CELEBRITY BOXING AFTER DARK

Before: Cassie very welcoming and open with Lucy - showing young brunette the media-ropes - giving her hugs after photo-shoots...refreshing change to see flyweights acting like little professionals. "You don't need to be a Hayden-bytch to be a good fighter," Cassie shrugs when asked about all the respect in prefight, "or to get a good fight either. I'm excited about Lucy's debut - she looks great in camp, and I think it's going to be a terrific match up. I just told her - 'they don't pay us to fight outside of the ring' so we're cool. Once we get in there, I think you'll see a very high level of competition." Lucy nodding in agreement throughout. "I was SO worried coming in," Hale admits, "you know - about Cassie's mean reputation...but she couldn't have been sweeter toward me. I really just wanted a good clean fight, and that's what Scerbo wants too, so this is going to be great. I'm so glad she turned out to be so cool...guess it's just Hayden and them that are kind of snarky, from what Cassie tells me." Cassie in royal blue sport-cut bra and cheerleader spanky bottoms; white shoes with white scks rolled down; small white work out mitts; hair in slick french braid. Lucy in identical uniform only red sport-cut bra and spankies; hair in slick low braid. Cassie coming to ring to remixed version of Beastie Boys "Fight for your right to Party" - with Cassie doing the rap in hilariously inappropriate popstarlet voice and talking about knocking Hayden out; how she's better than Hayden; beating Hayden's body; submitting Hayden, and so on. Brutal.

During R1: Cassie snarling - pretty face twisted in bytchy scowl: she tattoos Lucy lefts and rights at the open, forcing Hale to cover up hands-at-temples. Hooks from Cassie beat Lucy's waist...then travel low to dent trunks. Lucy sobbing out in shock, eyes all "how-could-you": Scerbo punching, punching, punching with trademark compact combinations. Lucy driven to ropes; scoured along them; worked over in the corners...Cassie bouncing mitts off brunette head/shoulders, then ripping at ribs/waist as Lucy protects-high. Bell: Lucy wide eyed, open mouthed, sagging on ropes in wonder...Cassie moves in from Lucy's left flank, depositing the tip of her right elbow back into firm Hale-guts. "GUH-H!" Lucy sobs, doubling forward: welcome to the FCBA flyweight elbow from a frowning, furious Cassie Scerbo.

R2: Same again - Cassie at Lucy with vigor - putting on a tight-bodied little showcase in power-boxing. Blonde feet wide-spread - she's bouncing around, showing that jitterbug footwork, but never coming out of her stance. Bewildering variety of punches: jabs chipping away on guard/tummy; hooks in tandem with sharp crosses; pinging lead right hands; bang-bang right/lefts bounced off tight brunette waist. Whenever Cassie drifts in too close, she pushes heels of her hands on Lucy's shoulders to shove Hale back outside where blonde blender can continue to chop away. Lucy in tight earmuff - bullied all around the ring: she's crippled near the bell when Cassie pitches in a series of swinging right roundhouses to ribs/waist.

R3: Lucy sniveling, but fighting back: first Hale jabs scrub at Cassie's braided crown. Scerbo more than willing to take a few...Lucy's punching finally exposing her head to serious Scerbo right hands. Cassie landing swinging counter-rights over Lucy's jab...little brunette baby-stepping right when smote, really getting her jaw lit up. Note how crisp and tidy Cassie's combinations are: elbows in as she gets off rapidamente - always bringing her feet with her, punching with body weight behind the blows - jitterbugging in and out as necessary.

R4: Lucy baring teeth - fighting with desperation off ropes and CASSIE'S ROCKED! Scerbo caught in fierce exchange of small-mitt lefts and rights...blonde girl scoots away, gives her head a shake, catches her breath. Lucy attacks, but Cassie manages her with little stubby intercept-jabs - just touching the brunette off, then bouncing around her. Down the stretch, Cassie ducks/hauls a swinging right roundhouse loud into Lucy's ribs just behind left elbow...instant brunette cringe - Hale covering up breathless on receipt. Snarling Scerbo immediately over to offence - heels of her hands pushing Lucy backward, then stubby-punching lefts and rights riddling the guard. Scerbo not above employing her crown-braid to scrub at Lucy's puffy face in close: ref sees it, doesn't like it, issues warnings for it. Cassie hopping forward in her stance, getting off in short, pulverizing left/right sequences: Hale with hands at temples, rolling her torso, backing up under insane pressure. Right uppercut scrubs Lucy's face, startling her upright; left hook chips her chin, sending spasms down both brunette legs. Lucy desperate, loads up right to throw an GETS BEAT TO THE PUNCH! Swinging Scerbo right looped slightly wide - it crashes home palm-down on chin, swiveling Hale's head violently right/left. Lucy's head snap so rapid, her own braid whips across her teeth as her right knee gives way. Hale sitting down on right haunch, slumping back onto ropes...chin lolling forward as she relaxes into numbing KO. KO4 in gatling gun fashion - Cassie Scerbo!

AFter: Scerbo stomping around all scowly-faced and flashing-eyed...she fights off a little adversity late to heap on a fight-winning beatdown in reprisal. AND CASSIE WANTS MORE! Scerbo marching to Hale's stool in the aftermath - pulling weepy brunette to her feet. Blonde left hand grips brunette right bicep, holding Lucy steady for a trio of clapping, open-hand right slaps to cheek. Stunned, blubbering - Hale is led out of her corner by vengeful blonde - Cassie with her right hand taking a fistful of waistband at Lucy's left hip - tugging on Hale's spanky-bottoms to get her to stumble about. Cassie waving/posing her possession in the corners...Scerbo teaching Hale a bitter lesson in FCBA 'friendship' tonight as Lucy breaks down completely from combination of physical abuse/psychological betrayal. Welcome to the FCBA indeed.
