Blake Lively vs Kate Upton* (*JMDD Title) by Lookout/simgrrl
Lively: (15-19-0), 28yo, 5'10”, 128; Upton: (18-9-0), 23yo, 5'10”, 145(?)

Before: Upton pushed hard for a rematch for the last six months, tonight she gets her wish. The big busty blond burning to avenge her shocking May defeat, one most fans consider THE Upset of the Year! Hard to argue! With Upton's pubic persona, she's far more well known than the lightly publicized, shy, actress who's never really been the focus of media attention the way zoftig Kate has been since she was a teenager! Upton's far more buxom, weighs at least ten pounds more (opinions vary, but some estimates say 25 pounds or more) and Upton's five years younger!

These two know one another about as well as two fighters can. They were both members of Jeri's Knockouts for a year (11/11 to 11/12) and frequently sparred when they trained together. They've fought only once (officially) in May, when Lively beat Upton by TKO9... the reason behind tonight's fight, Upton wants to set the record right!

Despite rumors about Upton's weight, for some unfathomable reason she always makes 130 so she can compete against far smaller and lighter women at Lightweight (130 max) which is the weight at which this fight will be contested. Upton vowing in a prefight publicity whirlwind ahead of the fight, “Lively will feel the power of my fists and the warmth of my juggs before this night is over.”

Lively not much of a talker, keeps even more mum than usual before this one. Some think she's feeling the heat of Upton's laser-like focus; others - including the Lively fan club - hope and pray she's just slow playing it so Upton will show up as overconfident as she was for the first fight. But Upton's camp says, “That's something that just ain't possible!”

A member of Lookout's staff told a source - off the record - that Upton made several mistakes in the first fight with Lively. One, she didn't train hard enough. Her stamina suffered and she ran out of gas in the late rounds. Second, because Upton's always the 'big girl' in her fights, she gets sloppy and careless about her technique. She's gotta learn how to throw a punch to get maximum leverage, and deliver it with enough force to hurt someone as fit as Lively. That means she's got to change her way of thinking, and that's not as easy as it sounds.

“But the third, and biggest, mistake Upton made was not sticking to her prefight plan and hammer Lively's body to wear her down. Lively's a dedicated freak about working out, but Kate let Blake fight at her own pace that time. In the end, Blake just wore Kate down. Upton's gotta make sure it's Lively who's too tired to stay on her feet this time, or she'll lose again.”

Attire: Upton in all white thong bikini with white rabbit fur trim, UGG boots with white fur trim and white gloves with white fur cuffs. Lively in a bright red Santa-kini with boy-cut bottom, with a white outline. She's also got two green pom-poms sewn on the front of her cups that almost make her appear to be as big up top as Upton... almost, but not quite!

Kate, sees Blake's pom-poms as an accusation she's had “breast augmentation” and is furious. She grabs, then rips the pom-pom off of Blake's left cup when they meet center ring for prefight instructions. Kate nearly gets the other one as well! Lively shoves Kate as she lunges trying in vain to retrieve the left pom-pom and the two women nearly come to blows! The referee has to step in to separate them and it takes both corners' handlers to pry them apart as they wrestle on their feet belly to belly.

Lively livid, adjusting, pulling and tugging, and generally fussed with her damaged top throughout the reading of the already agreed-upon rules. Blake's left cup is slightly torn and the elastic band got stretched out so much, the cup sags and rides halfway down the swell of her firm young breast. She's still fidgeting and adjusting; trying to fix it when the bell rings for the first round...

During R1: Lively and Upton both in a hurry to get at the other so when they meet at center ring, it's a whirlwind of flying fists. Lively bobbing, weaving, ducking and dipping; throwing leather at Upton from every angle. Kate never knows where the next punch is coming from, or where to punch back because by the time she swings, the lithe blonde isn't there. Blake lands a dozen or so punches for every one Kate lands, but Lively's punches don't have the power Upton can put into just one of hers when she puts her weight behind it.
Contrasting styles. Upton, hulking; a straight ahead charging bull; Lively's the matador, in constant motion, whirling, twirling; showing Kate the cape, then pulling it away at the last second. Upton being frustrated by a smaller, lighter, quicker, opponent who can't throw the weight of shot she can, but who can overwhelm her defenses with pure numbers of annoying pinprick attacks whose damage can accumulate over time. It's all about how the judges see things. And in the first round, they like what they see from Lively and give her the round (close).

R2: More of the same. Upton adjusting in small increments, approaching at a more oblique angle, throwing that powerful left jab with a more circular motion, rather than straight on. It's not doing the same damage, but the fist stays in the “hitting zone” longer, so Lively's taking shots to her right bicep, shoulder or cuffing blows up side the head, instead of being able to step or lean to either side and let a straight punch miss entirely as in the first round!
Blake making her own adjustment too. She's moving inside that wider left jab/hook of Upton's and using her own left hook to punish Kate's upper torso and she can often just reach her face. The danger for Lively is that Upton keeps her right cocked and several times when Blake wanders too close to throw her left hook, Upton will drop the right cross on her. So far, it's not landed clean, but Blake has felt the power and respects it accordingly. Second round fought just slightly differently, but enough that the points go the other way as Upton wins the round on points (close) to tie the score.

R3: Once again the women making subtle changes, each reacting to the other with tweaks of her own. Blake slowly figuring out how Upton has changed since May while Upton is studying Lively's new methods as well, Each sees something different in the other, and has to decide for herself whether it poses a threat, or offers an opportunity. To guess wrong could lead to disaster, while the right analysis could lead to an important win. The stakes are higher than mere victory or defeat, because each woman can see a path to a title for herself - if she's right.
Blake using her right more this round, having decided Upton's new and improved right cross isn't something she wants to deal with at the moment. She'll start to her left, then jump back to her right and either drop the right over Kate's left as she extends on the jab, or slip in and underneath where she can uppercut Upton's big JMD's. Blake quickly found that the right uppercut would be a great punch to use for a KO, but all three times she tried it, Upton's huge breasts got in the way and muffled her punch. Kate was probably almost as annoyed by the result as Upton - who didn't appreciate at all having her own breasts being (literally) thrown in her face!
Kate Upton was showing better discipline in this fight than in their May encounter. She'd studied video of the fight and felt she understood Lively's style. Her trainer, Nicole Kidman, had picked up a few of Blake's tells and tendencies, information Kate had filed away in a mental Rolodex for later use. For now, she was just making note of which ones she could pick up early and which ones might offer her some opportunity down the road. Of course, Blake was doing the same but the difference for her was that Kate Upton was big and strong enough that even if Blake caught her with a clean shot, she couldn't be sure it'd put her down to stay unless she'd done the necessary prep work to soften her up. And so far, she wasn't feeling any “soft” in Upton. At the end of the round, neither was satisfied with her own performance, so the fact that the scorers saw the round as a DRAW shouldn't surprise anyone.

R4: More of the same. Both still feeling out the other, neither taking many risks with still more than half the fight to go. Blake went back to the uppercut a couple of times, but the second time Kate timed it, or perhaps she'd seen Blake telegraph it somehow. Whatever the reason, when Blake dipped to bring the punch up, Upton dropped the right on the left side of her head, buckling her knees! She spun out of danger and used her long legs to keep herself out of trouble while she gathered her wits. Blake tried a few times going straight at Kate, and she had minimal success. As long as Upton stuck with her wide, sweeping, left hook/jab, it wasn't too dangerous so it gave Blake hopes of finding a way to get her own right on target sooner rather than later. In the closing moments, Upton made one of her characteristic “careless” moves and dropped her right hand after throwing it. Lively saw it instantly and leaped into a big left hook that caught Kate on the jaw. Upton reeled back off balance, but quickly righted herself and nearly took Blake's head off with another right, but she didn't make the mistake of dropping her hand this time! Each had done some damage, but the scorekeepers hadn't seen enough by either to award her more points than the other and so it came up another DRAW!

R5: Between rounds, Blake's corner tells her, “pick up the tempo,” so she comes out doing more moving and sticking, staying in motion and using more angles in hope it can give her openings to exploit. Upton slow to adjust and for the first minute, Blake is enjoying herself, landing her left on Kate's JMD's which annoys Kate no end, and even fitting in a couple of right hands to the head. Nothing terribly dramatic, but Blake could feel the vibrations from the impact all the way up to her shoulder, so she knew she'd done well. Midway, Kate made her adjustment and the chess game continues. Kate surprised Blake by going back to a straight jab, bloodying her nose with two of them before Blake could re-adjust by staying a little further back, which made her own offense a little harder, but then she'd figure something out pretty soon. Final minute both looking to do something to catch the eyes of the judges, and as it happened, they both hit on the same idea - a left hook, right cross combination. Both launched simultaneously and while both left hooks missed (Blake's short and Upton's high) both of their right's landed flush.
Blake's fist caught Kate on the side of her jaw, twisting her head to her right. Kate's arrived a little higher, right on the corner of Lively's left eye...the same spot Kate hit her in the fourth round. This time it broke open the slight swelling from the first punch and the blood ran in to her eye. She brushed it away with the back of her glove, but it kept bleeding and bothering her. After the bell, Blake's corner applied “endswell” and cold compresses trying to keep the swelling down. Just before the next round, her trainer applied a large dollop of Vaseline, which the referee wiped away most of before he allowed her to leave her corner. Now, in addition to her bleeding nose, she also had to contend with possible vision problems with her eye. Still, Blake managed to do just enough to win the round (close).

R6: Upton on her feet early, angry she lost the previous round and eager to get back out after Blake. Lively's corner worrying over her cut The Academy medical staff (Nurse Sunny) stuff cotton up her nose hoping to stop the bleeding there. The eye has swollen visibly since the prior round and now the lid is about half closed.
“Ya gonna cut it?” Blake asks.
Sharon Stone shakes her head and mutters, “You've seen too many movies, hon. That'd only make it worse. Keep your left in her face. Oh, and don't let her hit you up there again, OK?”
Upton bounded out of her corner, flashing her piston-like jab in Blake's face, aiming for her eye. Blake circling to her right, away from Upton's powerful right hand, hoping to land a couple of rights herself while Kate's attention is on her swelling and blackening left eye. Blake again times Kate's left and dips under it, coming up to hammer another uppercut in under Kate's left bra cup. “How'd you like that!” Blake thinks just before Upton grabs her with her left arm around Blake's neck and pulls her into a clinch. Blake struggles and squirms, trying to wriggle free, but Upton has her trapped. With Blake's right hand pinned at her right side, she can only punch with her left, which she does, punching wildly with her left hand at Kate's belly, her right breast and, whenever she can she tries to swing it up at her face.
Upton's more focused in her attack, pulling Blake back slightly she creates punching room for her right hand, but with her left arm wrapped around Blake's head and shoulder, her own glove is blocking the path to Blake's face. Deciding little things can also lead to victory, Kate starts plunging her right hand down onto Lively's left breast, pounding the soft tissue flat and, although she didn't know until a couple of minutes later, pretty much finishing the job of shredding Blake's left cup she'd begun prefight when she ripped off her green pom-pom.
The referee finally broke them apart and Blake stumbled backward. When she looked down to adjust her bra, she realized the front had been torn away by the rough treatment from Upton's glove! Worse, her nipple was reacting to the cool air and the rough handling and was swelling and getting hard and erect. She turned to the referee and gestured at her chest, then made a sign with her hands like, “Well, now what?”
The referee stared at her chest for a couple of seconds, then told Blake and Kate, “Fight on!” and stepped away to give them room. Upton was grinning when she came forward, trying to decide which target of opportunity presented the best chance of helping her chances of winning this fight. The eye was the obvious choice, but she couldn't just ignore that beautifully formed breast peeking out at her either. So she feinted a right to Lively's exposed breast, and then as Blake tried to block, she redirected the arc of her fist upward and slammed her fist into the side of Blake's face just missing the swollen lump above her eye. Not totally forgetting her first instinct, Kate's left was already en route toward Blake's chest and it pancaked her left breast just as Blake's body stopped moving back from the shot to her head. Lively staggered several more steps, then her butt hit the ropes.
A one-two combination hurt Lively and kept her trapped against the ropes until Upton arrived to put her body weight on Blake's, pinning her and making escape impossible for the moment. Kate teed off on Blake's body, hammering away under both elbows as Lively frantically tucked her elbows in to shield her body as she turtled and peek-a-booed behind her gloves as she twisted, turned and bent her supple body left and right trying not to give Upton a stationery target. Kate put her forearm across Blake's chest, riding it up under her chin, then hammered away at her body; starting low (just above the low-slung waistband of her Santa-kini and working North like she was driving a line of nails with her fist. She punctuated the conclusion of her tour of Blake's torso with two, three, then a fourth gratuitous shot at Blake's hooters (it is after all a JMDD fight) pancaking each one twice. By the time the referee arrived to pull Kate away, Blake's left eye was bleeding profusely, not that it would have made much difference since she was blinded by the tears in her eyes anyway.
The referee took one look at her eye and took her by the arm over to her corner where he asked the doctor to look at it. While she stood there, head trainer Sharon Stone applied “endswell” again. The doctor took a brief look at it and said, “The eye's not in danger, it's functional. Damage is just cosmetic, but since she an actress, it's her call.” Blake said she wanted to continue so they did.
By the time Upton came all the way across the ring to resume the fight, time had expired an Kate only got to hit Blake once more....another left hook to her throbbing tits... before the bell rang ending the round. Kate Upton had a good round she won the points in a shutout!

R7: Lively on the run. With her eye cut, Blake had to make a big change in her strategy. She'd found, to her discomfort, she couldn't stand and trade with a big woman like Upton without all her weapons. The cut changed everything. While head trainer Stone worked to stop, or at least slow, the bleeding, they discussed their options. What they came up with was more of a stop-gap temporary solution than a fix, but if it worked it would give them time to find a better one. Blake wasn't confident about the ploy she was going to try, but had one redeeming feature, it kept her in the fight. When the bell rang, Blake came forward, then turned and switched her stance, fighting as a left hander, with her right foot forward and using her right hand to jab, holding her left back to protect her eye while keeping it farther away from Kate's fists.
Fortunately, Blake often fooled around fighting left handed in her sparring sessions, so it wasn't totally foreign to her. She also knew that her right handed jab, being her dominant hand, would hit with better power than her left hand.
Upton was obviously confused at first, and it gave Blake hope that she might be able to pull off the stunt after all. Blake circled to her right, behind the jab, and kept pumping it in Upton's face as fast and as often as possible. Kate's left didn't have as far to travel with Blake coming toward her, but Blake's right proved to be good for blocking, and since it usually ended up inside of Upton's left, a quick step and jab to the nose worked well as some small deterrent. For the first two minutes, everything was going well... better than well, actually. But then Upton started to step to her right, opening the way to Blake's body for Kate's right hand. A couple of hard punches to her bosom managed to rip away what little cup material remained to cover her left breast. Fans were taking pictures, tweeting and even shooting cellphone videos. It was more than a little embarrassing, but there wasn't much she could do about it now.
So Blake kept circling and jabbing, until the final twenty seconds when she threw caution to the winds and went on a daring, and reckless, all-out attack. Caught off guard, Kate reeled under the two-fisted onslaught, cowering behind her gloves while she tried to think of a response. Fortunately, the bell came before Kate thought of one. Blake stayed offensive while using her legs and a surprising right jab to pick, pek, and pop Upton to distraction as Blake wins round (shutout) to cut Kate's lead to 3-4.

R8: Between rounds, Nurse Sunny helped Blake out of her tattered Santa-kini top and into the bra Sunny had taken off during the round. At least now Blake had minimal protection - and a little modesty. Blake's trainer, Sharon Stone, went to work on her eye while Sunny tried to staunch the flow of blood from her nose with one hand, while with the other she held a cold pack to Blake's left breast. Across the ring, Upton's trainer Nicole Kidman, assisted by Elisha Cuthbert, was trying to get their fighter back on track.
Upton and Blake both coming out with vastly different agendas. Upton wants to end the fight this round, preferably by pounding Lively into the ground like a tent peg. Blake is more interested in surviving the round, although her eye is feeling better and she'd like nothing more than to stretch Upton out in the middle of the ring the same way she did seven months ago. Blake still fighting from a left handed stance, but with her eye a little improved, she won't hesitate to switch back to rightie if, or when, the time is right.
Upton remaining uber aggressive, having learned her lesson in May, she's not about to let Lively any chance to recover now she has her on the ropes! Kate firing with both guns, from multiple angles and altitudes. One time she's coming up from underneath, popping Blake in the bra, next she's pounding down hammerfists coming over the top from above, shaking Lively to her core. In between, it's hooks, crosses and good old fashioned straight up the middle jabs and from the shoulder power shots.
Blake fighting under severe duress, still maintaining her up-tempo pace, forcing Upton to keep up with her. When Blake can land combinations, she's a force to be reckoned with; but when Upton gets on one of her power-punching sprees, there's few in the FCBA who can stand in with her... to her credit, Blake is trying her best to be one of those who can go toe-to-toe with Kate Upton and live to tell the tale!
Upton relaxed and in control of her emotions in these latter rounds; letting Lively come to her, then coming forward behind a blizzard of blows to put the wiry blond back on her heels. When Upton gets “in the zone” she's nearly unstoppable, so it behooves Lively to use her legs and quickness to keep Upton under control and not let her get rolling. Upton declining Lively's “invitation to the dance” prefers to stake out a space in the middle of the ring and defend it against all comers. Lively not built to attack, better nibbling around the periphery rather than engaging head on. But behind on the cars, and with time running out, Lively's left with little choice but to force the action!!
Blake trying to turn Upton's flanks, but it's an easy matter to pivot on one foot and keep Lively in her sights. Finally, with time running out, Lively has to take risks! She edges closer, then tries to run around Upton and come at her from the side, or rear. It's a foolish gamble and Lively pays a heavy price for her failure. Kate Upton sitting down on her punches, not having to pivot or move her feet much, bides her time until Lively is within range, then unleashes a fury of hellfire down on her!
In the final half minute of the round, it seems every punch Upton throws lands, and not only lands, but lands with devastating power and effectiveness. With Lively reeling, Kate Upton throws everything but the kitchen sink at her...and Lively survives; beaten, battered, bloody....yes. But she does survive, which means she will fight a ninth, and then very possible, a decisive tenth round as well. Kate wins the round on points (close) but Upton still hasn't found Lively's “off switch.”

R9: Do or Die Lively. There's no question in the Academy corner, facing what appears to be an insurmountable lead (if the unofficial scoring estimates are accurate) Blake Lively will have to KO Kate Upton to take her JMDD Title. Good news is, Blake's done it before (May 2015) and while Upton can be an offensive juggernaut at times, her defense isn't yet championship caliber. Lively off her stool in a sprint across the ring. She leaps at Upton and lands on her chest, her legs wrapped around Kate's waist. Blake bashing Upton's face and head as she holds on tight her with her left hand behind Upton's head as she hammers away at her nemesis with her right.
Referee jumps in, but has his hands full trying to unlock Blake's ankles at the small of Kate's back with one hand, while tugging at Blake's left hand behind Upton's head with the other. Finally, Upton decides she's taken enough and just falls forward, body slamming Lively flat on the mat with her full 140+ pounds on top. Blake is pancaked beneath Upton's bulk with the wind knocked out of her. Blake loses her grip on Kate's neck and her legs fall open. Upton pushes up on all fours above Lively and, unable to resist the urge, she hammers two quick right hands down into Lively's left breast. If there were any air left in Blake Lively's lungs, that pretty much took care of expelling it!
The referee stopped tearing his hair long enough to grab Kate around the waist and pull her back off of Lively, who rolled over gasping and gagging as she cupped her crushed left breast in both hands. The fans, particularly the ones who'd been cheering for Kate Upton, rose to their feet screaming their approval of her retaliation and applauding wildly. Lively's fans sat glum and silent, fearing the worst.
After wrestling Upton away from Lively over to the farthest corner, the red-faced and breathless official shook his finger in her face as he told her off, “You will NOT move from this spot, young lady or I'll kick you outta here so fast those big juggs of yours will spin, you got that!” Kate nodded, not trusting herself to speak for fear she would be disqualified for what she was thinking.
Then he want back to Lively, grabbed her arm and dragged her to her feet and gave her an even more blistering dressing down. Blake was afraid to even look him in the eye, let alone say anything in her own defense....not that she could at this point since she was still trying to get some air back in her lungs. Her entire body felt like a building had fallen on it...and one a lot bigger than the brick outhouse that had fallen on her!
The harried referee gave Blake pretty much the same 'stay here' warning he had given Upton, without the reference to “big juggs” as it would have been neither appropriate, nor accurate. Then he went to consult with the commissioner and the three scorers at ringside. Their decision was to deduct a point from Lively for her conduct while forgiving Upton's violation. (They could/should have deducted points from both, but more from Lively than Upton - and they didn't want to bother doing all that math, and so settled on just the one.) By the time they finished, Blake had caught her breath and the fight was able to resume.
Blake, now a point further behind than before, knew she had to go 'all in' for a KO and unleashed a furious attack on the restart. She threw punches so rapidly, Upton couldn't possibly block them all, and she was kept so busy ducking, blocking and covering her face, that she barely had time to set her feet to punch herself. After a minute of nonstop punching, even a highly trained and fit athlete had to stop slugging to get a breath and let her muscles get re-oxygenated. As soon as Blake slowed and then paused for a moment, Upton saw the chance she'd been waiting for and struck with cobra-like quickness and venom!
Out of nowhere, or so it seemed to most observers, her lightening fast left hook caught Lively unprepared and rocked her backward, almost knocking her down. Her follow up right hand completed the job, slamming into Blake's belly button and doubling Lively over, her hands folded across her throbbing belly. A left uppercut finished the job, but since she was already preparing a right cross anyway, Kate let it fly as Blake was still arching up and back from the blistering uppercut. Luckily for Blake, the right just grazed her chin as she was going down and didn't do the damage it could have had it landed flush.
Lively went crashing down on her back, her lithe body starfished at the referee's feet. He checked to make sure Upton was indeed heading for a neutral corner, then began the count out. He had only reached “SIX” when the bell rang to end the round. The crowd was of two minds at this point, some were hoping Lively wouldn't, or couldn't, get up. They were predominantly Upton's fans and backers, but more than a few were Lively loyalists hoping she stayed down. Those were the ones who didn't want to see her injured any more than she already was. The other contingent were those sicko's who just wanted to see another brutal round of wild action, no matter the cost. They would be ones who got their wish! Late knockdown, and the point deduction, more than enough for Upton to overcome Lively's early offensive and gain Kate the points. All Upton has to do now is survive the 10th!

R10: Blake gets a helping hand to rise off her stool at the warning buzzer, reels, almost falling back into the ropes before stumbling forward shaking her head. Referee asks her if she's OK and she nods. Clearly she's still hurt as she creeps awkwardly out of her corner. Kate boring in, applying steady, constant, stalking, pressure, taking her time. No need to rush as Blake's obviously badly weakened... jabbing as she backs away rather than engaging; turning away as she jabs, not stepping it. Her jab, which had been sharp and crisp earlier, is now just a weak pawing stroke.
Upton leaning into ham-fisted jabs, defense forgotten as she unleashes with both hands. Kate's fists slam into Blake's tummy, crack her face, flatten her now well ravaged rack... Upton driving Lively before her with relentless, pinpoint punches intended to hurt and humiliate more than end the fight. Blake grunting as a heavy-fisted belly-buster shunts her slim hips back, then as her upper body arches out over Kate's forearm, her firm butt juts out behind.
The accumulation of mid-body pain forces Lively's brain to send messages to her body instinctively intended to protect her core. And as Blake's hands obey the brain and drop to protect her middle, Kate's relentless heavy jabs find open targets upstairs. Popping Blake's pretty face snaps her head back. Upton brazen coming forward, ignoring defense, calmly walking her girl down, setting up, punching... jab belly; left hook to right tit... right cross to left tit... criss-cross, criss-cross. It's easy now.
Kate leans away from a sluggish “don't-hurt-me” left hook that's more slap than punch, then bends into a straight right... a STUNNING hammering blast plows into Blake's chin! Lively's lovely, long, legs lockup and she's literally swept off her feet by the punch and flung backward like throwing trash from a speeding car on a highway! She slams down HARD on the mat, the back of her head and her shoulders taking the brunt of the impact, her head hitting first with a sickening CLONK that reminds everyone how thin, old, worn, the ring mat really is. It sure didn't provide much cushioning for Lively!
Blake lays still, flat on her back; right arm flung back over her head, left arm at her side, both legs stretched straight out stiff as boards. Her once pretty face, now bruised, bloody and lumpen, is frozen from the moment of impact with a look of stunned shock. Her eyes, at least the one not already swollen shut, are closed. She's not getting up from this because she is O-U-T baby; colder'n a North Atlantic Cod in December! ABBADA, ABBADA, ABBADA...THAT'S ALL FOLKS!
Kate Upton wins a KO10 to retain the JMDD jewel encrusted 'DD' size brassiere emblematic of big bosom supremacy.

After: To JMD(D) or not to JMD(D), that is the question?

Midway thru the ninth round it looked like Blake Lively was about to get her second straight win over Upton who looked “soft” at times, especially during the early going. But the champ came thru in the clutch once again with the big punches when she needed - late in a fight, just in time to pull her “chest nuts” outta the fire!

Six months of pent-up anger stoking Upton's fire and now that she's got Lively right where she wants her, the buxom blond beauty will get her moment of “payback”...or does she have something else in mind? Perhaps something so sly, so devious, that no one sees it coming?

Even before Lively regains consciousness, Upton has already autographed her gloves and tossed them to fans in the crowd. Before Lively is even semi-conscious, Kate storms across the ring to confront the still unaware blond slumped on her stool, body leaning against the turnbuckle as Academy Nurse Sunny holds a cold pack to the side of her jaw.

Upton steps between Lively's knees, wedging them apart with her own knees as she bends over and leans down, putting her huge, heavyweight, breasts in front of Lively's blank, oblivious, face. Blake blinks as she peers down a deep, dark, cleavage canyon at what awaits her, then slowly raises her eyes to look into Upton's glaring face. What Blake sees sends shivers down her spine!

“You ready to pay the piper... b###h?” Kate snarls, taking a deep breath to expand her already expansive bosom even further.

Blake still can't form a coherent thought, let alone remember the words to express it. She simply shakes her head, then groans and winces as pinwheels and skyrockets explode behind her eyes, firing jolts of searing pain through her head. Tears fill her eyes and her lips tremble, her bodies' reaction to the sharp and unexpected agony.

Mistaking Lively's reaction for fear, Upton laughs. “You sure don't look like a women joyously looking forward to your trip down the rabbit hole,” she chuckles, pointing her index finger down her seemingly bottomless cleavage. This time, after Blake wipes the tears from her eyes and looks again, she realizes Upton's breasts are so big, she can see all the way down between them to the folded flesh of her belly as she bends over. An awesome, but a welcome, sight.

Upton puts a hand on Blake's shoulder and leans in, whispering an offer that only Blake can hear. “Look, I admit you put up a good fight. And it's clear you're in no condition to enjoy the pleasure of spending quality time to get acquainted with 'the girls',” she points to her cleavage - just in case Blake was too addled to know who 'the girls' are. “So here's a one time only offer. You either accept it right now, right here, or it goes away and I never make it again.”

Blake blinked, struggling to think clearly. After several seconds, she mumbled the only thing she could think of....“What offer?”

Kate squatted down, put her taped hands on Kate's thighs, and gave them a hard squeeze to make sure Blake was paying attention. “I'll let you off the hook for the breast smother tonight. You give me an IOU that I can collect another time....sometime when we're both cleaned up, smell better and are awake, alert, and well rested enough that, maybe, it'll be fun for both of us. What do you say, is it a deal? Now or later. Either way you'll get it. But it's your choice.”

Blake didn't yet have the mental capability to consider, let alone weigh, alternatives. All she knew was that she was hurting all over, she was dazed and disoriented, and she was sitting half naked in front of twenty thousand fans and a worldwide cable TV audience watching her thru high definition cameras. She really didn't want her face in Upton's famous cleavage with that many people watching. She said what she felt any reasonable woman would in her situation, “OK. It's a deal.”

Upton slapped her hands on Blake's thighs and the impact send shock waves thru her entire body. Her head started throbbing again and she felt at that moment, that she'd made the smartest decision ever. She began to question that, however, when in the next moment Kate called a woman over from a ringside seat.

The woman had auburn hair with flecks of gray, wore glasses and an expensive, well-tailored, gray chalk stripe business suit with a skirt just above her knees. She carried a leather portfolio on a strap over her shoulder which she unzipped them took out a legal document. She closed the portfolio, put the document on top of it and passed it up to Kate.

“Sign on the bottom by the X,” Upton said, handing the sweaty boxer a large, gold, pen which the attorney gave her but that Blake had trouble holding since she still wore her boxing gloves.

“Waz' tha..?” Blake mumbled, sounding confused and slow-witted due to her condition.

“It's your contract,” the lawyer, told her. Blake turned to look down at her and her head started to throb again. The woman explained, “You want a grace period? You got one. That just ensures you'll deliver your part of the bargain - if, or when, my client... that's Ms. Upton... wants to collect the debt.”

“But I....” Blake fumbled trying to catch a fleeting thought that had almost formed, but it slid away again before she could collect it. “What if....” No, that wasn't it. It was something else...

Kate put her index finger under Blake's chin and gently turned her head back toward her. “You want to know, what if she wants to JUGG me someplace I don't want? Like the Oscars? That's what you were going to ask right. Well, the Oscars WOULD be a great place, plenty of 'exposure'... for me. Or how about a wedding? Your wedding! Or maybe a funeral? That the kind of thing that worries you, isn't it Blake?” Kate asked. “I know it would sure worry me, if I were in your shoes.”

Blake slowly nodded, unable to put her thoughts into words, yet knowing Kate had fairly accurately voiced her own concerns. “Here's what the contract says...” Upton's lawyer started to explain in legalistic terms not even Kate understood.

But Upton cut her off with a curt gesture of her hand. She told Blake, “Look honey, this is between you and me. Any time you want to modify it; you and me, we'll get together and work up a change. If you don't want to pay up, then the contract specifies methods of dispute resolution. There's even a rematch provision. Of course, in that even the stakes are double or nothing, but even so, it's better than just dumbly accepting your fate here and now. C'mon, sign the paper. I'm all sweaty and I want to shower before we go to the party.”

Blake looked around for someone from the Academy she could get to advise her, but there was no one - except that annoying Nurse Sunny - anywhere in sight. In fact, everyone near that corner was from other stables. She guessed they were waiting for her to get up and leave so they could get on with the next bout. With a resigned sigh, Blake scrawled her name in the space indicated, then Kate signed next to her.

“We're done here,” the attorney said as she quickly grabbed the contract and her portfolio out of Blake's hand, and zipped it up. “I'll witness this and have it notarized. Nice doing business with ya Uppie,” she said and walked away.

Kate took Blake's hand and helped her to her feet, supporting her with an arm around her slender waist. “Lets get you to the locker room,” Kate said softly as she handed Blake a cool bottle of mineral water. “Take a drink, you're dehydrated, maybe even concussed. We need to get you someplace to lie down.”

As they left the ring, Blake thirstily gulped down the refreshing cold mineral water. “Thank you, Kate. That was nice,” Blake said, feeling a sudden flush as it dawned on her that Upton was actually pretty nice... when she wasn't trying to knock her head off.

“I've some more of that water in my dressing room,” Kate said. “I don't see any of your friends around, why don't I take you there and I'll call my doctor, have her check you out. We should make sure you're alright before you go home alone.”

As they walked up the aisle toward Upton's dressing room, another fighter headed down to the ring slowed check out Blake, looking her up and down. She nodded at Kate, then winked and high-fived the buxom blonde.

It all happened in an instant, and without the shocked and dazed Blake noticing. “Kate will take care of me,” Blake thought and the “reality” of that feeling, deep down, reassured her and gave her a warm glow inside.

IMPORTANT FOOTNOTE:
Five minutes later, Blake still couldn't answer simple questions like “What day is it?” or “Who were you fighting.” She DID recall her cellphone password when asked by someone (she thinks it was Upton, but can't say for certain) who said they'd call her family and let them know she's OK.

Lively found out a week later that not only had her phone been cloned and hacked, but “someone” used it to access her collection of private photos in the “cloud.” Now she's being blackmailed by a person threatening to release hundreds of personal and private pictures and emails - including “very personal” and “embarrassing” photos her herself and others taken over her career in the FCBA in private areas of The Academy (training rooms, bedrooms, the gym.... even showers!)

But it isn't only The Academy in danger! Blake also had “hundreds” of photos from her two tours at Lookout, her years at Jeri's Knockouts and Hawkeye. The one thing Blake was warned NOT to do was tell the authorities. If she reported it, they warned, not only would her personal life be put on public display, but so would the lives of everyone at the Academy, at Lookout, including Jeri Ryan's former fighters plus the members of Hawkeye!
