BEFORE: Many experts believe it's the biggest fight of the entire PPV and a true career-defining moment for Mila Kunis who spend years waiting in the Hawkeye Consortium's shadows to get the nod ahead of perennial pound-for-pound contenders Michelle Williams and Natalie Portman. Now with the blonde veteran no longer active and the Academy Award winner still licking her wounds after a massive Jenna Louise Coleman upset handed to her during the Independence Day PPV, it's finally time for Kunis to shine, the 32 year old veteran entering the twilight of her career against one of the CW contingent's most notorious operators, Jessica Lowndes.

This being said, Kunis absolutely wrecked another of 'next generation' peers, the self proclaimed "Fittest Flyweight" of them all, Vanessa Hudgens lately and anyone who does that, has a serious chance of spoiling Lowndes' party too even when your name is Lindsay Lohan as history shows.

Lowndes claims that Kunis "owes her this opportunity" and should be "eternally thankful" for such a late bloomer exposure: "Sure, Mila's been around for ages and one must check her ID! She looks older than Elle MacPherson if you ask me! But nevermind that! Those Hawkeye dinosaurs are still here, I mean Mishy's gone and that's great but Portman wanted to have her butt kicked again until Colema finally knocked some sense into that empty brain of hers and now Mila is the last nail on the HISC flyweight coffin that needs to be put back in her place! She looked half decent pounding Vanessa's jugs to jelly BUT I'm the ultimate test in the division and she's gonna be begging me to stop clubbing her brains out tonight!"

Kunis stays clear of the mind games even if she has an evil plan to spoil the younger brunette's party. "I'm the veteran and I can't allow this Canadian tramp to act like she's the boss! She can talk whatever she wants but for me she's just another Hudgens clone with a slightly bigger rack! And I'm gonna frickin' destroy her to claim that belt that eternally belongs to the Consortium Hall of Fame, period!"

Jessica Lowndes wears a turquoise bandeau bikini and black gloves. Brown hair tied in a high curly ponytail. Mila Kunis wears an all black bikini set and silver gloves. Long black hair straight, tucked behind the ears. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Lowndes doesn't plan to give the veteran challenger any sort of respite and tries to bulldoze her way through with a jabbing frenzy early on that has Kunis on the run avoiding serious response. This reaction only fuels the Canadian's desire to score easy pickings but the Kunis guard is solid as a rock upstairs so a measured switch on the guts is required and only there Lowndes finds some success peppering Mila's ab muscles. A quick counter over the top slams into the champion's face but fails to halt the barrage and Kunis has to clinch the younger actress down the stretch before getting muscled away into the ropes and just escaping a crunching hook on the mouth. Jessica's in hot pursuit of her rival thereafter but doesn't quite match the veteran's speed across the canvas before the bell.

Round 2:
The champ wants to make it personal but Mila doesn't seem keen on another Hudgens-like war of attition with the straps on the line here tonight. Duck & weave performance from the veterans triggers improved movement from the Canadian who keeps landing single leather over the top but just short of that huge punch that would have caused Mila to think her tactics over. A methodical rally on the midsection gives the older brunette a brief edge but Lowndes resumes the ribcage stalking and enforces another late clinch as both women seem equally matched in close range allthough Jessica shows superior strenght right at the death and muscles the felloe brunette into the corner where she slams a series of hooks on the toned breadbasket and leaves Kunis scowling in anger at the bell.

Round 3:
Whatever plan Mila had in mind it needs to be adjusted as quickly as possible as she gets pegged back in the opening exchange upstairs and seeks more mid range success from the back foot. Lowndes settles into the pouncing gear and fakes a few punches trying to dismount her foe from the composed defence. It doesn't really work well for the champ and another burst of speed is required to stalk Kunis into more misery, a couple of big hooks slam into her face and wobbles her onto the ropes again but Jessica misses the key put away and skims off the chin earning a quick left hand on the mouth herself; Mila punches her way from the ropes and throws her most spirited series of the fight to make the champ groan for the first time tonight before escaping to the right and circling back to center of the ring with the CW favorite barking in disapproval but unable to mount another challenge.

Round 4:
Lowndes has had enough of the cat & mouse games and jumps into a classic flyweight frenzy aimed at nothing else but total destruction of her opponent; Kunis has none of that but is left ducking & weaving a fraction too long and while Jessica misses several of her shots, she finally finds that haymaker that tags the challenger on the chin and drops her guard fittingly for a heavy left hand on the eye that slumps Mila on soft knees with a whimper. She tries to raise her arms again but Lowndes is faster with her execution and slams a right cross on the other eye TO SEND KUNIS DOWN ON HER BACKSIDE in the middle of the ring... Vanessa Hudgens ain't gonna like that! Nor will Mishy Williams as Mila shakes her head in shock before taking a few deep breaths... that was classic Lowndes stalking and the former JMD champ already signals something to the crowd like she has Kunis at her mercy... no so fast though... the older brunette is up at seven and nods vigorously to the ref she's good to go despite a nasty lick below her left eye... Lowndes pours with more venom and lands another cross hook to the wounded eye but as she drives the somewhat hapless rival to the corner, Mila just doesn't let go off her waist and prevents a looming disaster with a blatant clinch helped by a quick hook on the liver that Lowndes never saw coming. Both women wrestle along the corner and it's Jessica with the more vocal ordeal back there but she just can't put Kunis away yet and stomps her foot against the boards in frustration afterwards...

Round 5:
It's all Lowndes in the fifth though and the whitewash is very much a possibility now with Kunis reduced into a very pretty punchbag but a punchbag nonetherless... she fails to mount a successul counter in the early going and barely grazes Lowndes' cheeks before falling for a huge hook on the navel and losing her balance that simply enables the champion to romp clear into the chest thereafter... a proper JMD-like chest muggin' hasn't hurt Lowndes' chances so far in her career and Kunis endures a rough test in close range before wobbling back onto the ropes with a loud shriek... Jessica works on the nasty cut under the left eye thereafter and spins Mila's black hair around her neck repeatedly to underline her dominance in this fight and begins to doubt whether the veteran challenger has any fight left in her in the final minute when the head smacking continues and is later replaced by a measured switch on the guts... Kunis seems to be on the verge of a total collapse now and shakes her head as she needs to adjust her hair with the crew working hard on the badly swollen eye as well.

Round 6:
Lowndes has pulled a wide margin on the cards and looks to play around with her slow moving foe before actually finishing her off; the smile on the champion's face is as big as it was when Michelle Williams endured her lone KO1 defeat of her career and the punches just begin to stack up on Mila's bruised cheeks with her rocking back & forth again. She's dumped onto the ropes with not much fire left but one has to admire the sheer punching resistance after a Lowndes display that would have destroyed most of the division long time ago already... Jessica looks to open that JMD hole again and add more misery to the struggling opponent but as she closes in with her eyes glued on Mila's chest she never notices a wrenching hook whacking her on the liver and a quick blast to the jaw hard enough to break some bones... Lowndes spins to the side and almost falls down alltogether as Mila springs from the ropes with a last hurrah effort that actually finds the jaw again... another right hand catches the nose AND LOWNDES GOES DOWN!!! The champ is whipped on her backside with a crunching combination of four punches and that's what a flamboyant attire means against a veteran like Kunis! Jessica tries to beat the count as quickly as possible but almost falls down on her bums again and she's only up at eight looking shocked at the sudden burst of performance from the older actress... they engage in another flurry of punches in the closing seconds and Mila can't back away now anymore; she in fact lands more jabs to the chin and shuts the champion's comeback off just before the bell but Jessica is all over her ear screaming abuse and has to be restored by the ref as Mila displays a cheeky smile to the audience despite still looking much worse to wear with her swollen left eye closing fast now.

Round 7:
Jessica doesn't understand what just happened there and seeks immediate punishment but the short fuse approach is a bad advice against someone like Kunis regardless of her physical shape. The veteran settles back in mid distance and lets the champion punch herself out in the opening minute; the hectic attack bounces off the guard and results in Mila mounting a sudden counter response when the champion wobbles forward and meets a nasty uppercut to the jugs. Kunis hacks a right hand on the temple and whips Lowndes on her heels before thumping some JMD action on her own and reeling the moaning champ back to the ropes where she digs into some Canadian breadbasket before ripping more jabs into the navel. Lowndes is trapped and tries to clinch herself out of trouble; she has little energy available after that overzealous start to the round and can't shake the older brunette off who in turn rewinds the Hudgens destruction plan and hoofs Jessica's boobs all over the place before sinking her with a vicious strike to the eye at the bell. The champ almost slides down on her bums again and tries to catch her breath with eyes closed and now everyone can clearly see the evil look in Mila's sole opened eye as she almost bites her mouthguard in half seething all over her aching opponent.

Round 8:
Lowndes is hurt! She's slow to get up after that dismal round and suddenly falls prey into a clubbing facial attack that dismantles her high guard seconds into the eight before Kunis rips into her guts for a good measure and fully takes control of the championship bout! Mila's left eye is swollen shut but that makes no difference to Lowndes' midriff taking a ton of punishment in the middle of the ring however only when Kunis finds the chest opening it all goes downhill for the champ in a hurry... Mila just rips a classic JMD series to render the Canadian's arms numb and as they do, she nails the slumped champion with a piledriver on the chin THAT SENDS JESSICA DOW FLAT ON HER BACK amid a huge roar from the audience! "Put it in your pipe and smoke some, you ####!", Kunis almost wants to soccer kick the fallen opponent before being shoved back to the ropes and it's all gone terribly wrong for the runaway leader... Lowndes only sits up at six and as she makes a gallant effort to beat the count at nine she looks all done and dusted here with a hollow look in her eyes... Ref doesn't want to stop the fight though and releases the hapless champ into Mila's path again but only a single punch on the temple sends Lowndes butt-in-ropes again whereas the arms slump by the wayside... open road for more JMD muggin' and Mila's eyes light up as she pounds away to championship glory trying to remove the bandeau bikini off a wrecked and soon departing champion... AND REF STEPS IN before Lowndes gets punched topless; he hugs the older brunette away to a TKO8 in come-from-behind fashion Hawkeye International Consortium glory! Your NEW Unified Flyweight Champion... Mila Kunis!!!

AFTER: Pandemonium in the arena as the Lowndes CW reign is over! Who needs Pax Portmanica now though as Mila Kunis drops on her knees and bursts into tears of joy having reached the ultimate female celebrity boxing summit when everyone has written her off! First Hudgens and now Lowndes in back-to-back fights! It doesn't get any better in the divisional order of merit than this!

Meanwhile Lowndes, who got stopped on her feet tonight, doesn't have the strenght to argue the decision and looks to simply get out of her as quickly as possible with the help of Lioness Club of America head coach Claudia Schiffer. She tries to take the belt with her but the security crew was warned about her potential antics and there's no way she deprives her opponent from the ultimate glory moment. Like it or not, it's goodbye for now and the angry departing champion simply throws it away... the belt lands on Mila's back, the veteran still down on her knees unable to embrace the mammoth success... "Don't get used to that, bytch! It will be mine again sooner than your know it!", Lowndes almost loses her turquoise top in the ensuing skirmish with the security crew as Mila finally gets up and grabs the flyweight belt to wrap it around her waist: "Don't let the door hit you on the way out, cow!", she blows Jessica a kiss and only then begins to realize her left eye is still swollen shut and the post-fight pictorial won't look as good as she hoped for... Still, Mila defied all the odds and stopped the hottest member of the next generation to claim one title for the late bloomers... First time champion aged 32? That doesn't sound so bad whatsoever and more importantly, the Consortium is back on top of the flyweight division where it belongs according to all the fans tired of the Disney & CW brats dominance over the last several months!

Final result: Mila Kunis def. Jessica Lowndes TKO8.
