Intro:
We are back to boxing action now with two friends who make excellent rivals, Bayley and Sasha Banks put on the gloves tonight here in New Yorks Barclay's Center.

Bayley is 29 years old; she stands 5'6 with a record of 6 wins, all by knockout with 2 defeats.

Sasha is 27 years old; she stands 5'6 as well, her record is 1 win, that by knockout with 1 defeat.

Both of these women have a storied history inside and outside the ring, inside the ring they are part of the four horsewomen of wrestling with Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair.

They were part of the only ironman rules match between two women on an NXT takeover PPV in Florida all the way back in October 2015.

Since then they have been a tag team but also had major fallings out, leading to brawls around the ring, in locker rooms and anywhere they could find to fight, to now being the first ever WWE women's tag team champions.

But it is still a complicated relationship outside of the ring, both are friends but they both want the same thing.

Bayley explained her point of view to Alicia "I have been blessed to have a friend like Sasha, she loves the business like I do, that's why it is always so hard when we fight"

With Sasha echoing the sentiment as she was interviewed by Alicia, she told the interviewer "Bayley and me are like siblings you could say, while we both like Becky and Charlotte, our bond is the strongest in the group but that doesn't mean there are not days I could rip her head off"

The conversation turned to what this fight means to both, Bayley answers "it is about proving myself to Sasha, while I do believe she respects me after our wrestling wars, I know she looks down on me when the gloves go on, all the snipes when we spar how she'd have done better if she'd gotten the break of a stable like I did, they hurt"

Meanwhile to Sasha, she says "it's business for me; when the bell rings Bayley is my rival, I know she'll be tough but the fact is I am the Boss for a reason, I own any ring I step foot in"

When asked about her saying she'd have done better with Bayley's chances, Sasha smiles as she replies "you are damn right I would, the proof is about to be on video for the world to see soon enough"

Fighting time; out comes Bayley first to "Turn it up" with the large inflatable flailing tube men popping up each side of the ramp, Bayley flails her arms around in rhythm with the big guys.

She comes down the ramp wearing a half yellow and half purple sports bra, matching trunks, her gloves are purple with yellow thumbs, yellow shoes, while her hair is in a ponytail.

Climbing into the ring; Bayley heads to each side of the ring with a big smile on her face, while her arms are in the air as a chant breaks out for her.

That is interrupted though by the sound of a car horn, a car pulls up beside the ramp as "Sky's the Limit plays" Sasha is sitting in the back seat of a red low rider, which has "BOSS" written on the bonnet in big gold letters.

Sasha gets out the car wearing her big Boss gold glasses, her bling for all to see as she heads down the side of the ramp towards the ring.

Once she reaches the ring, the glasses and jewelry comes off to reveal she is wearing a red sports bra, red trunks with gold flames up the side, "Legit Boss" written in gold on the waist band, red shoes, gold gloves and her hair is braided.

Stepping into the ring; Sasha struts around the ring as she acts like she owns it, looking dismissively at her best friend as she passes her.

Once they are warmed up the referee waves both women over to the center of the ring, they touch noses as they square up to each other, no hints of their friendship on show.

When asked to touch gloves; Sasha gets a few boos as she slams hers on top of Bayley's, who simply nods in reply as they head back to their corners, ready to start 10 rounds of bantamweight action.

Round 1:
The fighters both know each others games from sparring as much in the past, leading to a stalemate as both are having some success but can't press on with it.

Sasha looks the quicker of the two; while Bayley is looking to use her strength to back Sasha onto a set of ropes.

It is Banks who seems to find the better success after she ducks under a straight to work the body with two hooks, then an uppercut to the jug of her supposed best friend before she retreats.

Bayley stares at Sasha after the shot to her boob with a look of surprise, as Sasha simply waves her to bring it as the duelling chants begin.

It looks like Sasha wanted to get Bayley riled up; which works as the brunette comes swinging in, Sasha dodges the wild shots before she lands her own counter punches.

Some do catch Sasha to back her up, but she quickly gives Bayley a little nudge to open up space to work from.

With the bell ringing to end the round, Sasha struts back to her corner with her arms raised, while Bayley is told to calm down or she'll be punished for her recklessness.

Round 2:
Sasha looks to keep Bayley off balance with where she is placing her punches, even though this isn't a JMD fight; she is keep picking punches off the jugs of her frenemy.

But Bayley slams a right across the top of her head when she takes a jab to her jugs, now it's Bayley turning on the jets as she bashes Sasha back.

It is Sasha stuck on the defensive as Bayley throws punches towards her head, the guard of Banks blocks most of the punches though, making her grin behind it.

That cockiness comes back to bite her as Bayley shows off her own tricks, bumping Sasha back into the ropes behind her, Bayley throwing uppercuts to the body till Sasha clinches up with her.

"Oh is that how it is going to be?" Asks Sasha clearly, with both women almost locking up in headlocks as they wrestle along the ropes, the referee does manage to break them apart though.

With the final moments of the round seeing both plant their feet to slug it out, Sasha letting her emotions get the better of her as Bayley looks the superior fighter in these exchanges.

The round ends with Sasha jaw jacking at Bayley, who just glares in reply at her, the referee needing to shout for them to return to their corners.

Round 3:
As they resume the action; Bayley looks to be wanting to put her stamp on things faster, taking the center of the ring after landing a double jab off the nose of Sasha.

Bayley is starting to get her own rhythm going, though Sasha looks strong on defence, moving around the brunette while slipping punches.

Till Sasha can move inside to work the body of Bayley, the two rub heads as they slug the other in a war of attrition concerning their bodies.

Smartly though Bayley uses her left forearm to open up space between them, where she lands an uppercut to knock Sasha onto her heels.

That guard of Banks is under a big test, with punches starting to knock her head backwards as she gets pressed towards the ropes.

Every time Sasha appears to have gotten out of trouble, Bayley is keeping at her to keep the pressure on, with Sasha looking angry that she can't do much more then look not to take a big shot.

The round ends with Bayley looking all business as she heads back to her corner, her coach praises her over her clinical precision in the round.

Across the ring Sasha looks up at the ceiling, her coach wipes blood from her bottom lip as they tell Sasha to keep a clear head, if she wants to reign supreme over her friend then she can't lose her focus.

Round 4:
Both women start off trading single shots, Bayley continues to march forwards behind her jab, Sasha on the other hand is back to using her speed to be elusive.

Bayley just misses with a jab/right cross combo, Sasha sidesteps her then counters with a right across the face of her opponent to turn her head.

Allowing Sasha to back up Bayley towards the ropes, with her focus still mostly on the body, with some punches dangerously close to the waistband of the brunettes trunks.

The referee warning Banks to keep her punches higher as Bayley clinches up, with both needing to be broken up by the ref after a little more grappling occurs.

Bayley is still having success as she comes on the front foot, the problem for her is Sasha is countering her too easily for her coaches liking.

But a right does catch Sasha onto her bloody lips to make her groan out, a follow up left cross pushes Banks onto the back foot as seconds tick away in the round.

Which ends with both women passing without any incident, Sasha's corner looks a little more relaxed after that last round, with Bayley being told to place her punches better.

Round 5:
Bayley looks to do as told; flicking out her jab to try to gauge the distance between her and Sasha, who is stepping backwards.

When Bayley loads up a straight right; SASHA DIPS DOWN TO COUNTER WITH A RIGHT TO THE SOLAR PLEXUS, THAT BENDS BAYLEY DOWN AS SHE IS CLEARLY WINDED, SASHA POUNDS THE BODY TILL BAYLEY FALLS TO ALL FOURS!

Sasha turns quickly to head to a neutral corner as the duelling chants begin again, one urging Bayley to stand, the other hoping she stays down.

1...2...3.. Bayley spits out her gumshield, trying to suck in air 4...5...6.. As she looks up with a few tears dropping off her face, 7...8...9...10 she hasn't budged and it is all over!

Winner Sasha Banks KO Round 5

After:
The body work of Sasha gets it done; she flexes her arms as she stares down at her best friend, though are they still best friends after this ill tempered affair.

The answer comes as Sasha tosses her gloves off, the crowd watch closely as she heads towards Bayley; who looks in no shape to fight back if the boss bytch rears it's head.

Reaching down towards Bayley's hair; Sasha then pats her friends head so she can look up, Sasha offering a hand as Bayley nods at her friend.

The two clearly wanting to forget the fiery fight as Bayley is helped to her feet, where she admits to Sasha that it feels like someone punched her lungs out of her as she continues to breath hard.

Sasha smiles as the two chat as if they weren't knocking seven shades out of the other, instead Bayley lifts up the arm of Sasha, who looks proud that she was able to stop Bayley.

With Bayley getting helped out the ring by her coach, holding her body with her left arm as her right waves to the fans, getting a cheer from them.

Inside the ring Sasha puts on her boss glasses as she struts around the ring, before she leaves the ring with her coach following behind, Sasha will probably be expecting a drink off Bayley for this as the Boss looks to have truly arrived in the FCBA.
