BEFORE:

"I know you hear it all the time," says Torrey with a shake of the head, "But, it's VERY difficult to win in the FCBA when you're going a year or two years between fights. But. The way to correct that is to get a big win and get managed. And, that's what I'm going to do against Hill tonight."

"I've watched a lot of video on Torrey," says Taylor. "And, she's better than a lot of people think. But, she's not good enough to avoid getting starched tonight."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Alive' by Sia, and here comes the star of 'Chicago Med', Torrey DeVitto!"

McCarthy: "And, I can see Hill's been brainwashed to spout Weirdo's company line since I fired her! She's acting like DeVitto can FIGHT when we all know she's a Typical Dancing Hooker Opponent with NO FCBA wins!"

O'Dell: "Torrey into the ring and helped off with the robe. She's wearing that turquoise number we've seen before. And, that's 'Natural' by Imagine Dragons you hear behind us, and that can only mean that 'The Face', Taylor Hill is coming to the ring..."

Cassie: "Hill's Front Street future remains up in the air as decision day approaches..."

Tess: "And, it's hard to believe a win tonight will do much to move the needle. A LOSS, however, might do a LOT."

O'Dell: "Taylor into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve. Crowd popping for that azure number she likes..."

McCarthy: "STICK figure. Maybe I should go up there and show them a REAL woman! A woman who, at FORTY-SEVEN is in the TOP TWENTY!"

Cassie: "This is going to go on all night, isn't it, BFF?"

Tess: "Looks that way..."

O'Dell: "Ladies about ready. Time for some picks. Tess likes Taylor. Mac?"

McCarthy: "NO FCBA wins. Hill."

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "Unanimous again, and DeVitto quickly looking to make our panel look foolish. Torrey working forward and backing up the taller Taylor with some hard shot to the head. Hill looking a bit surprised by these tactics. She's giving ground, wants to set up at range and use that reach advantage..."

Cassie: "And, that's exactly what DeVitto DOESN'T want..."

O'Dell: "Which is why she's taking some chances early, crowding the taller girl, even working some body. Hill banging back inside and it's ON right now! These two brunettes toe to toe and letting one another HAVE it! Could not be more surprised at THIS, frankly! How about you, Mac?"

McCarthy: "DeVitto has nothing to lose. Get aggressive. It's smart."

O'Dell: "And, for the moment, it's working. DeVitto having somewhat the better of it inside. Hill holding her own, but this isn't the way Taylor prefers to fight, and it shows. Ten seconds to go in an action-packed first. GOOD right from Hill and a SOLID rejoinder from Torrey at the bell. Close. DeVitto."

Tess: "And, Torrey grabs the 10-9 lead."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Second begins with Hill finding range with that jab and it's changing everything. Taylor holding her rival at bay with that long left, then dropping rights on her. Torrey trying to penetrate, but can't do it. Instead, she's being stopped on the way in and left in very, very bad spots..."

Tess: "Hanging out on the end of the punches of a girl who has welter power. Not where you want to be."

O'Dell: "DeVitto taking a licking right now. Hill not pressing forward, though. She's maintaining gunnery range, raining fire down on the older brunette, forcing her to cover up repeatedly. DeVitto game, but doing an awful lot of taking right now and there's a GOOD right from Hill..."

Cassie: "DeVitto needs to figure this out. She's not going to be able to take a lot of shots like THAT one."

O'Dell: "Final twenty seconds of the round. Hill continuing to roll. She's not getting impatient. Just continuing to work that left hand and follow on with rights. Torrey trying to get some offense going, but having virtually no success doing so. There's the bell. Taylor Hill. And wide."

McCarthy: "Even at 19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third begins the way the second ended, with DeVitto being held at bay. Torrey angling now, though, slipping that left, getting in and digging some body on Taylor. Hill tying up in there, wants a break. DeVitto punching free and BACKING HILL UP WITH A RIGHT HOOK!"

McCarthy: "THAT got the toothpick's attention!"

O'Dell: "And, Torrey following up with some hard shot now. She's letting the hands go like a girl without much to lose and she's got Taylor backing and covering. This fight has turned a 180 as now it's the older brunette who's taking charge and has the taller girl on her back foot..."

Tess: "Some of this might be Taylor playing it smart, not wanting to get caught by something silly."

O'Dell: "Might well be, but the problem for Hill is that we're coming down the stretch and Torrey's grabbed control of things pretty completely. She's stepping in behind her left, reefing hard rights at Hill and remaining on the lead right to the bell. Big round for DeVitto. She takes it wide."

Cassie: "And, she's back in the lead 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Torrey working forward again. Now Hill hanging in and banging back and HERE WE GO! Ladies letting the hands go in the middle of the ring. Hammer and tongs stuff in the fourth round. BIG right DeVitto sent sweat flying and Taylor backs Torrey up with a big right of her own!"

Cassie: "Crowd getting into this, Jenny!"

O'Dell: "That, they are. And, the fighters are getting into it to, tossing bombs back and forth. AGAIN DeVitto lands a hard right and AGAIN Taylor answers with one of her own! Crowd on its feet as they continue to exchange hard, accurate leather. Nobody taking a step back, Mac..."

McCarthy: "Something's going to give."

O'Dell: "But maybe not in this round. We're down under fifteen seconds. Nobody's taken a backward step in the entire round. BOOMING right from Torrey! And that got Hill's attention in a big way. DeVitto following on, but Hill lands a big right of her own at the bell! What a round! Nothing in it, though. Even."

Tess: "Which leaves DeVitto in the lead 39-38 after four.

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Fifth picks up right where the fourth left off! DeVitto forward and Hill right there to meet her and here come the fireworks. And TORREY ROCKS TAYLOR! Hill staggered by a right and DROPPED BY A LEFT HOOK! Hill sent to her back and DeVitto doing a little dance before bouncing to a neutral corner!"

McCarthy: "One more Dancing Hooker in the street after this!"

O'Dell: "Count at three. Four. Five. Six. Hill sitting up at seven. Eight. And Taylor to her feet as the count hits nine. She'll take the mandatory and ON COMES DEVITTO! Torrey all about finishing now. Winging away, backing up Taylor and EATING A RIGHT HAND AND DOWN GOES DEVITTO!"

Tess: "What a SHOT!"

O'Dell: "Taylor a little unsteady on her way to the neutral corner, but she gets there. DeVitto now down on her back as the referee counts. Three. Four. Five. Six. No movement from DeVitto. Seven. Eight. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! And your winner by KO5 is 'The Face' Taylor Hill!"

Cassie: "Well, THAT was fun!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Taylor Hill, and, Taylor, that was...something..."

Taylor (nodding): "She came in with nothing to lose. She went for it. And, she caused me some problems. But, she wasn't going to stand in front of me like that. I was GOING to get her, and I GOT her."

Tess: "Big decisions coming..."

Taylor (nodding): "They'd be FOOLS to let me go. FOOLS. And, that's all I'm saying about that."
