Maya Hawke – |5’ 8 1/2”|22|1:0|Emilia’s Empresses|
Zendaya Coleman – |5’10”|23|5:6| Holloway Boxing |

Pre-Fight: Maya looks confident entering the ring after his debut win against Amber Heard, funnily enough Zendaya's debut was also again Amber and just like Maya she won with a knockout in the 7th round. However, this is Zendaya's first fight since her January loss to Alessandra Ambrosio. She enters the ring in a midnight blue crop top and gym shorts. Maya enters the ring in a white sports bra and yoga pants as they touch gloves.

Round 1: Maya starts aggressively, blasting Zendaya's face with a series of jabs, forcing her to defend early on. She retaliates but her mitts fall just short of Maya's face who counters with a right cross to Zendaya's mouth. She takes a moment to regroup but Maya doesn't let her, blasting her belly with multiple hooks, then thumping her face with quick jabs and a haymaker. Maya works her body, smashing uppercuts left and right into her belly, bending her forwards as Zendaya takes a knee. She’s up at five and immediately takes leather from Maya sending her to the ropes. It doesn’t take long for her defences to get penetrated and for Maya to start another onslaught of punches. She alternates jabbing for Zendaya’s face and hooking for her body, keeping the girl up until the very last second. The bell finally separates them concluding the opening round in a very one-sided shutout for Maya.

Round 2: The beating continues; Maya is on top of Zendaya from the bell, drilling her belly with uppercuts and relentlessly jabbing for her face. Whether she attacks or defends, Maya works around her, resulting in Zendaya being tossed around the ring like a ragdoll. Maya just keeps firing simple one-twos with full commitment giving her opponent a bloody lip in the process. As we approach the final minute of the round it becomes apparent that Zendaya’s will to fight is completely shattered. Even as Maya takes a moment to rest her arms, Zendaya responds late firing two weak jabs, both missing her opponent by a long shot. Maya continues, her gloves are now stained with tiny drops of blood from Zendaya’s nose and lip; she lashes her body with some more uppercuts before hammering her chin with a haymaker sending the girl down for the count. To everyone’s surprise, she manages to get up at nine, just in time for the bell.

Round 3: Maya is slightly agitated that she didn’t get a knockout in the second round but it doesn’t matter, the fight is pretty much finished already. Zendaya rises from her stool despite being told not to and in very poor shape. Maya looks to finish up and had no trouble whatsoever in doing so; her mitts easily cut through Zendaya’s barely raised gloves resulting in more belly torment via uppercut as she sits in the corner soldiering on. She slowly starts to bend forward as her knees start to buckle. Slowly but surely she heads down the, hitting the canvas with both knees after a few seconds. She lays on the canvas with her arms grasping her beaten body, accepting defeat.

Post-Fight: I don’t think anyone expected a result like this, including Maya herself. It’s been a show of dominance from start to finish and Maya definitely turned more than a few heads after tonight.

“I gave it my best and apparently it was more than enough. Honestly, I expected more of a challenge, but I think that after tonight, both fighters and managers will start taking me a bit more seriously. I here for one reason and that is to reach the top and beat the best of them and with every fight, I win, I’m one step closer to that goal.” Maya talks to the press.
