I'm saying this now, of course, because she won't be able to hear me once the match is going on, because if she thinks her fat ass is going to do anything other than get knocked out, she is in for a surprise! If that's the best her money could buy, I would ask for a refund. "That stupid Kate Upton! First of all, no blondes have any brains, ever! Yeah, she knocked out a blonde to win the title, and just recently another blonde to retain the title! I knew from the moment you had your philosophy of always defending your title, Upton, that eventually you'd get into a situation that you couldn't get out of! Think about it, bytch! Stephanie McMahon is wearing an all-black attire, with a very low-cut top to show off her bazooms and a very nice pair of short shorts to expose her Billion Dollar Booty, hair in a ponytail with red gloves. Kate Upton is sporting a vibrant bikini, made up of tropical colors and a requested size of tiny, with matching bottoms. Her hair is in a set of pigtails, boxing with golden gloves.

Round 1: Even before the bell, both JMDD fighters pound their feet on the mat like wild horses when they stand up from their stools. Strahovski & Peregym as well as McKinney & Marie exchanging nervous glances at the other, wholly confident in their stablemate, but the inkling of fear is deeply rooted in their minds. Just as soon as the bell starts, both fighters sprint right at each other, throwing wild hands at each other right at the jump to the audience's huge shock! Everyone knew how much McMahon hated Upton, and vice-versa, especially after the press conference, but for two fighters to want a duel that badly leaves everyone wide-eyed! Body against the body in the opening seconds - not clinching, however - as Stephanie uses her left hand to jab with Upton early on against her right hand, each trying to pancake the other's breast! However, right when Kate has to take a split-second break in bashing Stephanie, the 16-year elder zooms right in and CRASHES a right cross right to Kate's face, sending the champion wide-eyed in absolute shock that she fell for the same trick that Lively did to her just a month ago! She stumbles a lot into her own corner, clearly dazed as she suddenly falls down!

To Stephanie's annoyance, the referee doesn't count at all, as even though Kate Upton wasn't herself in that moment, it counts as a trip! Her right shoe's shoelace was loose, saving her for the time being! As soon as she's cleared and gets up, however, she still has a steaming Stephanie McMahon to deal with! Stephanie backs Kate right into the neutral corner and stomps on Kate's right foot in annoyance, pinning her right in place as she goes to work on Kate's wonderful breasts, peppering in jabs to Kate's upper body, softening Kate up for soon rather than later. Stephanie is aware of her limitations and wants a quick KO! Right as Stephanie is in the middle of her march for victory, using her right hand mostly to bruise Kate's championship breasts and her blonde head with straights and a sneaky uppercut aiming for the chin but hitting jug, the bell rings! Yvonne and Missy hop up into the corner, giving Kate some words of encouragement as the corner people check Upton out. Kate appears to appreciate it as she cradles her cleavage, shaking her head and glaring across the ring at Stephanie. The referee heads right for Stephanie to tell her off, on the other hand! The ref has been observant this fight, enough to take off points for Stephanie's leg punishment, and what would have been a complete shutout for Stephanie turns into "just" a great round! Stephanie is irate at more than one person now, and is about to convulse into screaming and a fit of slapping before Natalie and Charlotte wisely take her away! Great round for the Alpha of Los Ingobernales!


Round 2: Both girls are attended to carefully in their higher-weight populated corners in between rounds; Yvonne Strahovski and Missy Peregrym using ointments to heal Upton's bruises from the beating that she took last round, while Natalie Eva Marie and Charlotte McKinney are cheering their boss on as well as filling her up with as much water as she can drink. The initial rush took a lot out of both fighters, and while Kate came out the worse for wear, this time, Stephanie can't go at this pace forever! When the bell rings, the combatants take their time getting to the center of the ring, but within time their gloves close any gap between them, and the right is underway again! Upton weaves in and out of Stephanie's range, trying to not get caught by her power like last round. In her frustration, Stephanie stops with the jab-jab-power strategy and starts headhunting with wild haymakers; which Kate ducks for a brutal uppercut right in Stephanie's navel!

Stephanie's mouth goes wide, eyes open all the way as she moans in pain, her arms around the champion's shoulders as she tries to stick on her and stay afloat. However, this leaves her in prime position to get punished hard, as Kate turns Stephanie's belly into a medium-rare shade of red with hard jabs and uppercuts, smacking all the air out of her! All Stephy can do is squat and clash jugs together, using her bigger pair as an advantage to fend Upton off! Kate surprisingly does back off a little bit, as the bruises that Stephanie gave her still linger on her breasts and upper chest, so going jug-to-jug with Stephanie's cleaner, bigger pair isn't the best idea for the champion! When the bell rings, the two women stare at each other for a second, one round apiece as they realize that the other isn't just gonna lie down and lose! The two stables drag their leader back to their corner to prevent any more trouble, as now both fighters are battered!

Round 3: In Stephanie's corner, Charlotte McKinney applies a pack of ice to McMahon's belly, while Natalie Eva Marie softens her hands with healing lotion, applying her caring hands to Stephanie's hurt jugs, looking a mite concerned as Stephanie moans in pain while she pours even more water down the gullet. Over in the other corner, Missy Peregrym is focused on making sure that Upton is still awake and lively (no pun intended) while Yvonne Strahovski talks strategy to her champion, ironically talking like a veteran wrestler online when she tells the champ to slow the pace down; work Stephanie over; and to do what Kate does best. When the bell rings, Kate comes out the quicker while neither girl wants to bull rush the other like the last few rounds. Both girls trade slower blows, focused on breaking through the other's defense. Within time, though, Kate gains a bit of speed jabbing against Stephanie's defense and squats down before leaping for a jug-to-jug splash - BUT STEPHANIE SMACKS HER OUT OF THE AIR WITH A HARD LEFT TO HER BREAST! Upton's legs are suddenly wobbly, leaping to the ropes just to hold on in the fight, unable to fight back as Stephanie fires away with all her strength, bashing Kate's jugs and belly with straights, an afraid Upton weaving and ducking against the ropes all she can. Even with her efforts, she goes in and out of consciousness, saved by the bell as the two stables come out again to rescue their fighter - Lookout! because Upton is too battered to walk back to her corner safely without the risk of falling, and Ingobernales because Stephanie is too tired to walk back in time before the next round!

Round 4: In the champion's corner, Kate is still a bit dazed from the near-knockdown from last round with her eyes wandering as she lays back on her stool, having to hold on to the nearby ropes with both gloves. Peregrym and Strahovski provide words of encouragement and both pleather Upton's breasts with aloe vera cream, hoping to help Kate for the next round. On the opposite side of the ring, Natalie and Charlotte keep the current winner happy, spouting more and more water into Stephanie's mouth to refuel her gas tank as much as they can. When the bell rings, both fighters saunter out to the middle of the ring like normal - slower than the past few rounds, with both girls keeping their head high in pride as they hesitate to reach for the other early on. To hopefully recoup some lost points from before, Upton takes the first shot, a zinger left to the head of McMahon, which she dodges and shoots a missing left hook. Stephanie goes on control after that, stepping into her straights to Kate's bosom; however, the discerning viewer and judge can see that Stephanie seems to have lost a step between rounds, telegraphing her punches! Kate's corner notices and yells at her to keep her guard up and wait, which pays off after Stephanie goes too hard for an uppercut and gets her jugs wrecked by Kate! She's stunned! Kate takes advantage and pumps fists into Stephanie's torso, discoloring her breasts as the older woman has no choice but to clinch. 143 pounds of weight being on the champion slows her roll and tires her out a bit, which allows Stephanie to turtle after the referee breaks them up. Very good round for Upton that has Los Ingobernales panicking a bit in their corner!


Round 5: Kate Upton's corner is calm. She's done lasting damage to Stephanie by this point, as evidenced by the challenger completely going on defense at the end of the last round. Upton takes her minute on the stool in stride, taking deep breaths as Yvonne Strahovski outlines the plans for the next six rounds. and Missy Peregrym helps the champion recover from the fight's toll with a passionate pep talk about how Kate's gonna just rock Stephanie in this round! In the other corner, the situation is much more frantic. Natalie and Charlotte's inexperience in boxing shines here as they don't really have a solid plan to work around Kate's youthful agility and excellent attacking angles, leaving Stephanie to think of a way to preserve herself in the future rounds while dealing with her present pain. Natalie and Charlotte do what they can help her recover from the rough last round, looking back across the ring at what Lookout's stable is doing and copying those methods. The round starts just as slow as the last - until Upton gets the better of a jab exchange and hunts Stephanie down with fury in her eyes! Stephanie ducks under a set of dual straights, only to turn around and get smacked with a straight right in the jaw! Her eyes go blurry as her body slumps over, eye level almost to Kate's jugs. With her last resort, Stephanie goes hell for leather trying to punish Kate's breasts with hard right jabs, before Kate catches on with Stephanie's position by shoving her jugs right in Stephanie's face! Even the idea of Kate's "One Cent Breasts" anywhere NEAR Stephanie's face disgusted her, so she backed away quickly into the nearest corner, where Kate throws an uppercut to the jaw! Ms. McMahon's legs turn to jelly from that hard punch, and all she can do to stay alive is to hold onto the ropes for dear life while trying to cover up! Kate's strong enough to wreck her defenses, who sags her giant breasts with precise punches and bruises her belly with hard attacks. The bell saves Stephanie, who was on the verge of being stopped.

Round 6: Both corners realize at this point that the end is near; either Kate finishes Stephanie off now, or Stephanie makes a miracle KO. When both girls meet in the middle, Stephanie throws wild punches, trying to knock Kate out. She whiffs...she whiffs...she whiffs...and as she goes for a fourth big blow, Kate uses her left foot as a stepping-stone in revenge for the first round, and launches a giant uppercut to Stephanie's right cheek! Her eyes shut immediately as she crumples down to the mat along Kate's legs in both excruciating pains to her body and intense shame to her family name and wealth. When she finally reaches the mat, she turns completely over on her back, head lined up with Kate's feet; tits up knocked out. Kate Upton makes her 4th defense of the JMDD title in KO6!

Stephanie is sprawled out on her back on the canvas as Kate quickly removes her golden gloves with a smile, tossing them to her corner as she then leans down, hips swaying back and forth as she removes Stephanie's gloves as well. Stephanie is dazed as Kate helps pull her up to her feet, using her top and hair to guide her over to her corner, then shoving her back up against it. The crowd is on their feet by now, anticipating what's to come as Upton pulls McMahon's arms up over the top ropes to leave her chest wide open. Kate licks her lips, going to strut back over to the opposite side of the ring as she grins and then turns to face Stephanie. Kate is charging forward as her feet thump against the canvas, jugs-a-jiggling as the crowd roars with each step and are on their feet cheering in approval. Kate quickly leaves her feet as she crashes into Stephanie for a ring-shaking SPLASH! Kate's chest just mushrooming against McMahon's mammaries and crushing her cleavage flat as she takes a moment to grind her chest in, then hopping back with a laugh as she raises her hands into the air victoriously!


Stephanie's arms fall down off of the ropes as she slumps down to her knees and looks set to pitch forward to the canvas, before Kate “rescues” her and grips her brunette tresses, sliding it between her waiting thighs for a standing head scissors! Kate takes a moment to pulse her thighs around Stephanie's head, grinning as she hears her muffled groans in Kate's lower parts, as she then reaches for her arms to pull them up behind her back. Kate licks her lips as she goes to secure both of Stephanie's arms behind her back with one arm and laughs, “Is this the Billion Dollar Booty she talked about so much?” as Kate raises her right hand above her head, then starts whacking down sharply across Stephanie's rear. Kate kneels on the back of Stephanie's head, wiggling her posterior back and forth for a moment before Upton raises upwards off of her to roll Stephanie onto her back. Kate just laughs as she scoots forward, going to press her cleavage into Stephanie's face as she whispers loudly for the benefit of the crowd, the other Los Ignobernales fighters present and of course, for Stephanie,:

“My jugs stopped your jugs, Stephie. Don't forget that. I told you that your jugs were not going to beat mine. Not tonight, not ever! You didn't listen and guess what? Now, you don't have any choice but to listen...” as Kate goes to wrap her arms around Stephanie's head, pulling her head deeply into the cavernous cleavage of Upton. Kate grins, “I know you won't be conscious for much longer, Stephie, but one thing I want you to hear before you pass out: Your jugs are mine. Your weak, worthless, jealous jugs are all mine. Right now, your face is deep in my better, firmer, superior boobs and that is where we both know you were going to end up. It's where the entire JMDD division is going to end up because my boobs are best in the entire league. So, just acknowledge that MY Billion Dollar Boobs are the best and bow down, bytch!” Whether Stephanie complied with Kate's request is unknown as she passed out a few moments later and Kate placed a kiss atop Stephanie's head, then released her head as it fell with a thud down to the canvas.

Stephanie's face was bright red and her eyes were completely glazed over from jug-shock as she just sprawled out underneath Kate. Kate sat up, scooting forward as she managed to lock eyes with Charlotte and Eva, blowing them both a kiss as she bounced up and down on McMahon's defenseless chest. Kate raised her arms over her head as she allowed the referee to put the jewel-encrusted JMDD bra atop her victorious jugs as Kate Upton continues her JMDD superiority and lives to fight another day! Who will step up next in the wake of her destruction of Stephanie McMahon? We'll have to find the answer before long as Kate pushes upwards, reaching down to give Stephanie's chest a mean squeeze and then jogs out of the arena, undefeated jug bouncing to the wild cheers of the crowd as she retains her JMDD title in an epic match-up!
