BEFORE: "I've waited a long time for this! But finally my dream of conquering the American market is about to happen! They will regret kicking me out of the X Factor!", anyone familiar with Cheryl Cole's obnoxious BBU attitude will simply love to see the Geordie singer making some noise in the shark pool. Her first target? None other than Boxing World Online's own designated "go-to-girl" JoJo Levesque who keeps showing up wearing skimpy outfits even if her professional record leaves plenty of room for improvements! However the word on the street is that several flyweight veterans would like to teach the English newcomer a lesson and JoJo has a perfect opportunity to hand Cole that ever so important opening defeat of her US foray! You can't but that sort of publicity and JoJo is well aware of that! Time to derail the English train before it even leaves the station? Let's find out!

Cheryl Cole wears a navy blue bikini set and black gloves. Dark brown hair in loose curls. JoJo Levesque wears a red bikini set and white gloves. Dark brown hair straight, tucked behind the ears. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
JoJo's record might be very dismal but she shows no respect to the English import fighter and hooks up with Cheryl's face well in the opening minute splitting her mitts repeatedly and digging deep into the cheeks. Cole's feisty attitude is squashed as she has to cover up tight before finally mounting an overhand response and stalling JoJo's progress in the second minute. Both girls settle into a methodical single hand approach but JoJo's just that little bit quicker on her feet and manages to make Cole miss a lot of her punches before a wild swing on the temple drops her guard and results in a late English rally that almost traps Levesque on the ropes. She leaps away from danger at the very last second but only fuels Cole's determination in a hectic pursuit that is finally interrupted by the bell.

Round 2:
Cheryl jumps into a leather frenzy seemingly unmoved by JoJo's aggressive stance and both girls clash heads in a feisty tangle that wobbles the American on her heels and enables the singer to crash into her exposed face thereafter. That's a lucky break for the former Girls Aloud member and she snaps the fellow brunette's head repeatedly to dump her butt-in-ropes and channel some old JoJo demons along the way... she leans dangerously close to headbutting her opponent but rips into her guts instead and shuts Levesque off for good earning herself a solid ovation from the crowd. JoJo tries to escape from the precarious position but lacks the core strenght to bump the Geordie singer off and has to clinch her to catch a respite with the ref already warning Cheryl about driving in with her head too low... still, she smacks more leather into the trapped Levesque as the guard collapses quickly and prevents the American from any significant response for remainder of the round.

Round 3:
Cole finds her stride in jabbing attack upstairs but needs to ignite more pace into her effort as JoJo's guard finally shows some improvement and enables her to spike the English singer from the back foot and escape another pounding along the ropes. Both girls circle around each other in the middle of the ring but as Cole lacks the proverbial X Factor, she begins to soak up repeated jabbing onslaught and then gets whooped by a drilling hit on the solar plexus... Oi Chezza!!! If that was someone more qualified at winning FCBA fights then the Newcastle girl would be down on her knees but Levesque just doesn't have that one punch destruction in her even if she's just rendered the singer breathless... Cole on the retreat, tries to catch her breath but simply can't... and JoJo's stunned by the damage she inflicted... a chaotic pursuit follows however the American is closer to a faceplant than adding that put away shot and lets Cheryl off the hook big time. The loud gasping only underlines the English singer's trouble but she hangs on in the hectic retreat and is saved by the bell still looking shaken up by that punch on the solar plexus...

Round 4:
Only now JoJo finds the leather neccessary to freeze Cheryl in a turtle-like close range defence but the repeated slaps on the ribcage don't make the fat lady sing here... it's the American's time to almost blatantly headbutt her rival but the spirited attack is stopped by a quick uppercut on the chin and exposes the guard one more time... both girls settle into overhand duell and while Cheryl's head snaps back more often, she does have the bigger punch and mauls Levesque's lips in the proccess. The younger of the two brunettes doesn't buckle under the onslaught though and is keen to chop Cole in half, working furiously on the midsection in the closing minute; she wobbles the loud gasping singer and smacks her on the brow ridge in a much welcomed change of targets but looks further away from knocking Chezza out than she did at the end of the third round. And that leads her to stomp her foot against the boards in visible frustration at the bell.

Round 5:
Cheryl has recovered from that shot to the solar plexus and enforces a mindless bash to open the fifth round which stuns the brave JoJo off the bat and shoves her gloves bouncing off her nose after a wild start. Cole adapts that all guns blazing BBU attitude to break through her foe's resilience and enjoys a jabbing fury that sends Levesque into defensive circles but still well within the close range heat. It's JoJo's turn to squeal and shriek in discomfort and once Chezza applies the gut wrenching series, the younger brunette is pummelled butt-in-ropes to stay there! Heavy midriff check bends the cumbersome American to the side and she soaks up a left/right combo on the eyes that tears some skin and makes her cover up in desperate earmuff. Cole's a BBU veteran so switches targets easily and pounds away at the exposed breadbasket and has to be dragged away by the ref as she ignores the bell and looks keen to send the local favorite packing regardless of the rules. "Don't touch me, you fool!", she barks at the man in charge but affords herself a cheeky smile when JoJo aches out in utmost pain and hugs her midriff while walking back to the stool.

Round 6:
JoJo needs more time to recover but the BBU veteran doesn't make the same mistake which her American rival did before... and the pouncing is on from the bell, heavy slaps around the elbows simply lower the hapless guard and enable Cole to pile on with facial assault afterwards... Levesque is trapped in the middle of the ring seemingly losing all her footwork knowledge and then gets smoked by a left/right combo on the temples that is quickly followed by a jaw busting uppercut... Get in there!!! JoJo takes a couple of steps back and her eyes bawl out to the orbit.. she half-turns to bounce off the ref and then HIT THE CANVAS face-first with her arms spread above her head... The ref tries to start the count her but Chezza tells him it's all over... and she's right... KO6 Cheryl Cole!!!

AFTER: JoJo remains Ms Hittable but she was probably one clean power punch away from shattering Cole's confidence in the third round... is it time to call Sarah Hyland next or join Carrie Prejean in the Tour of Mexico? Fumbling an opportunity like that deserves it's own chapter in the Boxing World Online as much as the delightful singer needs as much outside help as possible right now... celebrity boxing life has never been so unrewarding for a free agent like it is for JoJo "The Go-to-Girl"...

All eyes on Cheryl Cole in the opposite corner though, the BBU veteran managed to achieve a difficult feat, win her maiden FCBA fight via a front page KO scoreline... it's truly a difficult task, just look at the recent Asylum newcomers getting roasted by the Front Street veterans... JoJo's a lacklustre performer but no BBU trained fighter gets the benefit of the doubt unless they can rack up few wins... poking fun at Alesha Dixon or Samia Ghadie is one thing but rising to the JMD championship like Michelle Keegan is something else and there's little doubt Cheryl wants to join the Keegan glamour level now that she's decided to make the all important crossover move: "It's all or nothing for me!", she tells ESPN's Erin Andrews after the fight: "It's so hard to gain an ounce of respect on this side of the Atlantic but after they kicked me out of the X Factor I had to make the next move. Thankfully there are enough free agents in USA to sneak through the back door and I don't care what people think of my accent! Learn some English, you nuts! (...) Nicole Scherzinger helped me a lot for sure! The LCA facilities in Bradenton are large enough for me to join on the special training drill... this JoJo kid had me rocked, I admit but that was a lucky punch more than anything else... and if anyone questions that, well, you know where to find me! Or shall I just make an open challenge to Christina Aguilera now? (laughs)"

Final result: Cheryl Cole def. JoJo Levesque KO6.
