BEFORE: Heigl camp very quiet and respectful during pre-fight, not wanting a repeat of the crow-dinner that reesulted from the whitewashing at the fists of Jennie Garth. Still, Connelly made to order, a big soft brunette with a solid right hand, but without the quicks to make life difficult for Katherine. Heigl in soft cashmere bikini, light blue, Connelly in pink bra and panties, hair back.

DURING:

R1: Heigl comes out the aggressor, stepping to Jennifer, reaching with the left hand and leaning in with short rights to Connelly's bra. Jen grimacing early, backing up, allows herself to be cuddled by Katherine's left while taking a pounding up the middle from Kathy's right. Breats and belly are polished up this round as Heigl has her way--Katherine looking too strong for her brunette early.

R2: Emboldened, Heigl wades in with hands at her hips, swinging with jiggly ferocity from either side. Connelly won't give ground and the two big girls blast away at mid ring. Exchanges are just one or two punches before one or the other girl is cuffed off balance, or overswings herself off stride. Midway through the round, Connelly takes a step back, walking Heigk forward and she plants the blonde with a sweet right hand on the jaw which freezes Heigl in her tracks. Jennifer goes to the body with plowing right hands, plopping in the same punch over and over and KATHERINE GOES DOWN! Heigl on her hands and knees, moaning from the belly rub, and barfely beats the count. Jennifer hammering away with both fists, smears Heigl against the ropes and gets off with wide lefts and rights--Kathy crossing her arms and crying out as Connelly's fists spank hard against arms, tummy and shoulders.

R3: Jen now wades in, looking to finish off her prey, and both girls lean into big right hands to start the round. Comeback lefts crash home as both girls torque hooks--Connelly's butt begins to wobble. Girls throw right hands, Connelly's face smashes back and JEN IS HURT! Connelly stunned, continues to chig rights and lefts, but she's in slow motion and Katherine takes her apart. Connelly's head smashes violently to the side as Heigl gets her body behind a big right hand, and Jen stumbles forward, passing Heigl and swooning face first into the ropes. Kathy bounces in, reefing right hands into Jen's side as the brunette slowly folds forward. CONNELLY IS DOWN! Jenny on her hands and knees, spits out her mouthpiece and looks woozily up at her conqueror as Heigl looms overhead. Ref pushes Katherine back--Heigl struts the ring with her first televised win.

AFTER: Now the Heigl camp starts chirping--they want Tia Carrere, they want Jewel, so on and so forth. Pundits shaking their collective heads at the blatant rushing of a promising young talent, but that's boxing. Katherine adds to the fire by

proclaiming herself the hardest hitter in the game. Time will tell.
