girls run 'The Hill' these days, Cassie?"

Cassie: "Well, since Uncle Wiz bought Bazz, we don't want that to go to waste..."

O'Dell: "Excellent movement on both sides, not just feet, but hands and head as well. GOOD combination by Hill there and she quickly follows up with another. Bar backed up a step, but Refa'eli fires right back, landing a nice right hand in the flurry. Ton of action in this one, Mac..."

McCarthy: "Both fighters have been busy, that's for sure, but, again, Palicki puts either down in three."

O'Dell: "Final twenty seconds ticking away in the seventh. It's been close again. Hill lands a solid right hand that forces Bar to cover up. Taylor a quick flurry to follow up. Bar a good right of her own and there's the bell. Taylor's going to grab the points in the seventh. And leave us even again at 67."

ROUND EIGHT:

O'Dell: "Pattern set as we move into the eighth. Models setting up at range, using all that length, extending on their punches, boxing very, very well. Bar slipping a jab and landing a nice right hand counter and TAYLOR ROCKING HER WITH A REJOINDER! Hill with a NASTY right and Bar is HURT..."

Tess: "Came out of NOWHERE..."

O'Dell: "And, Hill going all in now. She's backing up the older woman with a blizzard of punches. Bar covering up, giving ground. Taylor landing some HARD shot now, looking to finish this thing. RIGHT HAND, HILL and DOWN GOES REFA'ELI! Oh, what a right hand from Taylor!"

McCarthy: "GET UP! GET UP! DON'T YOU STAY DOWN! GET UP!"

O'Dell: "Hill to a neutral corner. Bar flat on her back, arms spread, staring up at the referee. Count at three. Four. Five. Bar draping her right arm across her eyes at six. Seven. Eight. Not going to happen. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! Bar still down on her back as the count passes her by and it's OVER! And your winner by KO8 is 'The Face' Taylor Hill!"

Cassie: "An elite lightweight. Who Mac fired."

McCarthy: "She's a talentless TOOTHPICK!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Taylor Hill, and, Taylor, that was a heck of a fight tonight..."

Taylor: "Knew it would be, yeah. She's a good boxer. Moves well. A lot of talent. Can't take chances with her. Just had to be patient."

Tess: "But, when you got your opening..."

Taylor: "Oh, yeah. I wasn't going to miss. That's the thing with me, you know. I don't miss. I only need the one opportunity. When I get it, you're going out of there. That's all there is to it."
