BEFORE:

"It was tough last year," Arianny admits. "In with Winter in my first FCBA fight. But. Now, I've got some experience in the FCBA and at Asylum, and THIS girl is no Ariel Winter..."

"She's right," says Meg with a smile. "I'm NOT Ariel Winter. But, I AM a LOT better than SHE is, as Arianny is about to find out!"

ROUND ONE:
O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's..."

McCarthy: "Absolutely TERRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Olfaction-ruining!"

O'Dell (sighing): "That's also 'Zoo', by the young lady coming to the ring right now, the lovely Arianny Celeste..."

Cassie: "As we pointed out the last time she was here, Arianny is an American, but she's had far more action in the BBU..."

McCarthy: "And, she's a typical Dancing Hooker opponent with NO FCBA wins!"

O'Dell: "Celeste into the ring and helped off with the robe, and the crowd popping for the lovely brunette in that pineapple yellow number..."

McCarthy: "Now THIS is better! I LIKE this song!"

O'Dell: "The song in question is 'BAAM', and the singer is the young lady making her way to the ring right now, 'The Peapack Punisher', Meg Donnelly!"

Tess: "And, Meg one of those girls management here has said should take a step forward this year, so she definitely needs a result here."

O'Dell: "Meg into the ring and helped off with the robe, and she's looking plenty good in that yellow number she prefers. Ladies are about ready to go. Time for some picks. Tess likes Meg. Mac?"

McCarthy: "NO FCBA wins. Donnelly!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "Unanimous in the first. and the ladies going to get their respective boxes on. Celeste has the reach, but the blonde doing a good job of angling, getting to spots, getting off. Brunette getting back-footed and wrong-footed early as Donnelly gets things going quickly in this one..."

McCarthy: "Too bad this kid is in a stable that doesn't know what to do at flyweight. She has some ability."

O'Dell: "And, she's showing it right now. Celeste a fighter who likes to stick and move, use that athleticism and quickness, but it's not happening right now. Meg dictating terms, using that effective jab, moving the head, slipping, dipping, getting to spots and getting off..."

Tess: "And, she's wasting no time getting off, either."

O'Dell: "Is not, and that's key. No hesitation. Let the hands go when you're in position to do that, especially against an opponent like this. We're into the final few ticks of the first round clock. Good combination by Meg and there's the bell. Not close in the first. Donnelly."

Cassie: "And, Meg has the 10-9 lead."

ROUND TWO:
O'Dell: "Celeste looking to get physical as we start the second. She's stepping to, banging, backing up Donnelly. Meg giving ground here as the change in tactics plays for Arianny. Brunette taking the fight to the blonde in a big way. Meg not hurt, but she's definitely in retreat..."

Cassie: "Nice switch-up by Celeste. Not her usual game."

O'Dell: "Is not, but it's working, at least for the moment. Donnelly not able to get much going. She's on the defensive, countering here and there, but not able to box effectively like she did in the previous round. GOOD right from Arianny right there! Best punch of the fight so far!"

Tess: "Donnelly needs to find a way to get off square here..."

O'Dell: "Definitely does, because Arianny's found the range, and she's landing with both hands, definitely in control in this stanza as we head into the final seconds. SHARP exchange there and another and both fighters landed good shot there. And, there's the bell. Arianny. Wide."

McCarthy: "And, we're even at 19."

ROUND THREE:
O'Dell: "More movement from Donnelly as we start the third. She's getting the feet going, moving the head and hands, slipping and dipping again, looking for angles and spots to get off. Celeste still aggressive, still looking to come forward, but she's not having as much success this stanza..."

Cassie: "Because Meg's not letting her square up."

O'Dell: "That's definitely making a major difference. Arianny still scoring some, though, and the result is a two-way round, the first one of the bout so far. Both fighters able to score in spots, but nobody able to gain control of this thing, at least not so far in the stanza..."

McCarthy: "Celeste needs to continue with the sound aggression. Just don't get sloppy."

O'Dell: "That's what she's doing right now. For her part, the blonde continuing to work angles, get off when she can, and do so quickly. Down to just ten seconds to go in this one and a GOOD combination from Arianny right there! And, there's the bell. Close this time, but Celeste.

Tess: "And Arianny leads 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:
O'Dell: "Fourth starts the way the third ended, with Celeste pressing forward and Donnelly working to find space to box. Again, both fighters having some success. When Arianny gets that jab on and can walk forward behind it, she's putting points on the board..."

Tess: "But, when Meg's able to angle..."

O'Dell: "Exactly. It's a different story. And, the result, once again, is a good, two-way round with neither fighter managing to gain much of an advantage. THERE'S a good right hand from Donnelly! And that got Celeste's attention and a NASTY combination from Meg DROPS THE BRUNETTE TO HER BACK!"

Cassie: "Right hook in there did the damage! Landed right on the button!"

O'Dell: "Meg quickly to a neutral corner. Arianny down, staring up as the referee counts down. Count at three. Four. Five. Celeste sitting up at six. Seven. She rolls to hands and knees at eight...and CRUMPLES BACK TO THE CANVAS! It's OVER! Arianny can't beat the count and it's OVER! And your winner by KO4 is 'The Peapack Punisher', Meg Donnelly!"

McCarthy: "Lucky! Just lucky!"

AFTER:
O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Meg Donnelly, and, Meg, she threw you a curve ball there..."

Meg (smiling): "Yeah. I expected her to box, for sure. But, I've been around the FCBA a while now. I can fight a lot of ways and deal with a lot of different things."

Tess: "Speaking of different things, what's next for you?"

Meg: "I know management has plans. I'm up for just about anything. I'm just looking forward to getting back to training and back into the ring."
