Before: Zellweger bold in her challenge to fearsome slugger Gena Lee - chubby Texan evidently believing that Sigourney Weaver has shown the 'weigh' to beat Nolan. Good fight for Gena - she needs rounds, but doesn't need another war - Zellweger could be the right girl at the right time. GLN in pink push up and panties, messy ponytail - Zellweger in control top pastel blue panties and beige bra.

During R1: Gena loading up, sweeping over the top with right hands - Zellweger moving her head well, thinks only of putting her body on the dangerous blonde. Fight quickly starts to wallow - Zellweger following half of the Weaver plan - holding and walking her girl, but not the other half - actual punching. Gena Lee able to jam the odd right hand into the chubby side or jaw of her foe - Zellweger with her hands behind Gena's back doesn't look like she wants to fight. Round to Gena.

R2: Gena unpacks her seldom seen and under appreciated jab this round - and good things happen. Zellweger caught outside trading pokes - Gena able to measure for a lunging right cross mid way through that clouts Renee's head hard to starboard - pudgy blonde sent stumbling by the blast. Gena walking Renee down, really ramming that jab into the chest and face of Zellweger, then bending into right hands that just graze the fearful blonde's chin. Round ends with Gena swinging murderously with both hands - punches whistling past a dazed Renee Zellweger's face as she simply leans back into the ropes and miraculously escapes getting clocked.

R3: Girls fall in together - Gena stuffing her right hand into oncoming tummy before the clinch and RENEE IS HURT! Zellweger gurgling, leaning forward, arms draped around Gena - Nolan able to step back, reef right hands in against the ribs until Zellweger can tighten up the clinch for a break. Fight devolves from there - Gena walking her girl down, slinging in the right hand then falling into Zellweger's clinch as the crowd grows restless. Nolan frustrated - using her forearm against Renee's throat and face - and GENA draws the foul! Oh that crafty Zellweger.

R4: More of the same. Renee keeping Nolan to one punch, then tying the blonde up - Gena too impatient to jab, keeps walking in, loading up, then bogging down. No question Gena's the aggressor, she's throwing the punches, walking the other girl into the ropes for the breaks - but Zellweger refuses to open up and take any chances. Round to Gena Lee - lusty booing of the sweaty waltz action.

R5: Gena punching, getting tied up, walking Renee into the ropes, referee's break - repeat. Zellweger finally drawing warnings for excessive, flagrant holding - she's not even positioning herself to punch. Also, she's not big enough to execute the Weaver fight plan - it's Gena bulling Renee into the ropes, Gena's legs dictating, Gena coming forward. All Zellweger is doing is surviving. Boooooo.

R6: Another minute of mud-boxing, but Gena finally gets an arm up around Renee, spins her off balance with a torquing headlock and the orderly rhythm of the fight breaks down. Zellweger momentarily bewildered - Gena adds to the angst with a rolling combination to the trunks, backing Zellweger into the ropes with a throaty groan. Nolan able to unpack her heat - swings away - Renee leaning back into the ropes again, but this time punches crash heavily upside her head - lefts and rights fully extended by Nolan and ZELLWEGER GOES DOWN! Renee stumbling sideways finally falls to her hands and knees in a neutral corner and she gives it up! Chubby blonde panting, hand on the ropes as she accepts the ten count with open eyes - Nolan strutting the ring the KO6 victor.

After: Sloppy, ugly fight as Zellweger's shameful lack of aggression and Nolan's impatience add up to a frustrating evening. Gena Lee heaping the blame squarely on Renee for what happened - but Nolan does have the tools and talent to deal with this kind of thing - just a matter of putting theory into practice. Renee exposed as a pretender at welter - needs to shed some pounds and put her skills back to work.
