Founded on 12/11/15 by famed WWE professional wrestler "Triple H" (Paul M. Levesque) with the finanical backing of an unnamed Mexican businessman, "Los Ingobernales" (full name "Los Ingobernales de Unidos de America"--"The Unruly of the U.S.A.") hopes to bring a strong Hispanic influence to the FCBA/SSB). Triple H stated that he was offered management of the Sparkle Express group, but turned it down in favor of establishing am organization of his own. However he did include two Sparkle Express members: Nikki Bella and Stephanie McMahon on his initial roster. There are reports that, like the former Sparkle Express, Los Ingobernales will take  a special interest in JMD/JMDD fighting.

On 04/03/16 Los Ingobernales announced the creation of a secondary stable Equipo Secundario for the purposes of a providing apromotional and training opportunities to boxers not under contract. These boxers would be available for signing by other managers and stables.

On 06/24/16 the newly crowned Ice Hotel Queen Kelly Rohrbach joined the stable. A week later Bo Krsmanovic become full member after promotion from Equipo Secundario.

On 12/17/16 Stephanie McMahon she was shutting down Los Ingobernales and the related Equipo Secundario promotional group with the intention setting up a new group she would fully own and manage: DREAM MAKERS
