MEESTER THRILLED

At Sarah Carter's crushing defeat and title-surrender at PPV. "I knew she couldn't handle the spotlight," Leighton snipes from the pages of "Fighting Ingenue" magazine. "She got in with a real star and fought like a good little understudy. Pathetic. But I thought Lilo looked good."

BIDDING WAR FOR STRAHOVSKI?

Odette Yustman shook off her PPV loss to Ashley Scott, issuing a challenge to beautiful Yvonne Strahovski just a few days following the defeat. Upon hearing of Odette's move, Ashley informed "Celebrity Ring" mag, "Losers wait; winners get dibs. I've wanted Strahovski for a while now, and the line forms on the right. Odette can have whatever's left." No word from the Strahovski camp on whether or not EITHER vixen is acceptable for their sleek fighting starlet.

"LOST" BEEFING UP IT'S FIGHTING EFFORTS

Producers of the hit TV show "LOST" have indicated that they're encouraging a few of their cast members to seek combat in the FCBA. "We've added incentive bonuses for Reiko Aylesworth and Elizabeth Mitchell," explains one of the fatcats associated with the show and network. "We'll draw down from the ABC Fighting Arts Training Fund, and the girls will be free to seek out whatever competition they can find. It's good for the show, good for the network, good for the gals, good for boxing and it's fans...how many wins is that?" Mitchell said to be in talks with Sarah Lancaster while Aylesworth scouts the bantam landscape for targets of opportunity.

MACK DISPUTES DRAW

"I won, plain and simple," Allison Mack tells BLONDE! Magazine following an inconclusive tussle with division phenom Missy Peregrym. "In terms of control, in terms of making her do what I wanted and taking away her game - it's clear that I handled Missy. She survived because she's damn good - I do admit I couldn't knock her out that night - but she needs to woman-up and admit that I got the best of her in that fight."

DANI FISHEL EYEING COMEBACK?

"I've felt really good sparring with Hayden and some of the Foxfire girls," Fishel recently told Celebrity Ring. "When I left boxing, I felt like I'd accomplished everything I ever dreamed of, and more - and without CB and Syren, I just didn't think it would be the same. But I didn't like the way I left things with Mack, and with Britney getting herself back into shape, I have to admit seeing her has stirred the old competitive juices again. So I don't know - I'm not ruling it out."

DE LA GARZA LAUNCHES PROTEST

Claiming Amanda Righetti never made the lightweight limit of 130 pounds for their fight, Alana De La Garza has petitioned FCBA corporate for a rarely used "result annulment" protocol. "Righetti was like a linebacker in there," Alana claims in the text of her suit. "Her punches were like being hit with medicine balls - she's simply too big for the lightweight division and should never have been allowed to compete with me. The FCBA owes it to its stars - to take better care of us than they did in this instance. Ugly brutes like Amanda should really have their own boxing league: people don't want to see women like that fighting their screen idols."

LOHAN OPEN FOR BUSINESS

Fresh off a solid pasting of plucky Ashley Simpson, Lindsay Lo had strong words for the flyweight division in the pages of BLONDE! Magazine. "McCord is a little publicity hogging slut I would LOVE to put out," Lohan claims. "Ricci's the champ? PuhLEASE! I would have her out in 2 rounds. Same with Hayden. Kreuk still bugs me: she needs a Lilo-thrashing to sort her out. Seriously - I look at 110, and all I see are victims - no threats!"

HEIGL TALKS BIEL/CUOCO

"I think Kaley knocks Jessica out," Katherine Heigl told BLONDE! Magazine when asked to handicap the upcoming tilt for the remaining lightweight strap. "Jessica's hinky - I don't think she likes it in tight, and I love how Kaley's been looking this year. I think Kaley's gonna clean her clock, and it's gonna be me, Larter and Cuoco on top. For a little while, anyway."

WHAT'S TRICIA HELFER THINK?

"Ali took it to Erica, and I think there's a lot we can learn from that fight," the HMK sorceress says in this month's BLONDE! - addressing Durance's heartbreaking loss Ali Larter. "Larter retooled - got better defensively - found a range she could work at against Erica...and that all happened because Durance was SO dominant last year. This game is all about action/reaction, and Erica needs to realize that she put the sport on her shoulders last year and raised it a level: everyone's coming at her just a bit better now as a result."
