BBU SATURDAY NIGHT BOXING

(from Wembley Arena, London)

(Girls Friday vs BBU Free Agent)

BEFORE: Lily Collins is responsible for two massive BBU upsets this season, first she stunned Kayleigh Pearson and then blasted out former champion Emily Atack to put the whole division on notice. Denise van Outen thinks the days of Lily being the proverbial go-to-girl are over and questions why she would bother to challenge someone like Louisa Lytton who's more suitable Frankie Sandford's next opponent. The answer from Collins? "I had Charley Webb ready to feel my wrath but once I took care of Emily Atack she basically chickened out of the contract. I'm still a free agent so it took me months to figure it all out and now that she was nuked by that Canadian blondie, she's got nowhere to hide anymore! There are still many people who think my wins over Pearson and Atack were nothing special so I'll try to hand Lytton the beatdown of the night before I can put my hands on that Webb chick next! I deserve some respect here and I don't care how many fallen bodies it takes to get me there!"

Louisa Lytton wears a red bikini set and black gloves. Black hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Lily Collins wears a yellow bikini set and white gloves. Dark brown hair tied in a loose ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Lily wants to make a statement and tears into Louisa who's on the back foot early and dspite some quick swings she gets sunk on her knees when the fellow brunette dissects her ribcage and thumps her way onto the liver area too. Lytton wobbles forward and tries to lock a clinch already but gets bumped off and smacked with a left cross on the eye followed by a rapid uppercut on the jaw... Ugh! That snaps her head back on the spot and allows Collins to riffle a series of jabs upstairs that reel the struggling Lytton back into the ropes where she covers up in earmuff instead of somehow trying to punch herself out of trouble. Lily keeps the hammer down and splits the mitts repeatedly; leaves some early bruises on her opponent's face and punches the air in delight at the bell with Louisa looking ragged already.

Round 2:
Lytton ups the tempo a bit and actually slams a nice combo into Collins' face but she fails to react for a looping overhand that nails her on the temple and wobbles badly again showing next to nothing on sheer resistance. Lily rocks her with a couple of nifty uppercuts and switches downstairs to resume the ribcage pounding that sends the fellow actress into retreat but nowhere near agile enough to escape Lily's methodical strikes. Another sorry tale for Lytton who caves in against the turnbuckle and looks for Collins to gass out - impossible at this stage of the fight - instead of just letting one go. Lily keeps her composure and batters the midriff into a bruised reality check leaving Lytton to shriek out in pain one more time at the bell.

Round 3:
Collins freezes her rival in the middle of the ring with immediate facial assault; Lytton kept her arms just too low for comfort anticipating another midsection drill and got reeled on her heels instead with a flying combo that burst her mitts wide open. The head hunting staggers the hapless brunette and she almost trips over her own feet but by the time she raises her head, Collins smacks her with a left/right combo tearing the skin on the left hand side... a quick switch on the liver terminates Louisa's resistance and allows Lily to blast a right hand on the ear THAT RAGDOLLS LYTTON TO THE CANVAS... the unfortunate actress goes down on her side and allthough she beats the count at six, she looks vulnerable for the oncoming rush... Collins pounds her back to the ropes with ease, picking off upstairs and pierces the navel with another change of targets. Lytton aches her heart out but survives the tummy onslaught in the dying seconds, yet she needs extensive work from the cutman to prevent the medics pondering the stoppage.

Round 4:
Lytton goes overly defensive on the hurting midsection and lets Collins upstairs for more cuts; Lily becomes too accurate to let her opponent off the hook anymore and rocks Louisa's poyntail back and forth before tearing her nasal ridge into a blood seeping disaster. Lytton tries to lock the earmuff but gets outmuscled by the stronger girl and ducks low trying to escape one last time. Her head gets wrapped around Lily's left arm and after a couple of spikes on the exposed ribcage, Louisa simply goes down on her knees... referee refuses to start the count and orders Lily to watch her moves... the respite is very brief though and Lytton is tracked down in close range again, her nasal cut only gets bigger when Collins rocks her with another guard shattering combo and when Louisa sags on the ropes with arms dropped by the side, most of the Wembley Arena thinks it's all over but the bell spares her the anticipated demise.

Round 5:
Louisa survived the fourth round and her wounds have been patched up but she's in no shape to match Lily's superior footwork and falls into another vicious facial barrage that destroys her guard and has Collins thumping unanswered leather through the minute mark. After such a staunch assault the arms simply go numb on Lytton and Lily renders her oblivious to any boxing moves; she riffles one last hook on the nose THAT PUTS HER DOWN COLD... the ref barely had time to react and pull Collins off her battered prey or simply he was looking for that KO juice like most of the Wembley Arena. KO5 Lily Collins!!!

AFTER: Lily showed she's ready not only for Charley Webb and Emilie Ullerup but for some real contenders too. The free agents usually take any shot available so it's gonna be interesting to see what she does next but the upset days are officially over for the lanky actress who's now one of the most dangerous floaters in the division.

As for Louisa, well, she did look good crashing down on the canvas - as she usually does - but anything other than fighting Sammy Winward will never get her that elusive victory. Time is running out for one of the most perennial jobbers in BBU and because she's not blonde, Denise van Outen describes her "a waste of time and money" already.

Final result: Lily Collins def. Louisa Lytton KO5.
