Theron continuing her methodical domination of her turf, focused on Judd with payback in mind.

Ashley looking to shake up the country club a bit: "If I win the lightweight championship, I want to take it from Charlize," says Judd. "That's the most legitimate way to announce yourself as a titlist. This is the perfect situation for me."

Round 1: Theron loosening up, ranging around the ring, lifting a flicking stick off her hip as she wheels. Judd more purposeful, hands up, jabbing with Charlize, shooting right hands to the chest - by the midway point Ashley's able to get position inside. Judd with her head under Theron's chin, hands on blonde hips - Ashley just stabilizing her girl, then thumping tight right hands off flat tummy. Theron standing up tall, hands up around Ashley's ears, taking blows as she is walked to the ropes and worked over. Charlize apparently unhurt - hears it from Jones in the corner - Janet slapping Theron's thighs and reminding her to move.

Round 2: Theron with a much firmer jab, really snapping it out - Judd covering up rather than answering. Midway through, Charlize with a nice little in-out footwork, has Judd leaning forward and clips her a walk away hook on the face that has Ashley wobbly butt. Charlize angling in off the left shoulder, feathering the jab, slicing in the right hand over Judd's left shoulder - Ashley shipping heavy leather as she crosses her arms and tries to roll the incoming. Theron cautious down the stretch, batting away with wide hooks as she roams left, but not standing right in front of her girl.

Round 3: Judd weaving Theron's jab, slips a Charlize right, comes out of the crouch with that compact hook on the teeth and has blonde stamping back on her heels early. Charlize on the ropes - not where she wants to be - she palms up on Judd's shoulders, trying to control the busy brunette. Ashley pressing in - unable to find the chin over Charlize' long arms, but doing harm to the ribcage with both mitts. Theron standing and taking, occasionally pulling Ashley's head down into a scraping right uppercut, but it's all Judd from this posture. Ashley nodding at the bell, forcing eye contact - she's getting bold in there.

Round 4: Theron out leggy - it's a whole different fight when Charlize keeps it in the middle of the ring. Loose, bouncy rhythm to her left, stinging jabs flicked out from the hip, sudden slinging right hands with good torso rotation - Theron just piling up points. Judd coming forward like a trooper, can't land the counter hook against Charlize' movement, can't get the range on her jab - she's reduced to reaching straight right hands to Theron's tantalizing tummy.

Round 5: More boxing from Charlize - Jones wants 'control of the cards before we open up on her'. Theron delivering, easily dominating if not punishing from outside. Judd bobbing, weaving, right hand up around her left temple, left across her body, she's not taking a lot of damage, but she's unable to close and work. Round to Theron.

Round 6: Judd with some firm straight right/lefts into Charlize torso - Theron legging away, circling, re-establishing the jab to regain initiative. Judd bobbing forward with crossed arms - Theron lathers away with a wide batting hook as she calmly slidesteps back, walking Judd into punches. Judd goes to earmuff guard to defense the hook - Charlize lights her up a gorgeous right uppercut on the teeth, standing up pretty into the punch, posing as Ashley goes wobbly butt for a moment. Theron safety first with a dazzled Judd after that - just working her eyes with spiteful jabs, feinting, then bolo-ing that right hand saucy to paunch for insult's sake.

Round 7: Theron owns the first minute with her legs and stick - Judd has some moments when straight, chopping combinations back Charlize to the ropes - blonde clinching and spinning off before taking too much. Down the stretch - Charlize judging distance exquisitely, punching multiple straight right hands off her front foot, she leans back smooth, lets Ashley fall into a crunching left uppercut off the back foot - Judd toppling forward in a fog as Charlize pivots right with a big smile. Charlize marauding the rest of the way, picking Judd up with looping rights and lefts up underneath, arms loose, hands low as she swivels around her foe and lashes her senseless at the bell.

Round 8: Theron grinning, flat footed - just reaching the left to touch Judd as Ashley tries to bull her way in the front door. Picture perfect right uppercut - Charlize guiding Ashley into it with the left on the shoulder - Judd ruined moments into the round and glassy eyed on contact. Charlize happy in her work - dropping her hands, swaying her torso to taunt, then hoisting up either mitt to paunch, falling off to the side as Judd crumbles forward hurt. Charlize keeping up the loose-limbed lather - swatting away across Judd's exposed lower back and hips, picking her up underneath with bolo punches, walking the brunette into sudden hooks or slashing right hands on the face. Judd still trudging forward at the bell, still jamming out straight punches to the chest and ribcage of her foe - Theron legging away rather than take any chances at the bell.

Round 9: Judd's still got pop - she gouges some firm hooks to Theron's breadbasket and right ribs, but she can't get the sustained work she needs to break Charlize down. Theron economical with her movement now, keeping her left palm on Judd, even palming her face or neck, then chopping in the sneaky right hand, lumping up the brunette's features methodically through 9. Theron's got her distance - Judd just can't execute her gameplan and she's busting up trying.

Round 10: Judd with some thumping good body shots early - once again Charlize able to roam away, regroup, get the jab back on and restore order. By the midway point, Charlize spearing stick, Judd woozy, right hand at her right cheek, left at her belly as she leans back tired, trying to escape the touches. Charlize feathering the jab, measuring and DROPPING a booming right on the left side of Judd's face - Ashley tilting like she might drop, recovering boozily then ANOTHER haymaker crashes home. Judd in stupor, strong legs holding her up, but she's drooping forward, eyes vacant! Theron just laying in right hands over Judd's left shoulder and ASHLEY GOES DOWN! It's OVER - stunning KO10 Charlize Theron!

After: Theron giddy in triumph, climbing the ring ropes - stoppage just the icing on the cake after a methodical beat down. KO built upon jarring blows landed in the middle rounds - Judd soaking up a terrific shot in this fight, but too available for blonde power punches and it all caught up with her. Judd weepy on her stool - Theron strutting over, pulling the girl to her feet by her halter straps, looking her over, shaking her head and pushing her back down to her stool - not worth a walk - ouch.

"That was everything I hoped it would be and more," gushes Theron in post fight, "we knew we could box circles around Ashley, but to stop her, lay her out like that - it's so perfect. I was catching her with hard right hands, especially the uppercut and I knew she was breaking down, but I wasn't even thinking about closing her out. I just wanted to keep the pressure on, keep her hurting and if the knockout came - great."
