Intro:
Tonight here in Monaco's Casino de Monte-Carlo, a highly anticipated rematch takes place between the "GOAT" Charlize Theron and Kendall Jenner.

Charlize is 44 years old; she stands 5'9, holding a legendary record of 248 wins, 155 coming by way of knockout, 114 defeats with 12 draws, she has held 26 world titles at three different weights and is a Tractorpull Hall of Fame member.

Kendall is 23 years old, she stands 5'10 ½, holding a record of 35 wins, all coming by way of knockout, with 10 defeats, she is a former FCBA lightweight champion.

These two fought back in May of last year, a fight that saw both women go to the canvas, in the end Kendall was able to knockout Charlize in the eighth round.

This time the build up saw both women pose for photos together in their boxing gear and some in dresses, both smiling and joking in the behind the scenes videos to show there isn't any hatred between them.

Next was open works outs for the locals, Charlize sparred with her friend and protégé Jennifer Lawrence, getting loud cheers that make both jokingly bow when they are done.

While Kendall is more serious as she spars her stablemate BBU lightweight champion Alessandra Ambrosio, both fighting hard up till the bell, when they both hug and smile as they talk about who won.

Before the fight itself both women were asked for a word on their way into the casino, Charlize stopping to tell the interviewer her feelings as she struts in wearing a gold dress and heels.

"I like Kendall; she can certainly box and well she did beat me the first time we fought, I won't take her lightly" says Charlize as she looks serious.

"Also I know that people worry about me fighting someone old enough to be my daughter, I am as fit as I have ever been and while I will focus on the cougar division, if a big fight like this falls in my lap I will always take it" adds Charlize before she heads off to go to her locker room.

While Kendall soon comes in wearing a black dress and red heels, she smiles when the interviewer comes up to her, asking for her opinion on this fight.

"As I have always said I have massive respect for Charlize, even now I know she can fight and is dangerous, so I am not going to lower my guard at any point" says the model with a big smile as she pushes back her long hair behind her ears.

"But as I have said I want to be the greatest myself, that might end up simply of my era, I don't want to simply be second best and while I know some people scoff at that, if I didn't set that goal then what would be the point me being here, working my ass off" continues Kendall as she gets more serious.

Fighting time; Charlize is out with J-Law and coach Christina Hendricks behind her, she is waving to the fans as she bounces on her toes down the aisle, wearing a long gold coloured robe.

Jennifer helps the actress take off her robe, revealing that Theron is wearing a white sports bra with gold trim, white trunks with gold strips down the side, "Golden Goddess" in gold letters on the waistband, white shoes, gold gloves and her blonde hair is braided.

Stepping through the ropes; Charlize gets loud chants from the crowd, they are all standing as Charlize blows them kisses as she stands at the center of the ring, before settling into her corner to warm up.

Kendall now heads out with Taryn Terrell and Eva Carneiro beside her, she struts down the aisle wearing a metallic blue hoodie, with the hood up over her head.

Taryn helps take off the robe of the model to reveal she is wearing a metallic blue sports bra, trunks with "Jenner" in silver on the waistband, blue shoes and gloves, while her brunette hair is also braided.

Getting through the ropes; Kendall bows to each side of the ring before heading back to her corner, she smiles to her coaching crew as she warms up.

The fighters are waved to the center of the ring, an intense stare down occurs as both this proud women show they won't back down to each other tonight.

Respectfully they touch gloves with a nod, jogging back to their corners, they get their gumshields before the bell is rung, starting 10 rounds of lightweight action.

Round 1:
"Ding" at the bell both fighters come dancing out their corners on their toes, touching a glove before they settle into their stances, both trading single punches as they look for gaps in defences.

Charlize steps in with a double jab that strikes the mouth of Kendall, a follow up right hook misses as the model moves back out of danger.

It looks like Theron wants to keep the pressure on Kendall, but after that early success she misses with her follow ups, Kendall moving more quickly to dodge then counter punch.

Digging two rights into the abs of the blonde, it is Kendall now looking to apply the pressure to Charlize, who dodges an overhand left as she reads the attack.

They settle back into trading single punches as they circle each other, Kendall looks to be landing the cleaner punches of the two, with Charlize looking to be studying Kendall with her keen eyes.

At the bell they nod at each other before heading back to their corners, both talking to their coaches about what they should be doing on what they saw, Kendall looking the happier of the fighters after a good opening round.

Round 2:
Dancing more on her toes; Kendall is looking to be more mobile, use her speed advantage over her opponent, which is allowing her to jab cleanly to the cheeks of the legend.

But when Kendall goes in with a left cross; Charlize deflects it with her glove, landing a counter jab into the mouth of Kendall, followed by a right to her ribs.

Stepping in close, Charlize is forcing Kendall into more heated exchanges, with Charlize dipping down more to dodge hooks before drilling her punches into the abs of the brunette.

Who is groaning out as she finds herself on the back foot, the power is coming from Theron as she keeps stepping forwards, focusing her attack on the body of the younger woman to wear her down.

Late in the round Kendall nudges back Charlize, throwing a three punch combo into her face to ward her back, Kendall's expression looking stern as she comes firing back at the actress, pinning her behind her gloves till the bell rings to end the round.

This time it is all business for both fighters, no nods or sign of respect, just turning to head back to their corner, the Chimera corner looking happier after a better round for Theron.

Round 3:
Coming out their corners with eyes locked, they are throwing more leather now, not just relying on single punches to get things rolling.

Ducking down under a straight; Charlize steps in with a left/right hook to the ribs, Kendall grunts out and winces, with Charlize bashing her back onto the ropes to the delight of the Theron supporters.

Kendall forced behind her gloves as Charlize begins to really open up, most land on the gloves but several find either face or abs.

Forcing Kendall to need to pull Charlize into a clinch, words are exchanged that makes both grin, the referee needing to break them apart, once they are Charlize taunts Kendall to bring it on to a loud cheer.

Taking the offer Kendall comes at the blonde, both landing hard shots as they plant their feet, this doesn't look wise from Kendall as Charlize soon uses her left shoulder to bump her back.

A right smacks across her mouth, blood running down from the lips of Kendall, when the bell rings she feels her lips with her right glove, looking annoyed that she let herself get caught out like that.

Round 4:
Maybe learning from her mistake last round, Kendall isn't rushing in as quickly, though Charlize is happy to take the fight to her, stinging those bloody lips of the model with straight shots.

Though a missed right from Charlize leaves her open to a left across her face, Kendall adds a left/right straight into the face of the veteran to knock her head back, sweat flies into the air as Charlize finds herself being driven backwards.

Grabbing Kendall's right arm as she pulls the youngster into a clinch, the fighters grind foreheads in the clinch as the referee breaks them up, warning them both to keep it clean.

Coming back together, Charlize feints with her left to Kendall's face, landing a right instead into the ribs of the brunette, followed by an overhand left across the lips of Kendall, who cries out as Theron starts forcing her back.

Shoving Charlize back a step; Kendall gets back onto her toes moving around the veteran, focusing on keeping her to the outside with straight shots into the cheeks and near the eyes of Theron.

When the round ends; they pass each other by with determined expressions, sitting on their stools getting wiped down, both sets of coaches are trying their best to build up their fighters for what they know is going to be more hard rounds.

Round 5:
Trading more combinations as they move around the ring, Kendall takes a double jab onto her bloody lips, opening her up to a right hook across her cheek.

Allowing Charlize take the center of the ring, herding Kendall around the outside, stinging the abs and bloody lips of the youngster, who is wincing each time her lips get hit.

When Charlize steps in with two hooks to the body, Kendall drags her into a front headlock, the referee quick to step in to break them up, Kendall getting a warning this time before they fight on.

The break though has allowed Kendall away from the ropes, she counters Charlize with a straight into her cheek after sidestepping her, a left cross follows up into the nose of Theron to make her step backwards.

Staring behind their gloves; Charlize is stalking Kendall around the ring, Kendall is countering more now as she uses her speed, knocking sweat from the head of Charlize.

Who late in the round ducks down under a right cross, throwing piston like punches into the abs of the model, while driving Jenner into a corner.

The bell rings soon enough with Charlize turning back to her corner, getting a big smile by Jennifer, as Christina washes her down of sweat, telling her to keep the pressure on Kendall.

Round 6:
Keeping to her corners orders; Charlize trying to stick in with her opponent, Kendall is hard to really hit though as she moves more side to side to not be an easy target.

Stepping in with a right to the body, Charlize misses and instead gets clubbed across her brow with a right, crying out Theron steps back with blood starting to run from a cut above her left eyebrow.

Seeing it Kendall starts targeting it with her fists, Charlize getting caught on it till she can tighten her guard up, the blonde can be seen blinking as she steps back, some blood running into her eye.

Feinting with a right towards that cut, Kendall hammers a left hook around the gloves of her opponent to the side of her head, sweat and blood flies into the air as Charlize grimaces.

Kendall starts pounding her fists through the gloves of Theron; knocking her head back, while pressing the hall of famer along the ropes.

Till in desperation Charlize clinches up with Kendall, the referee needing again to pry them again, when they are pulled apart Charlize moves into space.

The remainder of the round sees Charlize just throwing single punches out her guard, more focused on protecting her cut as Kendall is the aggressive fighter.

At the bell Charlize is back to her corner quickly, where Christina works on the cut, a ringside doctor standing watching how well it is treated as it looks a bad cut.

Across the ring Kendall is looking ready to get at Charlize, standing in her corner as Eva washes her down, Taryn telling her to be smart about this, don't lunge at her and get caught napping.

Round 7:
The ringside doctor says Charlize can continue, she steps out her corner keeping her left up tight towards that cut, focusing more on defence and countering it seems.

Kendall feints to try to get Charlize to take the bait and open up; when that doesn't work, instead she throws a left into the body, followed by an uppercut through the guard to the chin of Theron.

Opening that guard up allows Kendall to bash Charlize across the face, Charlize trying to stand her ground, as a right slams on that cut to make the actress cry out in agony.

Pressed onto the ropes; Charlize eats another uppercut that wobbles her legs, A LEFT HOOK SMACKS HER ON THE CHIN TO SEND THERON TO THE CANVAS, HER GUMSHIELD FLIES OUT!

Kendall jogs to a neutral corner quickly, the duelling chants begin of "get up Charlize!" "Stay down!" As both sets of fans find their voices, the referee begins to count over Charlize.

1...2...3.. Charlize looks up blinking as she lays on her front, 4...5...6.. Grabbing for her gumshield as she starts to get up, 7...8.. It is clear she is out of it as she can't get hold of the mouth guard, 9...10 ending up getting counted out!

After:
Another win for Kendall here tonight over the "GOAT" she raises her fists into the air looking ecstatic, her corner crew rushes over to her to give her a big hug.

While Jennifer and Christina have to check on Charlize, it takes a few moments for her to come around, where she punches the canvas in frustration at not being able to get the win back on Jenner.

Who after getting her gloves off; jogs over to Charlize as she is helped to stand up, checking on Charlize to see how she is, Charlize jogging "it'll take more then that to stop me" both laughing as they hug to a round of applause.

Kendall let's Charlize go back to her corner so she can be cleaned up, a massive smile on the face of the winner as Taryn fist bumps her when she gets to her own corner.

While the Chimera corner patches up that cut on Charlize's brow, she tells Jennifer "I know I lost but damn never doubt I can push you young bytches in this ring" grinning as J-Law and Christina smile in reply.

When both are ready they come to the center of the ring, Kendall getting her hand raised by the referee as Charlize applauds her.

Again they embrace as Charlize tells Kendall "never back down from your goals, keep pushing for them" as Kendall thanks her for giving her the fight again, saying she learned a lot from this.

Before she goes Charlize lifts up the right hand of Kendall, the crowd cheers both women as Kendall is close to tears, not believing this is happening.

Charlize leaves the ring with Jennifer and Christina beside her, all talking about what's plan for tonight, Charlize saying "you two can do what you want, I want a nice long rest" grinning as they head to the back.

Inside the ring Kendall blows kisses to the crowd, thanking them for their support as she goes on a lap of honour, her coaching team are all smiles as they clap and whistle for her.

Stepping out the ring together, Kendall has a tough date in the ring with her friend Miranda Kerr to look forwards too, will she be ready for that task?
