Thiessen wasted no time christening herself the 'Fishel Slayer' and calling out the deadliest markswoman in the division to celebrate. "With Dani done, I'm stepping to Kelly and making a statement," said Tiff. "Fighters like Hu and Dani have had their time - they're shopworn, ready to be plucked. Hu looked shot against Britney and she's going to look wrecked when a real puncher gets a hold of her." Maybe so, but until then - Kelly pretty much had her way with Tuff Tiffany T.

It was a typical Hu performance. Absolutely lethal in shutting Tiffany out of the first two rounds, Hu would drop Tiff with a getting-to-know-you hook in the first and shred the buxom brunette along the ropes with piranah like intensity as Thiessen staggered under the surge. Busted up and wide eyed, Tuffy looked haunted, frazzled, ready to go and as per usual - Hu backed off and boxed to a comfortable decision rather than go for the crowd pleasing stoppage. Tiff would have her moments, grimly getting to Kelly's chest and dutifully working the body, but Hu's leggy defense kept TAT in check, under wraps and contained as Kelly ranged the ring at will. Tiffany's best chance to pull the upset came in the seventh, when a pair of hooks squeaked inside Kelly's protective right, creasing the Asian's famed closed-stance defence and sending her staggering into the ropes. The uprising proved shortlived, with Kelly resuming her torrid combination punching of the early rounds in the 8th to batter Tiff into submission, then cruising on lithe legs to a predictable conclusion. Kelly showed her class, but refused to pander to the crowd who would have loved some chance-y but exciting jug muggage, or more extended power punching. Hey - the Amazin' Asian did what she does best: win.
