3. Ming Xi vs JooJoo Hwang (Lightweight)

Ming Xi:

JooJoo:
(23, 5’10, FCBA Debut, Free Agent)

BEFORE:
Last on the agenda is a fight between the latest Asian models to join Victoria Secret catwalk, with Ming Xi making waves for being the first Chinese native and JooJoo Hwang, the first Korean.

The tallest ladies on show tonight enter the ring from opposite sides, with Ming Xi smirking with that signature pout of hers, her lean figure wrapped in a black bikini and donning white gloves on either hand. JooJoo in a jade green bikini herself, young and mean as she straps on red gloves. HERE we go with ten rounds of Lightweight action!

ROUND 1:
Ming the girl with more experience, comes running out of her corner ready to rumble. She takes advantage of JooJoo's inexperience by immediately landing shots on her guard, all over, trying to score an early upset and prove she's far ahead compared to these new girls. JooJoo, understandably shaken by the shower of attention, does her best to lock her arms over her head but inevitably takes some punishment to the tummy. Ming however headhunting with jabs up high, looking to score on the Korean's vulnerable face, gets CLOCKED by a sudden right hand to the nose as JooJoo shows the rest of the room what she's made off! Ming lets out some choice insults in Mandarin as Hwang gets lucky again in the last minute, wild flurry of gloves sent both ways as JooJoo shows she's not to be messed with either! CLOSE round to Ming Xi but she'd definitely thought she'd do better!

ROUND 2:
Not that surprising though, with these two competitors built differently: Ming Xi tall, lean and packing speed, whereas the younger Korean model has a toned physique that hints of muscle. She surprises Xi again early with a right hook slammed into the sud eof the head, the Chinese model letting out a loud yelp as she goes scrambling to the side rapidly. Ming finally wakes up, tries to use her speed to regain the advantage. She narrowly dodges another swung hook at her head before tagging the Korean girl on the cheek. But JooJoo rushes forward still, refusing to break line-of-sight: she catches the Chinese girl on the arms with another heavy hook, stunning her long enough to target her body as the two ladies go careening back into the ropes. Thankfully for Ming, the bell rings soon after. A precarious position for her to be in for sure if the round hadn't ended there and then.

ROUND 3:
JooJoo's relative youth means she has the stamina and drive to charge in until she gets the job done. Ming forced to adapt, bringing speed and experience to the table as she anticipated her foe's footwork and then punishes her with plenty of jabs. JooJoo takes damage to the face as a result, grunts growing louder and more frequent as she tries to catch the other model but finds it hard to pin her down this early. Ming still gets tossed around late in the round when she doesn't move away in time, her guard gets battered by the rookie's over eager swings that threaten to break her arms entirely.

ROUND 4:
Ming Xi's corner finally getting the memo, and the Chinese model stays the f*ck away for the most part, letting JooJoo tire herself out and keep on charging at her. Xi is relying on experience to pick and choose her shots, another jab combo tagging her on the nose and lips through the middle minute, stopping Hwang in her tracks once more. JooJoo needs to rely on more than her youthful determination if she hopes to last long in this arena. Unfortunately it might take a little more experience for her to learn this lesson, with Xi running circles around her and exacting some tough love on the rookie.

ROUND 5:
Not for long though, as JooJoo plays the distance game and BLASTS a right cross straight into Ming's arms towards the end of the first minute. Xi didn't expect it so quick after she scored her own combo on the face, stumbles backwards and almost gets thrown off her feet by Hwang's power. JooJoo rushes in looking to finish, smashes another straight hand into the face before she takes a helping of Chinese tummy. Ming Xi definitely in trouble as she looks to create distance, bent over low and hiding her head in her arms. She deftly ducks under another power swing from JooJoo, then returns the favour with a clean SMACK of leather on face. JooJoo gets a little taste of her own medicine as the two ladies reset at respective corners. It's an action-packed round which results in a draw!

ROUND 6:
JooJoo scores on her Chinese counterpart’s face with some early jabs, making Ming Xi gasp out loud before moving back in full retreat. Xi however reverses course almost immediately, exchanges shots to the face as both girls go at it in tandem, sticking punches into the cheek or just shoved hard into the lips. JooJoo however is a stubborn young thing, slams a right hand into the face, making Ming stagger right, clutching her face in pain. Ming recovers just in time to deflect another hook that slams into her arms. Ming thrown to the side again, gasping as she struggles to fend off the rookie’s rapid assault. But JooJoo just keeps on chasing after, landing jab after jab until Xi gets thrown into the ropes, panting hard, no longer smirking as JooJoo jams her fists into her body until the bell saves the Chinese model from death.

ROUND 7:
JooJoo showing plenty of promise thus far as a rookie, but even she’s running out of steam right out the gate, chest heaving as these girls take this fight to the final quarter. JooJoo tries to rush the wounded model but takes a stiff BASH to the mouth, sending her back in the same direction with a grunt. JooJoo recovers just in time to see Ming right in her face, resurgent girl stomping forward and taking no prisoners! JooJoo with hurt on her face, arms scrambling to guard but getting folded over by Xi’s invasive shots to her sternum. JooJoo in trouble, one hand holding onto the ropes to hold herself up, the other desperately fending off Xi’s attacks. Ming relentless, bashes the Korean girl on the side of the head, sending JooJoo SPINNING down to the ground! Ming Xi breathing hard over the fallen girl as Hwang gets laid out tight by the ropes! It’s over!!

Official Decision: Ming Xi defeats JooJoo Hwang via KO7!

AFTER:
Xi exuberant, arms in the air as she parades around the ring like she’s back on the Victoria Secret catwalk. JooJoo on the other hand having regained consciousness but still lying flat on her back, her face covered in her own gloves as she wonders what else she could have done differently.
