BEFORE:

"Been waiting for this, no doubt about it," says Jessica with a gorgeous smile. "Kinda thought this might never happen at this point. But, here I am. And, I'm NOT just glad to be here. I'm here to WIN."

"This girl is athletic and tough," admits Sophie. "But, she's not athletic enough or tough enough to get a 'W' tonight."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Eyes on Me' by Desi Valentine, and here comes the star of CBS' 'All Rise', the lovely Jessica Camacho!"

Tess: "And, there's a saying that there isn't much more dangerous than a fighter with nothing to lose. Camacho is 38 and making her debut. I'd imagine she has nothing to lose."

O'Dell: "Jessica into the ring and helped off with the robe to reveal a baby blue bikini and a body that looks ANYTHING but 38..."

McCarthy: "Nothin' but a number..."

O'Dell: "And, that's 'Hotter Than Hell' by Dua Lipa pounding through the arena, and here comes 'Sultry' Sophie Mudd!"

Cassie: "Mudd completed an undefeated first year with Front Street, but, the bantamweight division here is deep with Bennet, Reinhart, and Dennings ahead of her, so she definitely wants to keep getting results."

O'Dell: "Sophie into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve to reveal that Egyptian blue number we've seen before, and the crowd thinks she looks pretty great in it..."

McCarthy: "Philly. Low standards..."

O'Dell: "And, the ladies are about ready. Time for some picks. Tess likes Sophie. Mac?"

McCarthy: "There's something to be said for maturity. Camacho!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "First split panel of the night and Mudd wasting no time coming after Camacho to start this one. Sophie walking forward behind the jab, backing Jessica up with hard right hands. Camacho trying to hold some canvas here, but can't get it done at the moment..."

McCarthy: "This is what MORE of these Dancing Hookers should do! Don't play around with these tomato cans! Go after them!"

O'Dell: "Mudd definitely doing that at the moment. She's got Jessica in reverse and she's keeping her there. Camacho not hurt, not panicking, but she can't hold canvas, and Mudd's taking full advantage of that, piling up points and landing hard shot while her rival's left countering off the back foot."

Cassie: "Sophie's as physical as it gets at bantam...as Jessica is finding out."

O'Dell: "Camacho tying up now, trying to slow some of this down. Mudd punching out, backing Jessica up with a good combination. Final seconds ticking away in the first. Sharp exchange there with both fighters landing a good right hand, and there's the bell. Mudd. Wide."

Tess: "And, up 10-9."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Mudd looking to come forward again, but now she's being met with heavy fire from Camacho! Jessica getting off in combination and forcing SOPHIE to cover up! Mudd not giving ground, but she's taking a lot of leather from Camacho, who's apparently decided she's not going to keep giving ground..."

McCarthy: "This is what all these tomato cans should do! Take the fight to these Dancing Hookers!"

O'Dell: "Jessica active with the left jab, dropping rights behind it. Mudd getting beaten to punches right now, completely out of sorts as Camacho is making hay at middle distances. The tyro's got the geometry she wants, and it's made quite the difference in this round..."

Tess: "Definitely. She's giving up some reach, but she's offsetting that well right now."

O'Dell: "All about the angles, and Jessica playing them brilliantly. She's also staying very active, keeping the leather coming, keeping Mudd off balance as we enter the final ten seconds of the round. Good right hand, Camacho there and there's the bell. Not close. Jessica."

Cassie: "And, we're even at 19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Things settling now. Mudd no longer trying to crowd. Instead, she's using the reach, snapping out that hard left jab, following with right hands. Meanwhile, Camacho moving the feet well, keeping the gloves high, working to middle distances where she can get off in combination..."

Cassie: "Jessica's had some experience at lower levels, and you can see it here. She knows what she's doing in there."

O'Dell: "Definitely does. She's playing the angles, getting to spots, getting leather on target. For Sophie's part, she's being patient, getting the jab on, dropping right hands. Nobody gaining much of an edge this time, Mac, as both fighters are scoring well."

McCarthy: "Which shows you how clueless the Dancing Hooker is. Getting outsmarted by a girl in her first FCBA fight!"

Cassie: "Says the woman who can be outsmarted by a goldfish..."

McCarthy: "YOU LITTLE..."

O'Dell: "Now, calm DOWN, Mac and let's keep our eyes on the ring, where the back and forth is continuing. Nice exchange there. Both fighters landed some solid shot in it. Five seconds left. Good right there from Camacho and there's the bell. Close. Very close. Camacho."

Tess: "And, Jessica moves into the lead 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Pattern getting set now. It's all about the geometry. Mudd wants long range, where she can extend and use that reach advantage, and, when they're on those terms, she's getting the better of things. Jessica wants to slip inside that jab to middle distances..."

McCarthy: "Like she just did there..."

O'Dell: "And, like she's doing now, when she's there, she's getting off in combination and scoring with both hands. Mudd now a good combination, forces the older woman to cover up. But, Jessica quickly back to moving, bobbing past that jab landing a very nice flurry."

Tess: "Not a lot in it in this round, either."

O'Dell: "Definitely is not, as we head down the stretch. We've got under thirty to go. Both fighters busy. Both working the feet. Both moving head and hands as well. Good exchange. Mudd landed the best punch in it, a good straight right hand, and there's the bell. Close. Sophie."

Cassie: "And, we're even again, 38-38."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "More tactical stuff as we roll into the fifth. Brunettes busy, moving the feet, head, and hands. Mudd working the left, trying to keep the shorter woman at range. Jessica, though, very slick, slipping and dipping and getting to those middle distances where she can get off..."

Cassie: "And, she's very busy when she gets there, which is the key."

O'Dell: "Definitely is. Camacho's been impressive tonight, no question about it. Makes you wonder why this girl hasn't gotten a chance before now, because there's definitely something there. Good combination, Jessica! Forces Sophie to cover up. Mudd banging back now..."

McCarthy: "If we didn't already have the Munnster and The Greatest Fighting Playmate of All Time at bantam for Sceej, I might sign this girl..."

O'Dell: "Down the stretch in yet another competitive round. Mudd with a nice right hand. Camacho bobs forward, gets off in combination before Sophie gives a little ground and gets back to range. Five seconds left. One more exchange and there's the bell. Close. Camacho."

Tess: "And, Jessica back on top 48-47 at the half."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Second half begins the way the first half ended, with the ladies fighting a tactical fight. It's Mudd at range and Camacho at middle distances. Both fighters doing well when they have the terms they want, and neither getting as much of that as they'd like, just as we've seen for the last several rounds..."

Tess: "And both working very hard."

O'Dell: "No doubt about it. Both fighters have been very busy this entire fight, and, as Camacho's giving up more than a decade here, you'd think things would favor Mudd as we go on, but, not so far. Nice combination Jessica and SOPHIE ROCKS HER WITH A RIGHT HAND! Camacho hurt and MUDD DROPS HER WITH A RIGHT HOOK!"

Cassie: "That might do it..."

O'Dell: "Sophie to a neutral corner. Camacho down on her right side. Count at three. Four. Five. Jessica pushing to elbow and hip at six. Seven. She's on all fours at eight. Nine. TEN! Camacho can't beat the count and it's OVER! And your winner by KO6 is 'Sultry' Sophie Mudd!"

McCarthy: "Another lucky punch!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Sophie Mudd, and, Sophie, she gave you a fight..."

Sophie (nodding): "She's very slick. Moves well. Knows what she's doing in there. Doesn't have my power, though, and that was the difference."

Tess: "Good start to your second year at Front Street..."

Sophie (smiling): "Yeah. I'm planning on having a BIG sophomore year, and this is just the first step."
