Before: rematch pit’s the improved jewel against former tormentress Carson as the blonde looks to avenge an early humiliation at the brunette’s hands last time out. Both girls actively seek right hand KO--should be nasty, brutish and short for one or the other, Pundits advice: don’t blink. Jewel in powder blue aerobics two piece. Lisa in heroic red sports bra, grey control top aerobics bottoms.

During R1: Both girls march out and launch huge right hands to open the bout, and the brawl is on. Early action consists of the girls planting their feet and hurling big shots at one another, first one missing then the other as each has no concern or conserving energy. In  the heavy handed give and take, a right hand scoots off Jewel’s forehead midway through, sending a rumble through her thighs as she staggers back, but she recovers well to finish the round strong.

R2: Fighters slow it down a little, each getting a little closer to the other and punching from better distance. More contact this round as the girls go shoulder to shoulder, both using cross armed defense to take the other’s punch. In the final minute, little clubbing left hooks on the jaw have Lisa going backward, and jewel goes on to grind the brunette along the ropes to the bell.

R3: Great round for Lisa Nicole as she bodies up, and gets big with her punches, looping lefts and rights into jewel’s solid midriff. Jewel not getting off this round, allows Lisa to slug, use a shoulder to push the blonde back, then in again to slug. Kilcher just covering up and rolling with punches from bell to bell. Carson with a big grin at the break, seems to have Jewel’s number.

R4: All Jewel early as she steps into Lisa with several short right hands to the face and chest, driving the brunette back to her own corner. Splendid shove and slug from the blonde as she uses her legs to pin Lisa against the turnbuckle. Not a lot of punches, but jewel doing an excellent job of keeping her body on Lisa and landing hard, well-leveraged single body shots. In the final minute, Carson digs down and trades with Jewel as work rate jumps, and a thudding exchange of hooks sees Jewel’s legs go weak. Kilcher staggering back, Lisa stepping forward, and Carson turns her shoulder into a crushing right hand on the chin. Jewel folding up and sprawling on the canvas, rolls onto her back and groans as Lisa Nicole lifts her mitts in triumph. KO4 Lisa Nicole Carson.

After: Believe it or not, Carson looked to be sucking wind when she starched her blonde nemesis in the 4th. All those bombs had Carson fatigued, as evidenced by Jewels strong showing in the final round, but it only take one punch with either of these girls, and once again, the coin comes up Lisa Nicole.
