Eiza Gonzalez vs Rosie Huntington-Whitley

Before: Rosie clawing her way to relevance the hard way, winning four in a row as an indy, then showing her new stable their faith was well-founded by winning fur in a row, since MAY. Nine in a row was enough to get Sophie Turner a title shot, and now Rosie has Sophie’s scalp on her belt. Are we seeing the birth of the newest lightweight dynasty since the Krushers folded?

Eiza coming off two losses in a row, but losing to the Queen of the Ice Hotel and the reigning lightweight champion does not exactly send one tumbling out of the flyweight elite, regardless of what Tractorpull may say. Still, nobody wants to lose three in a row, no matter how elite the opposition.

Rosie is in a satiny emerald green bra and panties with black gloves and boots (emerald green laces). Her hair in a braid with emerald green ribbon intertwined. Gonzalez in black bandeau with wrapround sash connecting halves, black gloves, hair pulled back in a battle bun.

R1: Eiza working with typical thoroughness—hands up, palms out, she steps around Rosie with short jab to the forehead, and a spearing right hand down into the solar plexus that has the bigger blonde wincing. Midway through, Gonzalez chops the right hand into the body, bringing Whitley’s hands down, then comes upstairs with the hook and THIS BLONDE IS HURT! Set up and caught flush on the jaw—Rosie swoons on stiff legs as Eiza swings wide right to the ribs and continues to turn over the hook to chin. RHW finishing up glassy eyed on the ropes—old fashioned shove and slug from Gonzalez at the bell puts the mileage on a scuffed up blonde early.

R2: Good recuperation from Rosie—she’s back on her toes steering Eiza with a punishing stick and dropping in the right cross to good effect. Gonzalez cutting off the ring, slicing stiff one-twos up the middle that snap Whitley’s head back, but late in the round, Rosie drops the left to her side to whip hard hooks to the belly, then leans into a crashing right hand on the face that has Eiza wobbly butt at the bell.

R3: Rosie looking sluggish, may have spent her money and Eiza is able to walk the blonde to the corners, jab her way in, and set up inside to work that tanned midsection with two handed slugging. All Gonzalez as she uses her legs to keep Whitley pinned, her shoulder to keep the Brit on her heels, and her fists to keep Rosie hurt from increasingly heavy leather to the body. Eiza pouring it on after the bell, draws a warning from the ref as she heaps on the payback.

R4: Rosie getting a second wind, up on her toes and wheeling around Eiza, steering the brunette with the jab and walking her into crisp right hands on the mouth. Gonzalez also effective, still cutting off the ring, getting a body on Whitley and pounding torso with clubbing, compact strokes. Down the stretch, Rosie able to leg it out, keeping Eiza off with that stiff stick to the bell.

R5: Rosie using a fade to draw Eiza's right, then leaning forward onto her front foot to clip tit with the hook, then slash at the chin with a chopping right and EIZA IS DOWN! Gonzalez takes her eight, but Whitley batters her across the ring, hits the ropes heavily, gloves at her lips as she swoons. Rosie puts on a brutal clinic in finishing, breaking Eiza down with withering straight arm hooks to the right side, turning the hook into a slicing uppercut to bring her head up out the earmuff, then turning into the crashing right hands on the jaw as brunette flounders. Gonzalez overwhelmed, standing straight up, hands loose at her stomach as her head swivels dangerously - RHW putting her punches together, lanky body vibrating with the kill at hand. Finally the ref jumps in, saving a horribly beaten brunette from more abuse as Rosie glares for a second before strutting back to her corner. TKO5 as Rosie evens the score!

After: Rosie not sugarcoating it, grabbing the Tractorpull mike away and belting it out: “I’M TAKING THOSE BELTS! Inside, outside, canvas, sand, or pavement, you won’t get away from me until I’m holfing those belts!”
