BEFORE: "For some reason, Gemma thinks she's a big deal in UK boxing just because she beat Zeta-Jones," Lucy says. "Well, let's face it, Cat was great once, but she's a spent force now. I, on the other hand, am just entering my prime, and I've got it all over Gemma. I've got the beauty. I've go the body. I've got the power. Gemma's going to see the first two and feel the third. And then we'll have a new queen, won't we?"

"Pinder keeps talking about all her power. You know who else has power? Zeta-Jones. Decker. Lively. Didn't do any of them any good though, did it? Lucy isn't anything more than next."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "And here comes Lucy Pinder, Mac, to the strains of 'OMG', and I've got to admit, she has an awesome body..."

McCarthy: "She's OK for a Page Three, I guess. Not Playmate material, of course..."

O'Dell: "And that would be 'London Calling' blasting from the sound system, which can only mean The Gravesend Gladiator is on her way and speaking of bodies..."

McCarthy: "Again. OK for an actress. Never gonna be Playmate of The Year..."

O'Dell: "Well, neither of those ladies worrying about that at the moment as we're underway in round one, and Arterton using that nice, crisp jab. Landing it clean. Lucy trying to work her way inside, but no dice. Gemma circling, sticking that jab right in her face."

McCarthy: "This is good stuff right here. Gemma in total control. Pinder can't get in, can't get off."

O'Dell: "Arterton just SNIPING with that thing. Stinging. Lumping Lucy up. And that's the first and the word 'shutout' comes to mind."

McCarthy: "Take a look at this replay. Watch how Gemma snaps that left right into Lucy's face. Stops her cold. Then circles. Lucy squares up, and Gemma just repeats. Very good round for Arterton."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Back to live action now and you've got a more aggressive Lucy here. Working her way inside, looking to work at close quarters..."

McCarthy: "She's got to. She can't stay out on the end of Gemma's punches."

O'Dell: "Arterton, though, just tightening up the stroke. Banging away at close range. Lucy covering up, here, trying to get off but can't do it. Gemma landing some solid stuff to the body and head. Elbows tight, banging away at the head and shoulders, going to work on that rack, too!"

McCarthy: "Lucy's turning, trying to counter here, but can't get it done. Gemma sidestepping. Showing good head movement..."

O'Dell: "Arterton getting the work done as round two ends, and that's an excellent round for Gemma."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Round three begins and Gemma back to that jab. Landing and circling. Snapping Lucy's head back at range..."

McCarthy: "Pinder's got problems here. If she stays outside, she gets shelled. If she comes inside, Gemma's outworking her."

O'Dell: "Lucy weaving in, bumping guards with Arterton. Gemma banging away for points in there. Pinder trying to fight back but having very little success."

McCarthy: "Arterton working that midsection now, Jenny! Big, heavy hooks."

O'Dell: "And that one wobbled Lucy! Pinder covering up, being backed up here as round three comes to an end. This is impressive stuff, Mac."

McCarthy: "Gotta hand it to the kid. She's been pretty dominant out there."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Back to the action, and this has got to be frustrating for Lucy. Again, Gemma to the jab at range. Heavy, accurate stuff. Stinging Pinder, who doesn't seem to have a response."

McCarthy: "Inside's the only chance she's got. Lucy's not going to make anything happen out there."

O'Dell: "Seems Pinder agrees with you. Works back inside. But, Gemma again able to get off short out of the pocket. Willing to bump and punch in there..."

McCarthy: "Have you seen the ARMS on the kid? She ought to be able to work in close with that kind of strength."

O'Dell: "Gemma working counter clockwise, scoring to the head and the rack. Banging away down low with lefts and rights. Hooks finding the mark in above the hips into Pinder's waist. Lucy firing back in spots, but can't get much done. That's the bell and more domination from Gemma Arterton. You know, Mac, conventional wisdom says Front Street's strongest division is bantam. But if this girl is number TWO over there..."

McCarthy: "She IS. Torv can fight."

O'Dell: "Well, throw in Swan, Decker and the two girls we saw earlier, Katy and Ke$ha...that's a pretty good group of lights."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Round five underway and again it's Lucy having to work her way through that snapping jab of Gemma. Arterton banging away as Pinder gets inside, then shortening up to thump away at her body."

McCarthy: "Lucy needs to clinch in there. Needs to get off more. She's taking a beating, Jenny!"

O'Dell: "No question about it. Gemma pretty much eschewing the head right now, just thumping away to the rack, the kidneys, the lats, working that midsection with both hands. Pinder slowing, looking drowsy. There's a right to the rack, a left banging into the midsection. Pinder covering up. Another big shot to the belly. Right to the kidney. Left-right combination to the midsection! Lucy doubling up. Left hook to the ribs. And Gemma BURIES A RIGHT TO THE BELLY AND DOWN GOES LUCY!"

McCarthy: "Brutal punch! But this isn't a one punch deal."

O'Dell: "Pinder face down on the canvas. Not moving as the count reaches nine. Ten! That's it! The winner by KO5, Gemma Arterton!"

McCarthy: "Check the replay on that last one, Jenny. Right hook. Actually distorts the belly here as it lands. Just the final straw on five rounds of punishment Gemma handed out. I hate to say it, but the kid was impressive as hell."

AFTER:

McCarthy: "Up to the ring now and Jenny O'Dell..."

O'Dell: "Gemma, I've got to say, that was a pretty impressive effort tonight."

Gemma: "Thanks, Jenny. That means a lot coming from a Hall Of Famer. Lucy's game. Give her that. And she DOES have power. But that was never going to be a factor. I'm too quick, too slick, too good, and too strong. I knew it would all start to add up on her. It was just a matter of when she'd fold up."

O'Dell: "So, I guess your title of Queen Of UK boxing is safe!"

Gemma(laughing): "For tonight at least. But, I think I might be setting my sights just a bit higher in coming days."
