Before: Important fight for Neve—she’s extra motivated against the so-called “Next-Gen Neve” and “New-and-Improved Neve” that is Rachel McAdams—in many ways this is a must-win fight for Campbell. “I’ve heard the comparisons and I just don’t see it,” Neve shrugs in prefight. “I see a fighter in Rachel who was badly beaten and exposed by Jessica Alba. A limited fighter, somebody just learning the ropes and hoping to improve—comparing her to me is premature and that’s what I want to demonstrate in this fight. The Neve Campbell who beat down jewel Kilcher WILL show up for this one—I promise my fans that.” McAdams gushing in her praise of Campbell, regardless of the podium-beating she’s taking from her rival. “Neve showed us (i.e.: Canadian ingénues) that it was possible to come to Hollywood, fight and beat the best girls in the world and truly make a name for ourselves on a global stage. I’m thrilled to be fighting Campbell and I’m thrilled at the comparisons. She’s been a role model for me—a blueprint—and I can’t wait to mix it up with her.” Neve in cerulean blue bikini, tight black battle braid, tan sheepskin UGG boxing boots, Rachel in Maple-leaf motif sports bra, solid red aerobics trunks with white maple leaf at the hip, white aerobics runners and socks. Small white gloves, both vixens.

During R1: First minute Neve: jabbing hard to Rachel’s chest, beating auburn-tressed vixen to punches, driving her to ropes. Second minute Neve: methodical drubbing of Rachel’s ribcage—both flanks—Campbell dipping side to side, digging short, jagged rights and lefts up into Rachel, pulverizing the guard and ribs. Third minute Neve: Left uppercuts between Rachel’s mitts, followed by short, sudden. Shocking left hooks to liver—several in succession and RACHEL TAKES A KNEE! McAdams windblown, blinking in astonishment, right hand in ropes for support: Neve glaring down all nostrils-flaring, sending a big, booming message early about the kind of fight she has in mind. 10-8 shutout, Neve.

R2: Rachel showing resilience, shakes off the beating, comes out jabbing hard, right hand high at her cheek, Campbell face-spanked, pre-empted—she’s trying to come forward again, unsupported by her own jab: McAdams able to drop short right cross over Neve’s left hand, drop the right (back) foot back a smidge and pull a vicious hook across Neve’s available jaw. CAMPBELL CRUMBLES TO ALL FOURS! Sunny smile Rache: she struts happily to neutral corner, answering Neve’s knockdown I style—Campbell’s turn to gather herself at the ropes, ears ringing, Rachel closing smart—jabbing Neve high to get the dukes up, then stab-stabbing down into pale midriff stiff. Hard, hard poke—Campbell snarling, dukes up, back to ropes as she’s spanked and drilled—Rachel really prodding Neve with thumping left hand technique at the apron. Choosy right hands pound in on occasion—partially blocked by Neve—but mop-up left hooks are finding the Campbell ribcage with thudding authority. Bell: Rachel forcing hard eye contact, winking cheekily ala Patrick Roy—Campbell fuming, woozy back to her stool as a strong McAdams second answers the all-Neve first virtually punch for punch.

R3: Rachel digs out Neve: Campbell punched breathless to her bopdy, shows a strong and curvy leg in keeping her feet this round. McAdams into Campbell with ringing rights and lefts—Rache leaning forward behind a high guard, fixing Neve’s position wi8th a stiff jab, then dipping and ripping up into lungs, both hands, Small gloves beating out a PIK! PAK! PEK! tune on Neve’s muscular chassis—Campbell tilting forward, soaking it all up in stoic fashion. Mac showing she can press behind her jab, or fade back and walk Campbell into punches—she outworks her rival, outpunches her, and has Neve hurt bell to bell in the third. Campbell flopping down on her stool wincing and achy for the break—girls just taking turns hitting one another as hard as they possibly can—both clearly seeking decisive victory tonight.

R4: Neve answers, and answers, with vigour, Back to McAdams body—Neve showing she too can fight backing up, walking Rachel’s ribs into tortuous short, clouting lefts and rights,. Rachel bogging down, grunting, covering up at her temples as he forward momentum is punched to a halt. Campbell then forward, pushing her head hard between Rachel’s mitts to intentionally butt her face; hooking behind the elbow; fitting slutty right hands up in under Rachel’s left breast, and snug to solar plexus. Mac driven across the ring, slugged to ropes—concerted effort by Neve to pound the midsection and sternum reaps second minute rewards and MCADAMS GOES DOWN! Rachel panting, groaning on all fours—Neve chest-heaving, eyes flashing as she wanders to neutral corner. Wobbly-butt 8 Rache: eyelashes fluttering, mouth open—she covers up, stoops forward hurt to receive Neve’s follow up. Brutal, bashing stuff—Campbell setting feet wide and tearing into Rachel without pity: brutal subjugation of the McAdams ribcage, tummy and arms the clear intent. Neve pushing in with her head and knuckles—constantly pushing and propping hurt Rachel—then the nonstop barrage downstairs to numb young Canuck’s legs. RACHEL GOES DOWN! Mac getting used up, beaten senseless to her body—she drops to all fours once again, panting and bedraggled as snarling Neve is bodied back by a concerned ref. Rachel dazed, ragged, pulls herself up the ropes to beat the count, but she’s a battered beauty: final moments truly brutal as Neve pours it on thick to the bell, beating Rachel’s kidneys flagrantly, viciously as the ref barks warnings.

R5: Rachel staggering up off her stool: legs still shot, guard looks limp—she’s in bad shape and HERE COMES NEVE! Campbell pouring herself at weak-kneed McAdams, ringing her up a series of overhand rights against the skull to batter Rachel ropeside. Neve pushing in, palming Rachel’s inner-elbows to expose that throbbing midriff then PLUNGING into McAdams’ goods. Robust, chugging lefts and rights beat at Rachel’s tender frame, smashing away at whatever’s left. UPPERCUTS! Neve showing presence of mind—she’s crippled her foe downstairs, stolen Rachel’s legs and paralyzed her—now Campbell comes off the body white short, clipping uppies, picking up Rachel’s drowsy face and MCADAMS FALLS APART! Poor Rachel draping against the ropes, eyes un focused, blinking, guard dropping—Neve able to plow her hardest rights and lefts in thick, blanketing sequences to the waist, then creep up-torso tpo bash the ribs, tits and chin in sloshing, side to side bombardments, Rachel staring, Rachel sagging and the REF STEPS IN! Neve bellowing in KO lust at the sight of helpless McAdams—huge TKO5 for the veteran as ref cradles beaten Mac to safety.

After: Neve snarling, pumped—she knows she answered her critics tonight, vindicated herself with a rugged, must-win performance. Both beauties down, badly hurt on occasion—Neve going at Rachel with a very McAdams-like body attack, showing the kid how it’s done tonight.  And NEVE WANTS MORE! Campbell angrily pushing her way past officials tending to battered McAdams on her stool—brunette hugging Rachel up to her feet, Mac’s head a-bobbling: walk of shame for McAdams as Neve punctuates hard punching with an even harder heart afterwards. Mac blinking back tears, staggering with Neve’s right arm encircling her waist. Campbell snarling, tugging her girl roughly to corners and displaying her to members of the press who had picked Rachel to supersede Neve tonight. No going back from this: Campbell with a “Not On My Watch” walk of shamed turns back Rachel in brutal fashion to open a fresh new rivalry in style.
