In September of 2011, Marvin Fox the owner of the FCBA's Foxfire Boxing announced the creation of the organizations first subsidiary: Foxfire Atlantic Boxing. Since it was based in the U.K. (its training center is located in a London suburb on a property known as Black Swan Hall), Mr. Fox felt he needed a British partner and thus Kate Winslet entered the picture a large minority interest as well as accepting the post of Managing Partner. Ms. Winslet will handle most administrative decision, while Foxfire Boxing employee Danielle Harris will become Director of Communications (as well as Mr. Fox's on-site representative and Sophia Myles, one of the most sought-after sparring partners in British celebrity boxing will become Head Trainer. It should be noted that while FAB will maintain a core group of full-time BBU fighters, Mr. Fox has stated his intention to use the new organization as a place for prospective FCBA boxers to be trained and evaluated. These will be classed as "Guest Boxers" On 06/02/17. Katie McGrath was signed as a bantamweight.
