BBU BANTAMWEIGHT TITLE BOUT (REMATCH)

(Double A Boxing vs Front Street Japan)

BEFORE: The controversial nature of Una Healy's previous title defence in front of her home Irish crowd last month has prompted the immediate rematch talk and that's a new policy even by BBU's otherwise high standards. However even a long-time Una fangirl Denise van Outen agrees that if the bout wasn't held in Dublin then Reon Kadena would have walked away with the bantamweight straps so tonight's rematch is the only logical solution to remove the sour taste from everyone's mouth. Thankfully Una herself has accepted this reality and agreed to make the trip to Tokyo where she vows to silence the local crowd and leave NOTHING to the judges' scorecards this time around.

As close as Kadena was to upsetting the champ in Dublin last month, her recovery proccess remains a great unknown even to the BBU TV experts but Front Street Japan's owner Ayako Hamada admits she send her title hopeful to a special mini training camp on the Okinawa island last week and Reon will be tough as nails second time of asking so the Irish tart - that's Una of course - can already think about her resignation speech since the belts will stay in Tokyo regardless of all the odds and experts' predictions!

Una Healy wears a white bikini top, green panties and orange gloves. Red hair tied in a custom ponytail. Reon Kadena wears a navy blue bikini set with white stripes and white gloves. Black hair tied in a braid. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division.

Round 1:
Reon comes storming out of her stool and most of the experts predicted that furious start however more importantly Una braced herself for such a welcoming party and didn't even try to square up to the challenger letting her work the attacking drill instead. All the dancing routines Una experienced during her musical career come in handy right now as she stays on top of the Japanese fury and even picks Reon off via a single handed counter however the challenger keeps going forward and is visibly annoyed whenever the redhead ducks underneath her outstretched gloves. Healy displays a cheeky smile in the final minute and indicates she wasn't even scratched thus far and Reon looks like she's ready to take her head off regardless but bounces off a high earmuff late in the going and eats a ripping hook on the liver with Una barking in her ear as they head across to their respective corners.

Round 2:
Kadena's furious start didn't really throw the champion off her comfort zone and the fight plan changes immediately however the mid distance stalking fuels Una's work rate instead and leave Denise van Outen and Tom Hilton pondering the FSJ mistake. Suddenly Reon's head snaps back as Healy moves on the front leg and delivers a brutal combo upstairs before ripping another hook to the liver area which bends the brunette into a jug muggin' assault in close range. Una keeps the hammer down and bumps her onto the ropes and well, that tactics is probably best suited for Harumi Nemoto but Reon struggles to shake off the JMD heat and leans over the rops gasping for air as Una scythes her across the mouth right at the bell to silence the Tokyo Dome for a moment.

Round 3:
Una dominates the close range duell and Reon fails to stretch her elbows at all in the opening minute which even makes Ayako Hamada angry as the fight plan turns ugly very quickly with Healy just thumping those uppercuts on the money and staggering the challenger to the spot. A low hook on the liver bends Kadena awkwardly to the side before another piercing jab finds the cleavage and wobbles Reon to the turnbuckle with her eyes wide open. UNA SLAMS HER ON THE LEFT EYE with a quick pounce and suddenly blood pours into her eyes as she approaches to whack the challenger on the rack again - and Reon gurgles in pain bleeding from the wrecked brow ridge - Ayako Hamada's on her feet too and it's not even ugly anymore, it's downright horrific for the local prospects as Kadena caves in behind a desperate earmuff but Una just romps her to the gut instead and drills the navel so hard THE CHALLENGER TAKES A KNEE two seconds before the bell... Denise van Outen and Tom Hilton are stunned in the booth and Una only now finds some time to wipe Reon's blood from her face... clock saves the local model from more trouble but that's a very deep cut on the left eye and Reon's on the verge of tears here as the BBU TV takes a close up look on the frantic work in the FSJ corner during the interval.

Round 4:
No way back for Kadena as she realizes that injury spoils all her plans to wear the champion out so she has to simply attack her like there's no tomorrow but Healy looks to put the division on notice and she doesn't hang back anymore... forget the first round duck & weave affair as she leaps forward into the brunette's path and beats her for that clubbing right hook that finds the wounded brow ridge first and enables her to add a massive left hand on the mouth... AND REON IS RATTLED... the Japanese girl sags on her knees on the spot with her eyes looking a bit hollow and the blood keeps streaming down the wrecked brow ridge.. Una leaps into more uppercuts through the middle and smacks the chin tearing more life out of the brunette's scale before scything her lips with a cross hook for a good measure... Kadena sinks on her knees and wobbles forward with eyes closed but that's all Healy needs, she wraps herself around her arm and spins her back to the turnbuckle where she flies in with another facial attack and spikes the damaged brow ridge with Reon leaking resistance all over the place... "She's gonna BLAST her apart!!!", Denise van Outen screams out in the booth and UNA HITS THE RED MIST MODE tearing into the Asian's face and making sure there's more blood streaming from BOTH brow ridges now... the gallant Japanese challenge is OVER but the ref doesn't seem keen to care much about Reon's well-being and hopes for a miracle comeback... of course that never happens and Reon's face turns into a blood mask on the two minute mark, the girl still up on her feet but throwing nothing back and just allowing Una to secure the beatdown of the year nomination.... but FSJ head trainer Kei Mizutani restores the common sense and when Ayako Hamada nods from the stands, SHE THROWS IN THE TOWEL and saves whatever's left from Reon's physical value... and there's not much left to be honest... Brutal TKO4 and STILL your unified BBU bantamweight champion Una Healy!!!!

AFTER: That was a SHOCKING display of Irish fury and Una's orange gloves are soaking red as she raises them above her head to dwell on the quickly gassing out support... Reon just slides down on her backside in the corner and can't stop the tears anymore but her face is well and truly bashed right in which leaves Denise van Outen short for words for a while... That was a massive beatdown The Saturdays singer delivered here tonight and if Ayako Hamada was upset when Jenna-Louise Coleman removed Mikie Hara from the title spot last year, she's devastated to see one of her top performers getting roughed up so badly!

Una knows what she's done perfectly well and tells the audience she's gonna enjoy pounding the daylights out of Dorota Rabczewska next! A quick look behind the scenes and the Polish singer seems stunned by the vicious nature of Healy's victory while watching the replays in the locker room. She was ready to join the main arena seats after the fifth round but never got the chance since Una breezed past all the odds and secured one of the most brutal beatdowns in title fights' history sooner than widely anticipated. Denise van Outen has little doubts about that and about Una's pound-for-pound status:

"That's right up there with Doutzen Kroes and Jenna-Louise Coleman! It looks like giving birth - which stopped Healy's career briefly in 2012/2013 - has turned her into a desperate tigress ready to claw everyone apart in order to save her cubs. Una is even better than when she won the title first time around back in 2011! And I'm pretty sure even if Sarah Harding would make the bantam scale again, she'd be brutalized equally bad as Reon was tonight as well! Tom... Tom? Oh, look, my co-commentator is already searching for Una wallpapers as his latest fetish! We're still OK for tonight, right? I brought the leather bodysuit like I promised... oh, wait... we're still on air? Nevermind... Tom actually prefers blondes over any Irish redheads and that's the last thing I'm gonna say.... "

Final result: Una Healy def. Reon Kadena TKO4 (Corner Stoppage).
