BLACK EAGLE BOXING INAUGURAL CARD

(from Lanxess Arena, Cologne, Germany)

(Black Eagle Boxing vs BronzedOz Boxing)

BEFORE: Krystal Forscutt was once considered a genuine lightweight title contender but her stock has dropped dramatically over the past couple of years and the elite revival attempt against Karolina Kurkova during Boxing Day PPV ended in tears via TKO5 defeat. Gina Wild oversaw that fight while on Lioness Club coaching duty and agreed to have the Australian arrive in Cologne for the Black Eagles inaugural card but Denise van Outen thinks that the dark-haired ACB veteran remains a dangerous floater and the German rookie Ann-Kathrin Brommel would be better of figthing someone less demanding on her debut.

"Karolina Kurkova is making her name in America these days and you can't compare her to Brommel who looks kinda fragile to be honest. She'd be better suited to fight the likes of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley for instance and Gina Wild is well known for ill-advised decisions as a coach. Looks like she's about to repeat that as an owner too! This might be the toughest fight for the Eagles on the card and AK is just too cute to be thrown into the shark pool so early! Fingers crossed she doesn't get eaten alive by that Aussie bytch!"

Ann-Kathrin Brommel wears a golden one-piece swimsuit with black & red trim and black gloves. Dark blonde hair tied in a curly ponytail. Krystal Forscutt wears a neon green bikini set and golden gloves. Dark brown hair tied in a loose bun at the back of her head. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:
Early stages are hectics and follow the van Outen script... the smile vanishes from Gina Wild's face seconds into the fight as Forscutt just slams the German model between the mitts and begins to tear her apart against the crowd's support who think of Brommel as a stable mascot... well, no mercy whatsoever is the way to go for the Aussie brunette who stacks Ann-Kathrin up in the center of the ring before driving more leather upstairs and forcing the German into a desperate but very leaky cover... a series of cross hooks finds the nose and wobbles the blonde onto the ropes on the two minute mark and Krystal rolls back some years by thumping heavy body assault thereafter to keep her opponent shut off from any offense for remainder of the round! That's not what Gina Wild had in mind when she offered Forscutt the plane ticket to Cologne!

Round 2:
Brommel tries to find some single jabs over the top but she's outworked in close range and simply fails to match the brunette's intensity which alone makes her back off after soaking up a couple of shots on the mouth. Krystal pushes with more jabbing menace and clubs the blonde from both sides eventually backing her into the ropes half-way through the round. Ann-Kathrin reverts into a clinching respite but quickly begins to feel the heat downstairs as Forscutt spikes her on the ribcage and shoves her even deeper into the ropes to maintain the upper-hand despite the model's efforts to slow the fight down.

Round 3:
German girl survived that midsection assault along the ropes but still lacks the big punch to make Krystal even consider a brief pause in her aggressive tactics. More Aussie leather crashes into the blonde's face over the top and Brommel's unable to live with the pace whatsoever, she jumps back to the ropes and bides some time in hectic retreat but eventually gets caught again and this time Forscutt swivels her head back & forth sending the embattled model into the corner and signing off another dominant round with a belting hook on the belly button. AK groans out her loudest after that shot and even Gina Wild's furious screams don't seem to be working against a vastly superior opponent.

Round 4:
Forscutt affords herself a cheeky smile when she weathers an early German storm - that looked to be intentional move from the Aussie showgirl just to see what the rookie has up her sleeve - before restoring the similar pattern and just blasting the blonde across the mouth to reel Brommel into defensive circles one more time. The hassling continues and Krystal swings some visible power right at her opponent's face leaving Ann-Kathrin to stumble into the ropes in sheer panic station... However a vicious left hook catches her on the liver area and sinks on her knees immediately... another riffle hook from the right finds the temple and bends Brommel against the cornerpost amid anguished yelps and the crowd's dwindling support... Krystal almost hangs back on purpose but when AK lifts her head again, her lips are squashed into a swollen mess with a flurry of close range jabs and the German model is rattled all over the place at the bell with Gina Wild not bothering to react anymore in the Black Eagles corner.

Round 5:
That's one rough debut for Brommel who keeps getting picked off in close range and just can't steer her own strikes at all; she bounces off the brunette's forearms and gloves repeatedly and gets stuck on her heels when the counterpunching response over the top nails her on the busted up lips making the blonde moan even louder than before. Krystal truly takes the rookie to a boxing school here tonight and Denise van Outen saw this coming all along... when Ann-Kathrin ends another round trapped butt-in-ropes, the BBU TV lead reporter begins to lose her cool and demands Forscutt to finally finish the subdued model off: "What is she waiting for? Did she bet on a specific round KO or what?"

Round 6:
Heavy aerial attack dismantles Brommel's guard and sends her backing into the ropes within seconds of the bell which makes Forscutt look very urgent all of the sudden... she pummels through the leaky protection and snaps Ann's head back in numbers which only increases the facial swelling now also covering the left side of the German's face... ref looks on at the lack of response from the model - who's been thoroughly outclassed up to this poinyt anyway - and when Forscutt slams her with a one-two combo on the eyes and shuts them in the proccess it's all becoming too ruthless even for the boxing purists... Brommel bends to the side with a loud ache and hugs her tummy when the brunette belts her on the navel one last time BEFORE THE REF FINALLY STEPS IN AND HALTS THE BEATDOWN... TKO6 Krystal Forscutt!!!

AFTER: That was a one-sided affair and proved Denise van Outen's point about Ann-Kathrin needing a less demanding opponent on her debut. Krystal Forscutt maybe couldn't handle Karolina Kurkova and isn't as highly rated as she was back in 2012 but she's still more than capable to shatter a rookie dream like she just did here in Cologne. Gina Wild looks more upset than the model loser who in turn seems relieved that her BBU debut experience has come to an end and she only escaped the Aussie wrath with busted up lips and a nasty shiner on her left cheek. Will she challenger Rosie Huntington-Whiteley next like van Outen predicted? No official word on that match-up just yet.

However Krystal Forscutt makes her intenstions clear as she grabs the announcer's mic: "Yes, that was a great fight all around! (ignores the whistles from the Laxness Arena audience). I hear that Laury Thilleman and Jessica Michibata will square off later this month and well, I wouldn't mind taking on the winner of that fight next! Someone needs to put pressure on Doutzen Kroes and well, since that Czech #### Kurkova prefers the American audience then I'm the girl to do it! This German chick was just a snack for breakfast but either Thilleman or Michibata will suit me just fine!

Denise van Outen applauds Forscutt's match-up ideas but reminds everyone that Sayuki Matsumoto might file a dissenting vote on that one!

Final result: Krystal Forscutt def. Ann-Kathrin Brommel TKO6.
