Before: Theron fresh off a big Bellucci victory, looking to run the table on ex champs and top contenders in a division that still has doubters. Warren a hard hitting former belt-wearer and a rough customer besides - she's not impressed with what she sees. "I had Monica winning that fight," says Estella. "Theron cons her way to victories and I hope the judges for our fight are little more experienced than the ones who robbed Bellucci."

Charlize grinning, nodding through it all on her side of the dais. "I love a cocky fighter coming in," purrs Theron, "and going out."

Rd 1: Warren strong to mid-ring, dukes at chest height - she loads up a right hand and gets bat-batted a preemptive jab off her face. Theron dabbing and dancing away, showing Estella the left shoulder, leaning onto her front foot, hands nice and relaxed right on top of the left at her stomach. Warren getting picked off, disrupted as Charlize gets off pretty, slides away - Theron leggy, pretty in a gliding first minute. Second minute, Theron sets down, flinches the jab, brings a jolting right hand instead - Warren catching hard on her face, staring back stunned. Theron slapping with an open left palm, heeling Warren hard on the jaw - there goes the mouthpiece! Theron dialing in off that front foot, chopping the right hand in again, turning her right ankle over to get slicing leverage. Warren wobbly butt, squaring up but not getting off - loose-limbed, graceful combinations tearing up the synchro-beauty's face. Shutout Theron - Warren dazed - Charlize backhands Estella's butt like she's snapping a wet towel off her as they pass.

Rd 2: Estella looking to ride up - bat-bat Charlize' jab says 'no'. Estella looking amazed, Theron getting away with flicking open hand jabs, quick and sharp to her opponent's face, then easing out of range, breezy to her left. Warren following, getting polished up - Theron so smooth as she eases onto her front foot, slices home the bandy-armed right, swat-swatting the open-hand hook to turn Estella's head this way and that. Charlize getting off loose and free, clean, biting connects on Warren's stunned face as the blonde poses for picturesque punches. Theron just luring Warren around the ring, pounding away on the face with precise, loose-limbed blows - lead right hands coming almost as often as the jab or hook. Down the stretch - Estella with a wild overhand right - Theron slipping under it, guiding Warren past with a hand at the back to let Estella hit the ropes face first. THERON UNLEASHES! It's been batting practice speed for Charlize thus far - now she squares away and gets after Estella with brutal elegance. Classy right hands chopping loose off the shoulder, rising hooks - Estella's mouthpiece walloped off her teeth again and her face is taking a pelting. Warren arms crossed against her body, just seems shellshocked - punches bouncing off her face stroking her jaw - SHE SITS INTO THE ROPES HURT! Charlize tearing away at face, curling her punches in, slashing up and down and ESTELLA'S DOWN! Warren dropped to all fours, bleeding from the nose - she's up at 10 - ref checks her eyes AND WAVES IT OFF! Estella Warren, reeling on shaky legs, protesting the stoppage as Charlize Theron STRUTS! TKO2 Charlize.

After: Warren distraught - obviously felt she could go on, but compupunch reveals a bitter truth - not one landed punch from the former champ as the current one lights up the board big time.

Theron slides out of the ring to push the ring card girl back into her seat - taking the big 2 board, sliding back into the ring and helping herself to a demoralized Estella in her corner. Champ forces snivelling challenger to hold the humiliating 2 over her head while being marched around the ring - Charlize grinning from behind, occasionally shoving Estella in the back to stumble her forward.

Postfight, Charlize preening, white towel around her shoulders - "I know my fans where hoping I would carry Estella rounds and work her over, touch-up her body a bit - but when a girl lays down for you, you take her out. Talk about a deer in the headlights (chuckling) - Warren STILL doesn't know what hit her!" Theron feeling her oats - she's punishing girls and the ol' swagger is BACK - with a vengeance.
