Before: Alyssa back in the ring only weeks after “The Incident” (with Dani Fishel)--all due to a heartwarming letter that the FCBA poobahs deem “evidence of contrition”. Cynics suggesting that the letter is part of a backroom deal actually orchestrated by the Association itself, just to relieve some of the heat expected by the decision not to suspend. Nevertheless--Alyssa will be under “strict supervision” in this bout with Reese, a fact not lost bon Witherspoon: “The only difference between Alyssa and me in the past was that she was willing to go to my crotch and kidneys, and I wasn’t. In  a fair fight--I’ll savage Alyssa.” Alyssa in pale blue bikini, hair back, Reese in darker blue bra style bikini, ponytail.

During R1: Hard slugging round--both girls reaching in wit the left shoulder to step er girl back, then hooking tough to the ribcage. Back and forth, hardhearted exchanges--maybe Milano gets a little more done at the bell as both girls come away humming from punches.

R2: Girls tangle up and wander into the ropes--ref really watching Milano closely in the dangerous clinch, Witherspoon taking advantage--keeping her body on Alyssa, Reese smuggles the off punch into Milano’s trunks--drawing wailing cries of protest from an outraged Alyssa. Ref pulling on Alyssa’s arm roughly to break clinches--Reese moving forward, bullying the brunette--it’s Witherspoon’s best round against Alyssa in ages. Bell to bell blonde--Milano punished at the ropes, getting routinely dug down below as Reese pulls away with a hungry sneer at the break.

R3: Milano grinds into Reese with hooks out of a crossed-arm crouch, backing the blonde up to the ropes, Girls bumping foreheads--Milano really sinking in the left hand to the body, but also turning into a crisp right that spanks off Witherspoon’s left side kidney. Reese seated ropeside, fights in spots, lifting uppercuts into the pudgy shelf of Alyssa’s breasts in bitter two-way trading to the bell.

R4: Witherspoon really ravaging Alyssa in the clinches--ref’s attention 100% focused on Milano, missing the blonde’s opportunistic skullduggery. Reese cleverly smuggling her punches into Alyssa--no backswing or obvious delivery, just jamming the glove in with her body shielding the infractions. Milano sobbing aloud--begging for relief, but she’s actually being manhandled by the ref during ordered breaks. Witherspoon lapping up the brunette in the final minute--squaring away and working Alyssa over at the ropes with hamfisted abandon.

R5: Alyssa works hard to Reese’s breasts--just turning her shoulder into short, clubbing hooks to the chest that have Witherspoon’s eyes welling up. Reese returning the favour until both girls are blubbering, face on face, taking turns working each other over in the inside. Fight staggers around the ring--girls in constant contact, scrubbing each other in bitter, non-stop trading throughout.

R6: Milano finally dominant. Withering hooks to the belly put a sick look of doubt in Reese’s face as she sags into the ropes and can’t answer back. Alyssa able to get strong--shoving and slugging, pounding away at Witherspoon’s flanks as the blonde slumps forward, turning on hard right hands to the face whenever Reese straightens up. Bell to bell brunette--Witherspoon shaky, wobbly butt en route to her corner.

R7: Back to back shutouts for Alyssa--6 long minutes of clubbing pressure, slowly but surely beating down blonde resistance. Witherspoon seated ropeside, taking a drubbing to her back and sides, sliding to her right as Alyssa steps with her and keeps piling on the hurt. Alyssa pushing up on Reese, setting her legs and getting thudding leverage on short rights up into the tits--Reese hanging on at the bell looks  a shot, saddened fighter.

R8: Reese shows some gumption--coming in hard with her forehead, plunging away downstairs to put Alyssa’s back to the ropes early, Witherspoon no longer surreptitious--she hammering away at the brunettes thighs, trunks, hips--Milano responding with kidney swabs as the ref loses control of the melees. HARD exchanges shatter back and forth--both girls stunned as faces and bodies are spanked, but down the stretch, a Milano hook on the chops has Reese stumbling backwards on her heels with a blank look. Alyssa coming forward in her crouch, reefing at the belly as Reese falters backward, then corkscrewing a hook from her thigh across Witherspoon’s chin to roll the blonde to her back with a crash. IT’S OVER! Reese’s eyelashes flutter helplessly, legs push uselessly against the canvas ash she can’t get off her back--KO8 Alyssa Milano.

After: Reese putting up stubborn resistance, gave as good as she got in a close first half before crumbling in the back 9. Milano victimized as she’s rarely been in her career, rails against the slipshod refereeing in post fight. “It was unbelievable what she was getting away with. She was going to my kidneys, my trunks, my legs, I finally just had to say ‘enough’s enough’ and take her OUT.” Witherspoon taking the loss hard--sometimes it hurts even more when you’re finally competitive, and you still lose.
