Berry upbeat for this important challenge - reports of Brittany Daniel in Halle's camp as a Theron style consultant could be part of the reason for her confidence.

Special commentator Debbe Dunning gives her two cents, "After Ryan, I can see why Charlize is steering clear of punchers - you don't just shake off a crack like that right away. Halle's going to get her touches, but I don't see Theron respecting her - Berry's got no way of keeping Charlize honest. Without the hammer to worry about - Theron's just going to keep walking in, walking in, putting pressure on with her legs. Toe to toe I don't think Berry's got the heart for it. Should be entertaining as long as it lasts, but I don't see Halle pulling the upset."

Round 1: Berry in gold bikini, highlighted tousle, Charlize in white string bikini. Tactical first, Theron cutting off the ring, pounding up the middle with her jab and trying to lean in right hands to Berry's jaw. Halle riding back with Charlize's rights, nicely minimizing the damage and coming back firm with slashing combinations; elbows in, fists churning from either side, reddening up the meat on Charlize' perky breasts and flat belly. Theron adjusts late to take the round as grazing right hands upstairs set up firmer left hooks to the belly - blonde putting money in the bank for later.

Round 2: Charlize making further adjustments - she's shooting her jab/right hand to get Halle to commit defensively, then coming on strong to the body with licking left hands in behind the elbow. Berry breathing deep - she doesn't like the rib work and gives ground accordingly. Theron able to steer Berry with that educated left, getting in close to work out of the wrap - Charlize alternating with a holding left or right around her girl's shoulders, plundering the midriff with the free mitt as Berry lays in to take.

Round 3: Theron still looking to get big and brawl, but Halle answers back this round with hard combination PUNCHING TO THE BREASTS, stepping inside Theron's jab and PANCAKING PUPPIES with chugging left-rights - Charlize back on her heels in pain, forced to clinch on numerous occasions as the brunette's sheer hand speed overwhelms her. Round ends with a breathless Charlize wincing in pain, her right arm wrapped around Berry's shoulder and Halle PUMPING AWAY TO RIB AND TIT with both fists as the blonde takes it with her butt stuffed in between the ropes.

Round 4: Charlize tries to get big but Halle again and again forces her to back off with her RAPID-FIRE SACK SOCKING - using angles, scorching Theron with the sneaky lead right, then cuffing the blonde with a lean-away hook on the way out. Berry also utilizing the shoulder butt into Charlize' stomach to keep the blonde off, ducking low and nudging Theron off balance. Halle never satisfied to throw just once - everything's bat-bat-bat and then out. Charlize turning, covering up, but getting touched to the ribcage, breasts and mouth pretty consistently this round. The big blonde keeps coming forward, taking a good punch thus far.

Round 5: Halle pulls ahead on the cards, doing it with boxing, angles and SAVAGE PUNCHING OF CHARLIZE' BOOBS to keep the blonde from working out of the wrap. Theron gritting her teeth, taking her punishment, but clearly uncomfortable - stepping Halle down, but still getting beat to the punch as Berry's reflexes are controlling  the fight. Key for Halle - brilliant upper body movement almost completely neutralizing Charlize' right hand - Theron just can't land flush on the chin and after she throws the cross she's being consistently waylaid by Halle's piston-like cluster punching to her TITS AND TEETH. Berry even getting away with a little Roy Jones action - rambling to the right, jumping in with lead right hands, pivoting away - Theron not picking up the pace through five.

Round 6: Charlize can't land the right, but the left hook to the pit of Halle's stomach has been there all night. Theron also digs into her veteran play book this round, using little shoulder feints to get Halle's reflexes working against the brunette, then catching Berry off balance. Jabs, hooks, and feints - that's the recipe as Theron compensates for her quicker, more agile foe.

Round 7: GOOD body shots from Charlize - big stroking hooks across the waist have Halle suddenly gut shot. Jabs chase Berry back to the ropes where Charlize plows over the top with a right that Halle rolls with, but a follow up left thumps tummy to tear a cry of agony from the brunette's lips. Halle in horrible shape - bent over double at the waist, seated helplessly on the ropes - Charlize palms her right hand against the brunette's head and REEFS away with batting hooks to the ribs and tender tummy underneath. Gut check for Halle as she spills along the ropes, pushed and bullied by the rampaging blonde as Charlize steps with Berry, palms and digs away with methodical fury. Down the stretch, credit Halle with unguessed at heart - she's hurt and wobbly butt, but scores a series of shoe-shining flurries to avoid the shutout. Dunning dismisses these efforts with a sniff as "armpunching".

Round 8: Shutout Charlize - Halle gives away the round, running to get her wind and legs back - blonde patiently pursuing, fitting the left hand firmly in Halle's stomach at every opportunity.

Round 9: Berry roaming to her right, stopping to trade, then stepping out to circle again - Halle's fighting hard, but Charlize is getting the better of the brick-mitted exchanges. At one point, a savage back and forth ends with a clipping Theron hook swatting the mouthpiece out of a very fatigued Berry's mouth. Brunette starting to buckle and stagger as damage adds up.

Round 10: Charlize playful with her jab, lifting it off her hip, hopping to cut off the ring, hounding Berry to the corners. Midway through, everything changes as Charlize brings her left hand back low - Berry suddenly launching off the ropes with a desperate right hand counter flush on the chin and THERON IS HURT! Hardest punch of the fight puts Charlize on stupid street as she desperately reaches to clinch! Berry bares her teeth and gets after it, chopping away left-right to BREASTS AND RIBS, pushing the blonde's questing arms away as she beats the ex-champ back across the ring. Theron hits ropes in a daze, her head lolling badly. A scorching right uppercut has Theron limp, hands down! Berry POURS it on, able to land 2-3 quick, clocking punches per burst to Charlize' sleepy face, sending her skull bobbling - Theron refusing to go down. Bell sounds as Berry continues to POUND away and Charlize finishes groggy, numb. The winner by UD10 is Theron!

Haven't seen the late inning collapse from Charlize in a while, she's still a little woozy in post fight as she meets the men and women of the press. "I'm okay - got my bell rung at the end there, but I was never really in danger of going out. Halle's everything we thought she'd be - she's quick, aggressive, and she's hardening up as a fighter. This is the best Halle Berry anyone's ever beaten - I doubt Cat would have finished the fight, much less won the title if Berry could have performed on this level back then. She's a stinging puncher, not a real heavy handed girl, but she can take your breath away, ESPECIALLY with that jug mugging."

Halle Berry bitter in defeat, not handling the duke especially well. "How do you THINK I feel? She hit me with some good body shots, but I sucked it up and clearly won the fight late. Who would you rather have been tonight, me or her? She wasn't a fighter in the tenth - I took that away from her; she was a victim!"
