Before:

Tonight, we have the FCBA debut of Holloway's most recently signed fighter, Zoe Kravitz. She's coming in at 5'2'' as a flyweight, facing a slightly bigger fly-bantam: her stablemate Briana Evigan. This seems to be some sort of test for her new boxer, so we'll see how she does.

Kravitz comes into the ring wearing spandex shorts and a sports bra, looking as fit as ever, she's clearly been getting ready for her upcoming role as Catwoman. Evigan's sporting a similar outfit and looking every bit as impressive as her opponent tonight. They both look ready to go!

Round 1

Kravitz clearly eager to test herself, playing the aggressor early on. She's sending lefts and rights at Evigan like there's no tomorrow. Evigan does a good job keeping her distance and blocking most of the smaller girl's attacks. However, as the round goes on, the Fury Road actress starts to slow down and her opponent starts gaining some ground, using her reach advantage to her advantage. Zoe's quickly overwhelmed by Evigan's more agressive style and has to start backing away. It's clear by the end of the round that Evigan dominated the round, thus now leading 10-9 in points.

Round 2

Zoe seems to be changing her strategy. She still comes in fast as hell, but doesn't go directly to Briana. Instead, she dances around her taller opponent. Evigan, however, is no slouch either. She's keeping up with her smaller opponent. Zoe and Evigan exchange punches as they move around the ring. The dancer clearly has more power behind every punch, but Kravitz is showing some nice technique here and there, dodging most of the punches and taking really well those that do land. Evigan goes for a right hook, but Kravits swerves her torso back to avoid it and counters with a right hook of her own completely stopping her foe's momentum. Evigan's stunned for a second. Kravitz goes to town on her body. Evigan's barely able to put up her defense. The bell has to come to rescue her. Kravitz has tied this, 19-19.

Round 3

Quite an exciting couple of first rounds we had, but our fit fighters still look as fresh as a they came into the ring. Evigan stalks Kravitz forwards and back, throws some powerful jab combos with a couple hooks in between. Some land, some don't. But those that land are clearly hurting Zoe. The smaller actress does what she can, but she seems to be getting flashbacks to round 1, once again getting overwhelmed by the sheer strength of her larger muscular opponent. She's able to survive the round, but took quite a few hits. Evigan's now winning, 29-28.

Round 4

Evigan starts the round on top, once again bullying her smaller opponent but makes a vital error in the first minute, going for a knockout a bit too early and finding her head bashed to the side by a left hook to the temple, then a second one right to her core. Evigan's hurt! Kravitz continues sending body shots, almost sending her foe to her knees, but not quite. Evigan basically runs away as she recovers. The rest of the round is pretty uneventful, with some back and forward between the two girls. However, that almost-knockdown half way through's enough to get Kravitz a win in points for this round, tying things up once again, 38-38.

Round 5

Evigan begins the round by pressing in like last round, determined not to mess up again and give Zoe another opening. Kravitz holds her ground, responding to the bigger girl's charge with a powerful haymaker to the body of the dancer that stuns her for a second, stopping her in her tracks. Zoe looks to get another finisher shot in by sending a hook to the taller girl's temple, but she's ready this time. Evigan dodges gracefully and sends a left hook of her own thath sends Zoe flying against the ropes! Kravitz is in trouble!

Briana rushes towards her opponent and starts working her body. Evigan's strong punches are too much for Kravitz, who tries to get away, but finds herself trapped between the ropes and her sturdy opponent. This could be the taller girl's chance. A minute in, Briana changes her approach to go for the head. Kravitz looks worried, putting her guard up. Evigan's putting so much behind her fists, but maybe not enough speed as Zoe finds a way out by ducking under one of her opponent's hooks. Zoe's in bad shape, however. She moves around the ring still quite fast, showing her incredible athleticism, but was definitely hurt by Evigan's onslaught. Briana follows her opponent across the ring, Kravitz manages to keep her distance while getting a jab in here and there. Evigan jumps right at her, aiming a left hook right at Zoe's head, but Kravitz surprises her and everyone by ducking under it and countering with a straight punch to the nose that immediately sends Evigan to the canvas! Both fighters look equally surprised.

Evigan attempts to stand up, but keeps falling. She shakes her head and even slaps herself, but can't quite get it together. The count soon reaches 10 and she's still on her knees.

After:

"That was quite a workout! Oh my God! I wasn't expecting such an adrenaline rush!" Kravitz says about her match. "It was so fun! I can't wait to do it again. It was pretty short, though, but I guess maybe I expected too much from Bri. No hate though! I love her, I'm sure she did her best. I'd like to shout out Holloway Boxing too! Whoever is making the calls is doing a pretty good job if they signed me. Thanks everyone!".

Evigan's too shaky to talk about the fight.
