Before: Testy pre-fight segments, girls chesting up and doing a little shoving—Gellar showing no signs of give against the most dominant flyweight champ since Lucy Liu. “She’s primitive,” SMG says of the champ, “crude. I’ll peel her like an onion until there’s nothing left but tears.” Williams demanding Gellar like a confident champ should—“I’m just fighting whomever they think the number one contender is. Gellar’s going to get harmed and then it’s on to the next punk. This division is mine—Sarah knows that.” Mish in black push up, black velvet boy cut trunks, Sarah silver/white bikini, low ponytail.

During R1: Matador vs bull with Sarah the former—she’s pin pricking on-rushing champ with pre-emptive jabs or lead right hands, pivoting off to either side, turning Mish in a tight circle. Williams trying to anchor her hook in Sarah’s waist but not getting the best leverage—Gellar prettying her girl up early, Down the stretch, frustrated Mish reaching, wide open—Sarah clap-claps her face a wide hook, short right hand and puts Mish wobbly butt on her heels. Gellar tidying up the champ’s midsection with a brisk flurry, putting Mish’s back to the ropes at the bell.

R2: Will o’the Wisp defence from Gellar early—she’s right in front of Mish, but bending at the waist, supple with her sidesteps, guiding Williams past with a helping hand at the shoulder or around he waist. Sarah having fun making Williams look awkward, but not doing much to make her pay—round scored a draw as judges give Mish credit for trying to make the fight, while recognizing Gellar’s classy D.

R3: Gellar just untouchable in the first minute, reading Mish easy, dipping under her punches, swinging around either flank, always with the insolent hand on Williams’ shoulder or hip. Mish busier however, not discouraged, she keeps clubbing away and finally tags Sarah up around the temple at the midway mark. Slugging flurry backs Gellar to the ropes where she camps out—pointing her left shoulder at Mish, rolling the champ’s punches. Mish grinding her head on Sarah’s left shoulder, chopping rights to the shiny back, digging lefts to belly—girls shoving and straining as the fight moves inside. A little separation girls trade hooks and SARAH SITS~ STUNNED IN THE ROPES! Gellar tagged flush on the chops—she’s stupefied and MISH POURS IT ON! Swinging right hand off Sarah’s sleepy face—the hook! Gellar’s head snapping back and forth, hands outstretched—punches crashing home as Williams lets her hands go and THE REF STEPS ION! Gellar trembling, blubbering a protest, but she’s out on her feet—chalk up another sensational win via TKO3 Mish Williams.

After: Williams taking a long slow strut around the ring, hands held high—total dismissal of the division’s cutest boxers just reaffirms the champ’s standing. “I’m the best, most complete fighter at 110,” boosts Mish. “Don’t like it? Prove me wrong!” Gellar a believer, sullen in defeat. “She’s awesome,” Gellar admits, “still a committed puncher, but sharper. She swarmed my defense—something every girl talks about few ever do—she caught me and kept on me when I was hurt. I don’t know what it’s going to take to get Mish out there.”
