Just because she knows she can't beat an Ali Landry head to head doesn't mean she'll lay down - I'm going to have to take this kid apart." Heigl upbeat - unexpected title romp, she's had a good camp, had a major upset go her way recently against Hunter - she's very game for this fight. "Landry deserves to be a big favorite, but I'm not afraid of her. I know, and she knows, I can hurt her, and that's my plan - break down her skills with my power. If I can get her trading, anything can happen." Landry in gold bikini, Heigl in pea green bikini, messy ponytail.

Rd 1: Landry sets a jaunty pace early, bouncing left, shooting the jab, just getting comfortable with Heigl and ALI GOES DOWN! Minute mark, Katherine sitting back, blocking stick, measuring and unleashing a rocket right hand, tags Ali on the button and sits the champ down for a stunning 8. Landry up, shaking her head - she gets back to stick and move, but very respectful, tieing up as soon as Katherine gets close, controlling and bodying up on the blonde rather than risking pitched battle. Heigl going to a pair of the proudest jugs in all of boxing with hard intentions, pancaking those puppies to discourage the clinches. Kathy showing the right hand early, shakes up an overconfident brunette in the first.

Rd 2: Heigl stalking confidently, thrusting HARD right hands in under Ali's left breast, really pounding that heart. Landry gasping, giving ground, leggier than usual - she's trying to negotiate Heigl's pressure, but having mixed results. Round consists of Heigl coming forward, walking Landry down and driving into her with right hands, back with mop up hooks - Ali trying to slow the blonde with jabs, nail her coming in with tasty right hands off the shoulder. Zesty two way round with some firm connects from Heigl - she sprints out to nice lead through 2.

Rd 3: Landry looking to get a little respect, back Heigl up - she jabs, leans forward and carries a beefy right hand to the pit of Heigl's paunch. Katherine covered up, accepts the shock, answers with a robust right of her own, bashing Ali's chin as brunette leans back and ALI GOES DOWN! Ali scooting to her butt in astonishment - Heigl is teeing off and getting movement on the shellshocked champion tonight. Landry up at 8, this time a little groggy and ON COMES HEIGL! Crowd loving it as Katherine lays seige to the golden bodied goddess along the ropes. Heigl keeping her head on either Landry shoulder, beating her waist and hips with cudgelling lefts and rights, bodying her back into the ropes and looking for overhand rights to the skull. Landry covered up earmuff, dipping her shoulder and trying for Katherine's chin with tidy counter uppercuts out of the guard - heartless action at close quarters sees blonde extend her lead as ref jumps in at the bell.

Rd 4: Landry getting her act together - doubles up the jab and really sticks it in there, motors to her left to keep Heigl turning. Ali spending a minute just gaining tactical control - once she's comfy she starts picking spots. Landry shooting straight right hands down to the body, in between jug, darting in and out to make her deposits. Landry hooking off the jab, rolling to her right to slip Katherine's receipt then turning into beefy short right hands flat amidships, finally getting Heigl moving backward. Round finishes up with Landry bullying Heigl at the ropes, shouldering and bumping her, beating her about the biceps, working her midriff. Bell sounds - outraged Landry turns on a cheap, late hook across the chops to earn a stern warning from the ref. Shutout Ali.

Rd 5: Landry righting the ship - Heigl getting tracked and lumped up by the jab now - that's the punch Ali needs to feature. Landry able to keep her stance wide, shuffle around Kathryn and target her for zesty rights - pounding straight shots between the eyes, loud against the chest, rocking Heigl back, making her blink. Crisp work from the champ - she's loosening up, blocking a lot of Katherine's shots and picking her up clean in return.

Rd 6: Girls come together mid-ring - Heigl strides into a screaming right hand on the chin - Ali's right grazes past Heigl's ear and LANDRY SPILLS TO THE CANVAS! Landry rolling to her back, eyelashes fluttering, utter disbelief on her face as Heigls fists produce a third crashing knockdown. Ali up at 8, dazed, hurting - she digs in to accept yet another Heigl bull rush. Katherine driving in with her head and shoulders, pressing Ali into the ropes, romping amidships with glorious, digging lefts and rights, thrusting into Ali, fighting through the clinches. Landry wrapping up light around Kathryn's head and back, but she can't stop the pounding - blonde just plowing full steam ahead with reckless ferocity. Landry on her heels, trying swishing back side to side - Heigl trading-with and Ali catches a series of disasterous lefts and rights on her chin as blonde beats her to punches and ALI TAKES A KNEE! Poor Landry dazzled, dropped, staring open mouthed - Heigl strutting away and pounding her chest, eyes glistening with bloodlust. Final minute Landry just covers up and rides it out - Katherine setting her hips and hauling leather into meat with great thumping authority to the flanks. At the bell - Landry blinking back tears, cradling a ravaged ribcage as she slouches to her corner - Heigl screaming at the top of her lungs, mitts held high as she rips another round from the champ.

Rd 7: Shutout Ali Landry. Just like that - champion reasserts herself, bringing Heigl back down to earth. Ali jabbing and moving in the first minute, containing Katherine, keeping her mid-ring. Ali edging in to work inside, getting shoulder to shoulder and beating Heigl up in her gut - little cuffing lefts and rights, short compact shots, backing Heigl up. Down the stretch, Ali brawny at the ropes, roughing Heigl up, pushing and bodying up on her, tanning those flanks, seeking tidy uppercuts whenever Heigl leans too far forward. Ali nodding with determination en route to her corner - Katherine getting cautioned by Jones to keep her focus in there.

Rd 8: Shutout Ali Landry. Landry really dialing in now, blocking Kathrine's face back the jab, spotting right hands - Heigl starting to reel and stagger a little bit, giving ground as Ali lands more cleanly. Landry buckles Heigl's knees with a series of savage hooks - just tucking them in over and over behind the elbow, up in the ribs, deep to the belly - Katherine wincing to her left under the pressure. Heigl falling forward, looking to clinch, Ali steps back in good order, picking her up check hooks and nifty right uppercuts, then sidestepping with a hand at the blonde's back. Brunette outclassing her challenger this round, looking to be setting herself up nice for the championship rounds.

Rd 9: Spririted resistance from Heigl - she hasn't come this far to just roll over now - she meets Ali shoulder to shoulder and curvy beauties light it up mid-ring. Crowd groaning from some of the body leather being swapped - Heigl tucking that slutty right hand in over Ali's heart - Ali hooking liver, arching her back prettily for leverage, both using shoulders and torso-leverage to move the other off stride. Down the stretch, Landry adept at fighting in reverse - she'll press up then step back, walking Heigl into chopping lefts and right uppercuts. Kathryn worn down by the bell, face swelling up nicely - Landry takes her third straight round.

Rd 10: Girls lean into each other, carrying thick right hands hard to pain-wracked bellies, reaching under one anothers arms to chest the opponent back and bump a little room for hooks - it's gutwrenching, hardhearted fare. Punch for punch, moment by moment, Heigl's banging the champ back to the ropes - it's blonde going at brunette, challenger being the aggressor looking to make a statement in the 10th. Landry's lips pull back in a snarl - she can't accept this sort of thing from Kathryn Heigl of ALL people - champ fighting back like she's been insulted. Chins are clipped, bellies are rudely beaten, tits cuffed and swatted as both girls show nifty, heartless hands inside. Non stop, back and forth, but Ali can't back Heigl off and she can't discourage the blonde. Punching cascades past the break - ref struggling to enforce the bell - this thing goes to the cards. Comes back a shocking UD10 for the NEW WELTER CHAMP, Katherine Heigl!

After: Five rounds a piece, but Ali Landry's legs couldn't handle Heigl right hands tonight - 4 knockdowns the difference on the cards. It's one of the most shocking upsets of this or any other year - not so much that Katherine could solve Ali, but that she could decision the classy champ - Ali just never able to get on track enough to get out of the hole she'd dug in those first 3 rounds. "I give her a lot of credit," says a lumped up but breezy new champ, belts across her shoulders, "Ali took some serious pokes tonight - took 'em like a champ. She couldn't handle my power and she soaked up a beating, but she didn't quit, I'll give her that. Don't look now folks - it's all me and Kristanna up here, making the FCBA safe for KruZher dominance from 130 on up!" Landry rendered speechless - losing a bitter pill for the pageant princess to swallow at any time, but HEIGL! Ali just can't accept it.
