BEFORE:

"I'm VERY happy to be back this quickly," says Meg with a lovely smile. "Lots of girls wait FOREVER for a second fight. And, I think I did pretty well the first time. This time, I MIGHT just get a result."

"She's a girl that my management is apparently high on," says Ariel with a shake of the head. "I'll just see if I can FIX that."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside, and that's 'BAAM'..."

McCarthy: "And, I really LIKE this song! Every once in a while, we get a GOOD one around here!"

O'Dell: "And, down to the ring comes the singer of that tune and one of the stars of 'American Housewife" the lovely Meg Donnelly..."

Cassie: "And, as Meg points out, she's getting a second fight very quickly, having made her debut right here at Asylum in January."

McCarthy: "Which is WHY she's back here. You don't see Shipka on this card, do you?"

Tess: "To be fair, Shipka doesn't FIT on this card, because she's not on an ABC show..."

Cassie: "And, the girl Donnelly LOST to currently wears the flyweight gold..."

McCarthy: "Blah. Blah. Blah. She's not here because Weirdo's afraid she'll beat another Dancing Hooker! Why do you think he didn't do a FOX card this year in February and did CW instead? He would have HAD to have booked MAC THE KNIFE, and he was scared to DEATH of doing that!"

O'Dell: "Meg into the ring and helped off with the robe to reveal that yellow number we saw a couple of months ago. And, that's 'I Knew You Were Trouble' you hear behind us, and, that means the singer of this cover version of that Taylor Swift song, Ariel 'Dangerous Curves' Winter is headed to the ring..."

Tess: "Winter, of course, made a run to a flyweight title shot last year. Didn't win it, but, at her age, you'd figure there might be other opportunities down the line."

O'Dell: "Winter into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve, and she's wearing that curve-hugging white number we've seen before. And, the ladies are about ready. Time for some picks. Tess likes Ariel. Mac?"

McCarthy: "NO FCBA wins. Winter."

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "And, we're underway. Going to see a contrast in styles, no doubt. Donnelly, as we saw last time, likes to box and move. Winter would rather close and bang, and this fight will likely hinge on which girl gets more of what she wants. Feeling out going on right now, though."

Tess: "And, Donnelly moving very well during this recon phase. Snapping out that jab, using plenty of good footwork."

O'Dell: "No question about it. Winter patient, looking to cut the ring and bring the blonde to battle. She's getting that done here and there, but Meg keeping those exchanges short, slipping away to open canvas, where she can get back to getting her box on and using some impressive speed."

McCarthy: "Kid is very athletic. Moves very, very well."

O'Dell: "Coming down the stretch. Not a lot in it. Ariel cuts the ring, goes to work body. Meg ties her up, slips away, gets back to the war of movement. Winter patiently stalking. Donnelly snapping out that jab. Five seconds to go. And Meg doing to dance the round away. There's the bell. Close. Donnelly."

Cassie: "And Meg is up 10-9."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Second begins the way the first ended, with the blonde on the move, snapping out that jab, and the brunette looking to bring her to battle. Ariel manages to do that now, thumps some body. Meg ties up, Winter punches free and backs up the blonde with a solid left hook."

Cassie: "Donnelly doesn't want to take too many of THOSE..."

O'Dell: "Meg back on the move now. She's got very quick hands, knows how to put punches together. Winter remaining patient as she stalks. Showing Donnelly some respect, Mac, and I'm guessing that comes from the fact that her management is pretty high on the blonde..."

McCarthy: "Her management wouldn't know a boxing glove if I ATE one..."

Tess: "What does that even MEAN???"

McCarthy: "Shut UP, Walmart!"

O'Dell: "Drink up, boys, as we head into the final seconds of the second round. Donnelly all movement. Winter cuts the ring again, works some body. Meg again tying up the brunette, but Ariel punches free and lands a good right uppercut at the bell. Close round again. This time, Ariel."

Tess: "And, we're even at 19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Pattern is set as we roll into the third. Meg's going to move and Ariel's going to stalk and whichever fighter is able to get the terms she wants is going to have the edge. Right now, it's Donnelly getting more of what she wants, as she's managing to stay in open canvas."

Cassie: "There's definitely been improvement in Donnelly just since January."

O'Dell: "No question about it. She looks more confident, smoother tonight than she did against Stewart. Nice combination there by Meg, but now Ariel able to step to and work some body. Brunette DIGGING hard shot into the blonde's belly and ribs until Donnelly can slip away."

Tess: "No question Ariel's investing in the body. Hoping that will take a toll on those legs."

O'Dell: "It might, but it hasn't yet. So far, Donnelly with plenty of spring in the gams. We've got twenty seconds to go in a very closely-fought third. Again, Winter able to close and bang. Meg fires back, lands a solid right of her own and there's the bell. Very close again. In fact, too close to call. Draw."

McCarthy: "29-29 after three."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Blonde bouncin' and misbehavin' as the fourth starts. She's got to be feeling pretty good about how this is going. But, if Winter's feeling any pressure because it's been closely fought so far, she's not showing it. Brunette remaining patient, working the feet, stepping to to bang some body..."

McCarthy: "RIGHT HAND, DONNELLY!"

O'Dell: "A BOOMING right hook from Meg and Winter is HURT! Ariel covering up as Meg lets the hands go. Donnelly hammering away with both hands and THERE'S A STRAIGHT RIGHT AND DOWN GOES ARIEL! Winter dropped to her back by a BEAUTIFUL right hand!"

Tess: "Wow. Did not see THIS coming..."

O'Dell: "Meg to a neutral corner. Count at three. Four. Five. Six. Ariel sitting up at seven. Eight. Nine. Winter to her feet. Referee looking in closely as he gives her the mandatory, but he waives on the blonde. Donnelly a buzz saw as she wings everything she's got at Ariel. Winter backed to the ropes. In deep trouble. But, there's the bell. And JUST in time. Huge round for Donnelly."

Cassie: "10-8, and the blonde is up 39-37."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Meg right back after Winter as we start the fifth. She's sitting down on her punches, throwing everything but the kitchen sink at the still-wobbly brunette. Ariel giving ground, staying on the defensive, looking to play for time right now, but Donnelly not giving her that or any space."

Tess: "I'm going to agree with Cassie. I'm seeing why Wiz is high on this girl."

O'Dell: "Meg THUMPING Winter, working her back against the cables. Blonde just all OVER the brunette right now! Referee looking in closely. Ariel countering here and there, doing enough to prevent a stoppage, at least for the moment, but Donnelly piling up the points and the hurt."

Cassie: "And, the latter might be more important than the former at the moment."

O'Dell: "Just might be. We've got thirty seconds to go in the fifth, and Meg's been in control throughout. She's put together a thorough clean up, but she hasn't been able to end the thing. Doesn't look like its going to happen, either. Five seconds left. One more flurry from the blonde and there's the bell. Meg. Wide."

McCarthy: "49-46, Donnelly."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Donnelly continuing to get physical with Winter as we start the second half. Ariel banging back now! Some sharp exchanges happening in the middle of the ring with the brunette getting the better of them! Winter's legs clearly back and Meg's figured that out and gotten back to moving now."

McCarthy: "Smart move. She's got the lead. Doesn't need to trade in there."

O'Dell: "Donnelly circling, jabbing. Winter working the feet looking to close and bang. She cuts the ring, begins digging body. Meg ties her up. Ariel punches free, bangs some more belly before Donnelly is able to slip away to open canvas. And Winter begins stalking again."

Cassie: "Ariel's done a lot of body work. Has not taken anything away from Meg's legs to this point."

O'Dell: "Has not. We're into the final stages of the sixth and Donnelly still moving and moving well. Again, brunette cuts the ring and works body. Again, Meg ties up, this time able to hang on and force a break. Five seconds to go, and Donnelly will dance the round away. There's the bell. Close. Winter."

Tess: "But, Donnelly still up a pair, 58-56."

ROUND SEVEN:

O'Dell: "Winter upping the aggression now. Brunette well aware that she's behind on the cards, and she aims to do something about it. Blonde on the move, wants to box, but Ariel cutting, closing, banging that body. Meg tying up, but the brunette punching free."

Tess: "And, she's all ABOUT the body right now."

O'Dell: "Definitely is. Still hasn't taken a toll on Donnelly, though. She slips away and is bouncing on her toes yet again. Ariel working the feet, cutting the ring, then quickly closing to thump more midsection. She's invested quite a lot, but it hasn't taken an effect on those legs yet."

Cassie: "Well, Meg's only 18. And, there's something to be said for youth. If Ariel had put that much work into MAC'S body, she'd be moving like she needed a walker..."

McCarthy: "You LITTLE..."

O'Dell: "Now, calm DOWN, Mac. We're into the final fifteen seconds of the seventh round. Winter crowding Donnelly, working body, then landing a SHARP combination upstairs. Meg again ties up, but Ariel shoves free and lands a solid right at the bell. No doubt about this one. Winter."

Cassie: "And, it's a one-point fight. Meg up 67-66."

ROUND EIGHT:

O'Dell: "More aggression from the brunette to start the eighth. Meg still moving very well, though. She's bouncing around the ring, snapping that jab. Winter working to cut her off, then slip past the defenses. Brunette gets inside and begins tenderizing the ribs. Meg ties her up, hangs on. Ref going to break them."

Cassie: "And, Donnelly right back on her bicycle."

O'Dell: "If anyone has any questions about this girl's athleticism or stamina, well. She's answering them in this fight. Along with a lot of other questions I'd imagine. Winter cuts the ring again, crowds the blonde. goes body. Meg tying her up and DOWN GOES DONNELLY!"

Tess: "What an UPPERCUT..."

O'Dell: "Ariel to a neutral corner. Meg down on her back, staring glassy-eyed at the referee after that right uppie that snapped the head back. Count at three. Four. Five. Six. Meg rolling to her belly at seven. Pushes to all fours at eight. Reaches for the ropes at nine. TEN! It's OVER! Donnelly can't beat the count and it's OVER! And your winner by KO8 is Ariel 'Dangerous Curves' Winter!"

McCarthy: "Lucky punch..."

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Ariel Winter, and, Ariel, you've been in some TOUGH fights. THAT looked like a tough fight."

Ariel (nodding): "It was. This girl is 18, the same age I was when I started. She's got plenty of tools. If she gets work, she's going to be a top flyweight."

Tess (smiling): "Are you going to recommend that Front Street sign her?"

Ariel: "How about I do it right now? Wiz, SIGN this girl!"
