TESS VALMORE

LEVY/PAQUIN As so often happens, this bout was even at the end of four. In the fifth. Levy caught Paquin with a right that had her badly hurt. Levy poured on the punishment, but Paquin managed to survive the round. Paquin survived, but not for long. Early in the sixth a straight right landed on Paquin’s chin and the fight was over with Paquin being counted out.

COHAN/SWAN Once again the bout was even at the end of four. Swan won the fifth, however. Her lead was short lived as Cohan took the lead in the sixth by decking Swan. Cohan widened her lead by taking round seven. Swan closed the lead by winning round eight and having Cohan hanging on at the end of the round. In the ninth, Swan landed a straight right that sent Cohan to the canvas for good

KESHA/KLUM Here we are again. The fight was even at the end of four. Klum took the lead in the fifth only to have Kesha even the bout up in the sixth. Klum had already lasted longer than I thought she would, but she wouldn’t finish the seventh as a Kesha left deposited Klum on the canvas for the ten count

HARMON/RUAH We are definitely in a pattern. You guessed it. The fight was even at the end of four. In the fifth, Ruah decked Harmon with a right hook. Harman managed to make it to her feet. Ruah closed in and landed a left and a combination that that had Harmon out on her feet and the referee stepped in and stopped the fight giving Ruah a TKO5

PARK/WOODLEY This bout was not even at the end of four. Woodley had a three point lead after flooring Park in the fourth. Woodley then won the fifth to take a commanding lead Park won rounds six and seven to narrow Woodley’s lead. The lead became immaterial in the eighth, as Park hurt Woodley with a right and then finished her off with a blistering flurry. Park by a KO8

PARRISH/GRAHAM Guess what. Yep, we were even at the end of four. Parrish then won the next three round to have a big lead at the end of seven. The fight changed in the eighth as Graham put Parrish on the canvas for a nine count to narrow Parrish’s lead to one point, Graham continued to pound Parrish in the ninth. She lasted the round but Graham had evened up the bout. The tenth got a little sloppy but Graham managed to take the round and get a one point decision
